“You made him so nervous, poor Raj” she said as they both walked out to the huge garden that was nicely decorated.

“I have that effect on a lot of people, I mean even you still get nervous around me sometimes and we’ve been together for a while now” he said quietly as they both walked towards Lyla who was playing with Jared and Brianna’s daughter Aurora.
Jared shook his hand with Adrian and gave Aria a small polite nod,
“You guys have a great party going here” he said before he stood next to Brianna who was busy hugging Aria. Adrian looked down at Aurora and Lyla who were busy playing with some balloons,
“Aria here deserves all the credit, I did nothing” he said before he leaned down and kissed both of the girls on the top of their little heads, thinking they looked adorable.
Aria held onto his arm and looked over at both Jared and Brianna,
“Thank you, I’m glad you guys could come” she said with a small smile, thinking so far, the day was going really well. Brianna smiled and looked at her,

Aria slipped a few strands of her hair behind her ear and looked back at her,
“Thank you, even you look stunning” she said whilst the men both talked about work. It had been more than a year since Jared had stopped working for Adrian as Aria’s bodyguard and sometimes wondered if he had made the right decision.
He didn’t trust Hunter and often wondered how he had become to be one of Adrian’s most trusted men in such a short time when he himself had worked for him for a lot of years, yet he had never made him the head of his whole security.
“If you ever need my help with anything, definitely let me know” Jared said to Adrian with a serious look, as he could tell work was definitely taking its toll on him now more than ever.
Adrian listened to him quietly,
“I will” he said, and it wasn’t long before the waiters hired especially for the party started serving lunch and everyone started taking their seats.
Aria made sure everyone was seated before she sat down next to Adrian,
