CHAPTER 12: He cares a little

The next morning I woke up very late. No one needs to tell me why, it was because I had just slept on a good and sound bed, covered with a well thick duvet, I felt like a princess again. I came down from the bed and as usual Melvin wasn't laying in the cushion anymore. I went into the dressing room and took a nice,nice bath. I came out of the dressing room, and Melvin was standing with clothes in his arm, no it wasn't just cloth, it was armor.

"Aren't you supposed to teach the troops to hunt today? And you are just waking up now?" He asked, but I kept quiet. He was so beautiful this early morning, the sun shone brightly at him, he was looking elegant in his armor.

"Audrey!!" He called and I looked at him. It was the first time he was calling my name in a nice way

"Kiara asked me to give you this" he stretched his hands with the cloth forward to me and I took it. I went back inside and wore the clothes.

It was a tight trouser, a tight cloth and an armor on it, it had light purple color. I looked at the mirror and I looked like a warrior in it, I never felt this beautiful before. I came out of the dressing room and Melvin was still there, I think he was waiting for me

"Let's go!" He commanded, his hands were at his back as he walked, I tried to Emit him, I put my hands backwards and walked by his side, I looked up at him and saw him smile a little.

We walked past guards of different ranks who kept greeting and looking at us. They were especially looking at me, because I was emitting the Almighty Alpha Melvin.

"Good morning princess Audrey" Kiara greeted me, she didn't look or greet Melvin and he didn't seem to mind

"You looking beautiful on Amor, I can see that you are in a good mood today" she complimented and I smiled

"Thank you, you really know my size"

"Actually I wasn't the one who bought it, it was Melvin" I looked at her, and then looked back at Melvin who was addressing the troops

"But he said, you were the one who gave it to me!"

"He was only using it to cover up" even though he lied, I felt happy inside, at least he had a sense of reasoning to buy an Amor exactly my size.

Just then, Alpha Elvis walked in he was on an Armor too, we all looked like fighting warriors on it

"You look nice" He said immediately he approached Kiara and I. I looked at Melvin. He was looking at us, but when he saw I looked at him, he drifted his gaze away.

We walked to where Melvin and the troops were standing.

"Where do we begin?" Kiara asked no one particularly

"Let Princess Audrey begin," Elvis said.

I was given a bow and an arrow, the same thing as Kiara and Elvis..

"You all should watch" I began

"Take out the bow and placed it forward, we would start with one Arrow, place the arrow in the mind of your thumb and Ginny finger, your your hands back and shoot" I was about to shoot the arrow, when four arrows passed by us, The force of the arrow was too much, that it could kill a life immediately. Looking back it was Melvin, he didn't mind what we were doing he just kept shooting the arrow.

"Melvin can do it way better than me, why didn't he teach you all?" I asked

"He won't, he is only showing off here" Kiara answered

"Let's continue"

"You all should try it out" I watched as they placed their arrow, some were doing it right, some wrong. I went to Elvis and placed his arrow right

"Try shooting it with all your force" I told him, and he did as I said, as a beginner he did it right

"Kiara try it too" Kiara seems to be a fast learner, she placed the arrow herself and aimed high, she mistakenly shot sideways and the arrow went to where Melvin was.

"Mel…" I shouted. But before I could do anything or should, Melvin turned around and slayed it with a sword

"If you want to kill me, can you try notifying me about it" He spoke

"Why didn't you all react when you shot it at him?" I asked Kiara

"Because we already Know it won't hit him, he is an Alpha, they are sensitive and just an arrow can't kill them, unless it is poisoned" She whispered the last Statement to me

I turned to were Melvin was and he was walking to us

"You aren't ready to learn how to hunt, Even an Omega is more better than you" I didn't know if I should take it as a compliment or downgrading

"At Least, she is the one teaching me rather than you!" Kiara cursed

"You all should practice on your own, Oliver, your job!!" Kiara yelled

"What are you trying to do Kiara?" Melvin asked

"Since we are learning how to Hunt, why don't we go outside the pack? We can try catching little animals, what do you think?" She looked at me, I would really love to go expel the world

"Okay!!" I answered

"The outside world is dangerous, you are girls, you can be harmed" Melvin cautioned

"Look who is talking about harm, Am coming along with them, so they don't need to worry about anything" Elvis Said, I knew he was trying to annoy Melvin

"So are you coming along or not?" Kiara asked

"I don't need to associate myself with all this" He left, I knew he was angry. I didn't know if I shouldn't go out anymore, I was confused now

"Don't mind him, he is always like this, you should know him by now, he will calm down" Kiara told me. She was the best, she knew when I was happy and when I was sad. I smiled, and we went together outside the pack.
