Chapter 56 Mind Joining Me For Dinner?
Chapter 56 Mind Joining Me For Dinner?
While laying on the bed, I shited my oant, sliding my hand inside my pussy. I bit my button lips as i began thrust my finger in and out of my pussy.
“M—Mattias,” I moaned, the sloshing sound filling the air.
“Shimma!“ The voice of my aunt jolted me from my bed. followed by the knock on my door.
I quickly took out my hand from my pussy because i had been fingering myself
I stood up, adjusting my dress so she wouldn't notice anything. I positioned myself by the door, trying to steady my breathing as I arranged my hair.
Then I opened the door, gazing at my aunt, who wore a wide grin.
“Can I come in?” she asked. I hesitated before responding.
“Yeah, sure,” I replied, stepping aside for her to enter.
“I hope you like it here. I tried to make the room suitable for you before leaving for my trip,” she said, glancing around as if pleased with how it looked.
Little did she know, I felt like I was in a prison.
“I’m sorry I haven’t spoken to you since I arrived; I had to be with my best friend who was visiting,” she said. I nodded, giving her a warm smile, even though I didn't care.
“Alright then, if you need anything, I'll be in my room, okay?” she said, and I nodded again.
She turned to leave when I called out, “Uhm, Aunt Malisa.” She turned around, brow raised.
“What is it, sweetie?” she asked.
“When am I going back? My parents didn’t tell me,” I said. She frowned.
“Didn’t they tell you?” she asked.
“Tell me what?” I replied as my heart began to race.
She sighed. “Shimma, you’re not leaving.”
“What?!”
“I thought they told you. You’re meant to find a job and work things out. Maybe you can get your own apartment once you’ve saved enough, and your parents are willing to support you—if you let them…”
“Never! I’m not staying here. I’m going home. They can’t do this to me. No, it’s impossible!”
“Shimma, calm down!” Aunt Malisa said, trying to reach for me, but I moved away quickly.
“Don’t tell me to calm down!” I growled, panting heavily as breathing became difficult.
“God, I hate them. I hate everyone. I hate myself. I hate life,” I whispered, my vision blurring as tears streamed down my cheeks uncontrollably.
“Shimma, you don’t need to be hard on yourself. Your parents love you, and all they want is the best for you.”
“No! Don’t say that. Don’t justify their actions. Why am I even talking to you? You’re with them, aren’t you? You helped them cage me—what for? Are you that jobless? You all are so unbelievable, so pathetic,” I said, walking out of the room.
“Shimma! Shimma!” Aunt Malisa called, but I ignored her, stepping out of the house and slamming the door behind me.
I needed to think of a way to escape, to get out of this place. I couldn’t stay here; it felt like starting life over, and I wasn’t ready for that.
TWO MONTHS LATER
I found myself seated in an office—my office. Slouched back, gaze fixed on the ceiling, my mind swirled with thoughts.
He didn't come for me. He never cared. Two months have passed, and I haven't set eyes on him.
His photo on my phone was supposed to help me remember him and the good times, but now it feels like…... I don’t want to remember him; everything we had was just a mirage, False! He's a liar!
Fuck! my parents were right, even if I never wanted them to be.
“Shimma,” my boss, Mr. Kelvin, called, breaking me from my thoughts. I didn't even notice him enter my office.
“I need you to look over these documents. Go through them carefully and ensure there are no mix-ups,” he said, dropping the files on my desk.
“O—Okay, sir,” I replied, sitting up straight. He turned back as if something compelled him, and my heart sank under his glare. What does he want now?
“Next time I find you in that position, I promise I’ll get you fired,” he warned, muttering as he left. “There are thousands who would kill for this position. Use your time wisely.” His voice echoed down the hallway.
I hate him so much! It’s only been three weeks, and I can barely stand him.
It’s disheartening to think of how desperately I tried to escape home. Each attempt felt futile, ending in vain.
---
It was closing time, and the first thought in my mind was to get the hell out of there.
I quickly gathered the documents to submit them back to my boss.
Reaching his office door, I knocked and waited for the usual permission to enter.
“Come in!” he called, and I slowly opened the door.
I walked to his desk, dropped the files,
nodded, and turned to leave.
“Hey,” he said, causing me to freeze. I shut my eyes tight, holding my breath, lips pressed together. God! Please, not again.
Three weeks ago, I had pleaded with him, desperate for a job. Yes, my parents are wealthy and could provide for me, but the last thing I wanted was to call them for help. That would give them power over me.
My aunt, on the other hand, insisted I find a job because she could not handle my responsibilities any longer.
Which gave me no choice than to go Job hunting. Me Kelvin was the only one who was willing to pay hire than others, also employ me.
Which left me with no choice but to go job hunting. Mr. Kelvin was the only one willing to pay better than the others and, surprisingly, offered me a position.
But what I didn’t realize was that I was signing up to be his scapegoat.
It feels like he doesn’t like me at all. My very presence seems to irritate him for reasons I can’t understand. He seizes every opportunity to put me down, and each little jab cuts deeper than the last.
For three long weeks! I’ve endured his torment. But if he pulls any more stunts, I swear, I don’t know how much longer I can take it.
I turn to him, finding his gaze fixed on his laptop.
“Sir,” I say, hoping he would look up at me a tell me whatever he wants to tell me. But he doesn't.
Although what comes out from his mouth leaves taken aback.
“Mind joining me for dinner tonight?”…
