Chapter 38

"I can't believe she's turning one, I really don't" Shawn said.

"same here, she grew up so fast, I can't believe we had her for one year" I said as we both looked at sky with a smile on our faces.

"Dada" she said giving Shawn her toy with a chuckle making my heart melt.

"she really misses you" I said.

"I missed her too" he said as he held her up and placed her on the top of her tummy, he kissed her couple of times before he closed the lamp beside her and started moving her slowly back and forth.

I smiled as I watched them, minutes later, sky fell asleep peacefully on Shawn's tummy.

"don't move, I'll take her" I said taking sky carefully and placing her to the extra bed, we ordered with the room, I covered her with the blanket and kissed her forehead before walking up to the bed.

I gasped when Shawn held my arms and pulled me quickly making me fall of top of him.

"Shawn!" I squealed.

"shhh, someone is sleeping here, and we don't wanna wake her up" he said before he floppier is making him on top of me he had his arms surrendering me to hold up his weight.

"what are you doi—" Shawn stooped me by attacking my lips.

Shawn kissed me tightly as if this was the last kiss he'll give me, my fingers run through his hair making him moan, one of his hands went under my silk dress before he touched my skin making me shiver, his hands reached my breasts as he cupped them making me moan.

"Shawn" I said moaning.

"hmm?" He said kissing my neck as I gave him more access making me moan.

"sky" I breathed.

Shawn pulled out with a frown before grabbing his phone.

"Nate can you pick up sky?" he said.

"Shawn no" I said.

"Okay thank you!" He said on the phone.

"you didn't have to! We could do this later when we're alone" I said.

"Says the one who was moaning and enjoying seconds ago, and I can't fucking wait because I miss you like crazy" he said as he stood and grabbed sky carefully.

minutes later Shawn rushes into the bedroom alone, he slammed the door shut before he looked at me and laid on top of me.

"you're such a jerk" I said laughing as he kissed me.

and the night was completed by our screams and enjoyment.

The next morning, I woke up sleeping on Shawn's naked chest, I looked up to see him sleeping peacefully just the way sky does making me smile, I kept staring at him, he was my husband, and the father of my child, I'm so lucky.

"you're creepy" he said with a laugh.

"good morning" I said chuckling while placing a kiss on his shoulder.

"good morning baby girl" he said as he stretched.

"I'm gonna go get ready because I'll tell Nate to bring sky here so we can have that little breakfast" I said as he nodded.

He kissed the top of my head "I want to stay like this forever" I said.

"we will stay like this, always and forever" he said as I kissed him.

"Baby, get out of this bed because I wouldn't mind repeating last night again" he said as I walked to the bathroom naked.

"Shawn don't you stare at my butt!" I yelled.

"You have a beautiful one, I won't mind staring" he said.

I laughed, after getting dressed, Nate dropped sky off. I changed her clothes and the three of us headed to a garden which we reserved to have a breakfast with everyone.

everyone was sitting when we arrived.

"good morning" Shawn said as everyone looked at us.

"good morning" I said as everyone replied.

"did you sleep well?" Laura asked as she winked.

"Yeah we did, sky slept peacefully" I said making Nate, Laura, and Shawn chuckle.

everyone looked confused but we changed the subject.

After having breakfast, we completed our chats.

"Madison if you're bothered or something, I could bring Skylar to them" Karen said.

"no Karen, and jack is with me, she loves him" Madison said.

"Why are you taking her, we can look after her" dad said.

"dad I know it was supposed to be just the two of us but me and Shawn will be staying couple of days alone and we will enjoy it, but We want sky to be with us, being with her makes us happy, she's everything to me, I just want to see her happy" I said as Shawn placed a kiss to my cheek.

"wait why don't we spend her birthday all together there?" Aaliyah said.

I looked at Shawn.

"that's a great idea actually" I said.

"and the villa that we have is big enough, you guys just have to buy a ticket and come" Shawn said as they all agreed.

"she'll have the best first birthday ever" Ava gushed.

"we need to leave" Shawn said checking his watch.

I nodded before standing up, we both said goodbyes to everyone before I hugged sky tightly.

"mommy is going to miss you" I said as I kissed her cheek, Shawn took her from me, and he kissed her cheeks couple of times.

"princess, I love you so much and I'll miss you, guys take care of her" Shawn said as everyone nodded.

Ava took sky from Shawn's hands before me, and Shawn made our way to the car.

I looked at Shawn with a side smile.

"I might cry now" I said.

"she'll be alright don't worry" Karen said.

I looked at Skylar before I want to her and hugged her again.

"I'm gonna miss you so much" I said as Shawn came and pressed a kiss to her forehead.

"Now go" Dad said as I nodded and handed sky.

me and Shawn opened the car door and I got inside before Shawn looked at me.

" can't we take her with us?" He asked as I nodded.

"NO!" Everyone yelled.

"Skylar will be alright!" Nate said.

"don't worry!" Manny said.

"come one, I guess we should try once" I said holding Shawn's hand when he got inside.

The car moved and me and Shawn waved to her as she chuckled.

Shawn pulled me to his chest, and I leaned back.

"I miss her already" I said with a sigh.
