Jane is full of remorse. She should not have meddled. That she saved this beast and let him hurt herself now. It hurts, literally, and no matter how hard she fights now, it is in vain, not stopping this man.
In fact, it is Joseph's first time of sex too, and he lets himself go further and further. Do not know how long after, the man's movement finally ends.
Like the last shred of consciousness. He kisses the tears out of her eyes and says softly, "I'm sorry. I'll marry you..." He buries his head deep in her neck, as if trying to remember her taste.
"Get out of me." Jane finally pushes him away.
When he gets satisfied, because he is still wounded, so he lays down on one side and falls into a deep sleep.
Jane climbs to her feet, trembling, buttoning her dress with her stiff fingers. Her trembling hands keeps slipping off the buttons, and she has to button them several times before she can actually get them on.
Her mind goes blank. Between her breath, all is what he left, a strong smell of man, lingering.
Jane bites her lower lip, her beautiful eyes widen and burning with anger. In a flash of silver, she takes the dart, and in the dark, from above, aims it at his throat. Damn this man, he bites the hand that feeds him!
She clenches the dart and drops it little by little, she can't kill this man. She can tell he was drugged, so he couldn't help it. Well, Just take it as she got bitten by a dog tonight.
Before he is awake, Jane stands up, barely able to stand on her feet after what she has been through. Her legs shaking, her feet shallow, she hurries away from the scene.
With this accident, she won't be able to go to the orphanage tonight. She is in such a bad mood that she has no choice but to turn around and heads back to school.
Jane has no idea about Ann Yuchi has seen all this.
Ann Yuchi, senior student, Department of Marketing, also in Conrad University. She grew up in the same orphanage as Jane.
Tonight, she and Jane both received a call from Ruyi Kay, the director of the orphanage, telling them both to come back. Jane left from school first, and Ann left later, so she just got to see the whole story of how Jane saved someone and lost her virgin to him.
When Jane left, Ann waited a little longer, then creeps closer. It is so dark that she can not see who the man lying on the ground is. So she pulls out her phone and turns on the electric torch.
A white light reflects the man's chisel-like face, angular brows, closed eyes, cold thin lips. God, the level of this handsome appearance is so high! He's amazingly handsome. It's just that he also looks familiar. Has she known him from somewhere?
She looks again, and then remembers that the man lying on the ground is Joseph Alcock! She saw his photos on some covers of Financial People magazines.
Joseph Alcock. Who in K city doesn't know him? Headlines, media often have his photos and news on, he is handsome and rich, considering as a diamond single.
Ann has a plan come to her mind suddenly. She didn't expect such a good chance to happen to her. She had just seen Jane walked away in anger and confusion. It was impossible for Jane to have known Joseph before. And with all the darkness and confusion, Jane can't have seen who he is.
There was no one around now, and she...
Her mind raced with evil thoughts. If she has pretended to have saved this man and had sex with such a man, she might have been able to fly to the rich class by using this man, from here and fly to the top of the tree!
She's not a virgin, she's had a boyfriend, she's slept with her school tutor. How could she pass up such a great opportunity?
Jane Wright. Oh, Jane Wright. Although they grew up together in an orphanage, she hates Jane Wright. Because Jane Wright always shines the brightest and steals her show. The dean also liked Jane Wright the most.
Jane Wright left the orphanage a few years later to take gunnery training. She had no one to compete with.
Ann Yuchi climbed into bed with her college mentor and entered the Marketing Department at Conrad University, the best school in K-City. Unexpectedly, Jane Wright gave up shooting and transferred to Conrad University halfway. She was also famous in the university for her excellent grades and attractive appearance. Damn it!
At the end of her sophomore year, Jane Wright was able to skip a grade and get admitted to Conrad University.
Ann Yuchi could not get rid of Jane Wright, and she always lived in the light of Jane Wright. She has long been at the end of her patience.
Jane Wright can't have imagined that she would take over such a wonderful opportunity to become someone else.
At that moment, she ran to the bank of the river, soaked herself, and bound up the man's leg. She also deliberately crumpled her clothes, tore some places, and bit her own lip.
She pinched her leg so hard that her eyes filled with tears. Be ready for anything, and disguise it. She dialed the ambulance number and stayed by his side until he woke up. The ambulance's screeching noise, she reckoned, would wake him up.The blinding light of the ambulance would be enough for him to see her.It all happened. It was seamless.
After a long wait, the sound of ambulances pierced the sky and blinding red lights lit up the dark night. Joseph Alcock was awakened by a noise, his head dazed. His body was no longer hot, but a feeling of well-being. He opened his eyes with difficulty. He heard faint sobs near him.
'You woke up? I called an ambulance and it's already here."
"You..."He knew what he had done, as the image of a scene came back to him. It was a beautiful, sweet feeling that he could not bear to end. It was prolonged and repeated.
Joseph Alcock squinted his eyes and, by the blinding lights of the ambulance, saw the woman in front of him. Her face was sweet and gentle, with thin eyebrows and almond eyes, which seemed to be half-filled with water. She was drenched, her long black hair dripping with water, and the morning light fell on her shoulders, making her look like a white lotus.
Her clothes were disheveled, her eyes were red and swollen, and there were clear blood marks on her lips.
"Did you save me?"Joseph Alcock sat up with barely enough support.
Ann Yuchi nodded gently. "You fell into the water. I pulled you out. Your leg was hurt, but it's all right. I've patched it up."
'Just now I told you...'Ann Yuchi a leng, the corner of the eye overflowing crystal tears, hands at a loss to stir the corner of the coat. Judging from her look, there was no doubt that it was her.
Joseph Alcock's heart sank with disappointment. It was not the drop he had expected.
