Chapter 138 BOOK THREE

Chapter 138 BOOK THREE
Wow. I can’t believe I’m writing this.

Two chapters and one epilogue ago, we were still holding our breath. Now here we are… at the end of SIR. For good this time.

I don’t even know where to begin.

Thank you. Truly. Thank you for stepping into this world with David and Nora. Thank you for riding every high, surviving every heartbreak, arguing with me in the comments when I stressed you out, and loving these characters as fiercely as I do. What started as an idea became something so much bigger because of you.

Writing this book breathed life into my lungs in ways I can’t even explain. There were days when this story carried me just as much as I carried it. David and Nora’s journey wasn’t just ink on a page for me. It was healing, it was cathartic, and most importantly... it was home.

And now… BOOK THREE!

After so many debates with my editor and so many passionate discussions with you all, I’ve finally made the decision. Book 3 of SIR will follow Lucia.

Yes. Our little Lucy.

And trust me when I say… her story is not going to be what it seems.

She’s going to fall headfirst into a whirlwind romance with the son of one of David and Nora’s biggest enemies. And when I say whirlwind, I mean love, lust, hate, and obsession all wrapped in one neat little bow. It will be messy, intense, and very very addictive. Did I say steamy? It will be that too ;)

It will be a standalone, so new readers can jump in. But don’t worry. There will absolutely be cameos from David and Nora. You didn’t think I’d let them go that easily, did you?

A title and official date haven’t been decided yet, but the moment they are, you will be the very first to know. I’m also more than open to title suggestions, so please guysssssss don’t be shy.

Before I end this, I need to say something that has been sitting in my heart for a while.

My very favorite part of this entire journey has been reading your comments... not even the gifts or the contributions, but the comments. Oh, the comments warm my heart more than you know. Every theory. Every scream. Every “Author why would you do this?!” Every late night reaction. They mean more to me than I could ever properly express.

To every single person who commented at any point in this story, please know that I truly and sincerely appreciate every single word. You took time out of your life to share your thoughts with me, and that is something I will never take for granted.

We began with 0 views and as I post the epilogue on 13/03/2026, we are officially on over 100k views – believe me that is fucking mindblowing for someone who was hoping to get to 1k... so thank you.

Thank you for trusting me with your time. Thank you for loving these characters. Thank you for staying.

This may be the end of David and Nora’s main story… but it is far from goodbye.

With all my love,

Aria ❤️
