Chapter 21

After saying our goodbyes and heading to Shawn's apartment.

I immediately entered and looked around the apartment.

"I love the view" Jai said.

"yup it's amazing" I said.

"Thankyou" Shawn said "anyways baby, it's time for you to rest, you have a plane to catch in the morning".

" I don't wanna leave you" I said as I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"same here" he said.

"Jai, you can stay in that room, the apartment is yours, you can use anything and if you're hungry the kitchen is over there, feel free to eat anything" Shawn said.

"Thanks mate! You're the best" Jai said.

Me and Shawn entered his room.

"thank you baby for this incredible day, you make me the happiest person on earth, and I don't know what I'd do without you, you're everything to me" Shawn said.

"you deserve more baby, and I’d do anything to keep you happy" I said.

After me and Shawn changed into our pajamas, both of us laid on the bed.

"yup about the gender reveal, Laura and I planned a little something and I'm letting Laura see the gender" I said.

"yeah that's great what day?" Shawn asked.

"I don't know, I just need a day where you and our friends have nothing, but it should be at the first week of the next month, I'll be getting into the 7th month of pregnancy" I said.

"I'll talk with the guys and girls, and we'll manage a date, don't worry" he said "and it's a great excuse to see you" Shawn said as I chuckled.

"I can come see you anytime" I said.

"No, no, no! You're not surprising me again, that's the last surprise, you won't drive your car neither do anything" Shawn said.

"Okay Shawn" I said as he kissed my cheeks.

"Now baby get some sleep" he said pulling me into his arms as I got comfy.

"I love you, goodnight" I said.

"Goodnight and I love you too baby" Shawn said.

I drifted to sleep.

a sharp back pain woke me up from my sleep.

I looked up and saw Shawn sleeping, I checked the time, and it was still 3 am.

I got out of bed and went to open my bag to get my meds.

"Baby?" Shawn spoke.

"Sleep, sleep, nothing happened" I said.

"You alright?" Shawn said as he rubbed his eyes and stood up.

"I'm aright baby just go back to sleep" I said.

"Do you need any help?" He asked.

"No Shawn" I said as Shawn crossed his arms and looked at me.

"Just some back pain, I'll take the meds and I'll be, fuck, alright" I said as the pain hit my back again.

"take a seat baby" Shawn said helping me sit on the bed.

"You alright?" He asked as I nodded "Where are the meds, I'll get it".

"You'll find it in a small blue bag" I told him as he found the bag and showed it to me as I nodded.

"wait I'll grab you a glass of water" Shawn said as he got out of the room and Jai entered.

"You alright?" Jai asked.

"Yeah I am, why are you awake?" I asked.

"I was just going to sleep but I heard some noise" Jai said.

"Just go back to sleep, Shawn's here and we have a plane to catch so go" I told him as Jai got out and Shawn entered.

"Here you go baby" Shawn said handing me the water and the medicine as I took them.

"lay down" Shawn said as I laid down.

"Shawn!" I said.

"What happened?" He asked worriedly.

"Oh my god!! Shawn!!!" I said as tears filled my eyes.

"the baby is kicking!" I said happily "put your hand right here and wait" I said.

"You sure?" Shawn asked.

"I'm sure Shawn just wait!" I said.

"I can't fe—oh my god! Oh my god baby! The baby's kicking! Oh my god" Shawn looked at me with eyes full of tears.

"Look!" I said as the baby feet were shown on my bump.

"oh god, I need to video this now!" Shawn said as he grabbed his phone and took a video.

we heard a knock on the door.

"Guys You Okay?" Jai said from outside.

"no, we're not" me and Shawn said At the same time.

He opened the door and stepped in.

"What happened?" He asked worriedly.

"Jai look! The baby is kicking" Shawn said happily wiping the tears.

"really?! Are you serious?" He asked.

"Come look" I said as Jai kneeled in front of me.

"Put your hands here" I said as Jai put his hands on my bump and the baby started kicking again.

"Aw, my cute little nephew" Jai said.

I looked at Shawn then we both looked to Jai.

"How are you so sure that it's a boy?" Shawn asked.

"I'm sure, it's gonna be a boy" Jai said.

"What if it's a girl?" I asked.

"Well, that'll be nice too, I think baby boys are cuter, but I definitely will spoil them both" Jai said as me and Shawn chuckled.

"I just want this baby to be fine, that's all I want" I said.

"Yeah same here" Shawn said "I don't care if it's a girl or a boy, I'd definitely love them equally" he smiled.

"Look at you Lia, you're starting a family in the next months" Jai said as we both smiled before tears filled my eyes.

"Oh, baby no! Don't!" Shawn said pulling me into a hug.

"I don't know why the heck I'm crying! I'm just emotional" I said while crying "oh, the baby stopped kicking" I said as tears filled my eyes again.

"Baby don't cry, the baby will kick again" Shawn said.

"Oh god Lia, Stop" Jai said.

"Okay, okay, I'll stop now" I said wiping my tears.

"It's time for us to sleep, we have a plane to catch in the morn" Jai said.

"Goodnight" Jai said as he got out.

"You're such a pregnant woman" Shawn said with a chuckle.

"Shut up" I said.
