"Daddy!."
Natasha screams as she sees her father.
She instantly hugs and perks him.
"My beautiful lady, how are you?. And school?."
Mr Sheriff Vincent asks
"I'm fine dad!. I am here to have breakfast!."
She explains
"Oh, that's great!. No friends today?."
her dad wander
"Not really, she is...!."
She tries to speak but I cut her off
"Good morning, sir!."
I greet the man standing with Natasha.
"Talking of a friend, dad, Sheila from Africa and Sheila my lovely Daddy!."
She introduces us
"Nice to meet you, sir!."
I bow my head as I greet him
"You are welcome!."
He careless exclaims
He perks Natasha.
"Natasha, I want to see you at home tomorrow!. See you guys later!."
He roles and turn to leave.
"Dad!."
She stops him as he tries to move away
"What Natasha?. Don't bother I will credit your account if that is what you want!."
He tediously speaks
"Wow!."
I whisper
She walks closer to him.
"No dad, I want to ask you for another favour. My friend Sheila needs a job, I want to know if it's possible for you to employ her!."
She begs on my behalf, yet now, I can't hear them.
"Your friend is definitely lucky. I just fire a waiter at 'Broncos restaurants'. Meet Ethan on Monday, for the formalities!. I will inform him about your arrival!."
With that, he finally leaves.
Then she immediately rushes back to me with a big smile on her face. I am eager to know what the smile is all about.
"Guess what?."
She is all excited.
"Just tell!. If you don't want to spend the whole day hanging!."
I insist
"You have a job!."
She screams
"Wow!."
I scream too... without really understanding how.
While she is still screaming, I suddenly stop screaming.
"How?."
I wonder aloud, I left her scream alone.
"You have been hired in one of the biggest. No, the 5th biggest hotels in this state!. My father is the owner and there is a vacancy there!. So you have a job!."
She happily explains
"Wow!."
I'm in so much joy that I can't speak, words aren't coming
I immediately hug her!.
"Okay...!..."
She yanks her words as I hug her.
"Thank you, so much!. Indeed, you are a friend!."
I step back
"My only friend for that matter!.".
I add in a low tone and a heavy smile.
"Your welcome!."
She nods at me.
"The Broncos hotel, at Broncos Ville!."
She tells
"But I hear it's far from here!."
I tell her
"Not that far as you think, just 10 to 15 minutes in the car!."
She takes a seat.
And I follow her
"Waiter!."
She calls
"Okay!."
I just nod at her explanation.
"Welcome Miss Natasha!."
The waiter greets her with respect.
She just nods at him with a smile.
"My usual breakfast, but this time ×2!. Same for her!."
She others with that the waiter leaves.
"I would have loved you to work here, but there is no vacancy. And when my dad offered, Broncos ville, I didn't want to dispute him. And more to that, there is a vacancy there. Don't get worried we will fix things up!."
She explains
"Now, I see, her dad is the owner of this restaurant!."
This is when I remember that the first and only time we ate here together, I didn't see her paying for the bills!. Even when she ordered last night.
Without wasting time, we are rapidly being served breakfast.
"Wow, it was quick this time!."
I exclaim
"Yeah!. Breakfast doesn't usually take lots of time!."
She replies
And we start eating.
Then I see three, sexy extravagant girls enter the restaurant. They smell expensive, I mean everything on them can tell their social ranking.
We were done eating.
"Natasha, finally we have found you!."
They exclaim
Then they rapidly take seats, without greeting. Talking to Natasha as if I wasn't existing.
They haven't taken a glance at me.
"Stop, stop!."
Natasha yells and they stop talking.
"Girls, no... no!. Sheila my friends, Nina, Rina and Gina!. Weird right?."
She chuckles while asking, me.
Yeah, the similarity of their names is weird.
"Nina, Rina, Gina this is Sheila!."
She introduces
I send my hands forward to greet them as it's normally supposed to be done.
"Nice to me... you...!!"
With my hands hanging, I drag my words in stigma as I noticed their animosity
Then I gather the courage to retrieval my hand in humiliation. I have never felt this low and dirty in my entire life.
As if it wasn't enough, they gave me a nasty peek of superiority. Like I am some nasty thing with no life in it.
"Natasha, as we were saying, weren't you at the party!."
They argue
With giving space to Natasha to face me.
"Excuse me, I am going to the toilet!."
I whisper to Natasha.
I rush into the toilet to calm myself down because now, I want to whack them hard to alleviate my heart.
"Don't mind them, Sheila!. You are a beautiful and classic girl!."
I tell my self.
With that, I move back to them.
"I spent the night at Sheila's house!."
She answers their questions as soon as I left
"That is the issue, you spend so much time with this low-class girl!. And we don't love it!.
Gina exclaims
"Very soon you will turn to be desperate like her!."
Rina insist
"No girls, how can you say that?. I can't be like her, and I will never be like her. So miserable and weary. I'm just doing some philanthropy stint. Helping the less privilege like her!."
Natasha makes a mockery of me to her lovely friends. They are all laughing.
I am right behind her as she speaks. Her, friends notice my presences yet they don't make any signs for Natasha to stop talking. After all, it arranges them, to get me off Natasha's life!.
"You know she is from Africa, she is completely broke, and I think she is fit to receive my aid!."
She keeps laughing
I have enough of it.
"Like seriously, Natasha!. So am just a mendicant that you need to feed to feel good?."
I yell as I walk closer.
With so much bitterness, I pick my bag.
"I don't want to ever see anywhere around me, you can keep your aid to yourself!."
With that, I walk away
"No, Sheila, Sheila!."
She tries to follow me
"Just let her, she will get over it and run back to you soon!."
But her friends stop her
"See what you girls have caused!."
Natasha yells at them
"No, no, and no you won't blame this on us. You said your mind and she heard you!. Period!."
Gina yells
"but.. you girls practically forced these words out of my mouth!."
Natasha says in a low tone
"We didn't force you to say anything. Don't blame us for that. You only have yourself to blame!."
Nina insists
"Just leave it!."
With that Natasha suddenly gets up and leave them.
She enters her car drives away.
