Chapter 114 This is called hero saves beauty
"Huh, I can tell just by looking at you that you're not a good person. How else would you be with a man who's not your boyfriend? I've seen people like you before. You're staying at this hotel at your age, clearly not spending your own money, but your sugar daddy's money!" Several people burst into laughter, implying that Heidi and Victoria were being financially supported by someone else.
Brandon had already walked over and pulled Victoria to the back, looking at the group of people. "Where are you guys from? Are you staying at this hotel?"
The man looked Brandon up and down, thinking that he wasn't a wealthy person since he didn't even have a logo on his clothes. "Yeah, we're VIPs at this hotel. I come here every month. What about it?" He looked proud, with his nose in the air. "How about this, kid? Your girlfriend is pretty. Why don't you have her come stand in the middle and sing us a song? Then we won't hold it against you. Otherwise, we'll have the boss kick you out of this hotel. You'll definitely be kicked out."
Brandon frowned. Is this what vacationing was like? They made it seem like it was so much fun, but now it seemed very boring. Especially when encountering people like this.
Brandon didn't feel like talking to these people. Grayson, on the other hand, found it amusing. "You want someone to kick us out of the hotel? You guys are dreaming."
The man sneered, "Look at you, always trying to show off. Your brother is keeping his mouth shut."
Grayson turned around and glanced at Brandon, who looked impatient. "You should hope he talks instead of using his hands. That would be scary."
Why didn't these people know when to stop?
"Hahaha." Suddenly, the man burst into laughter and said, "I hope your body is as tough as your mouth, especially when you get kicked out later."
"You guys have never stayed in such an expensive hotel in your entire life, have you? Letting you stay here, hmph," Grayson couldn't help but burst out laughing.
Brandon, on the other hand, couldn't take it anymore. "Call the manager and have someone come over," he said, frowning. The man continued to speak, "What? Do you think calling the manager will do anything? Will they side with you? Let me tell you, even the guests here are divided by status. People like you who come once in a lifetime can't afford it. They keep records of that. But we're different, we're VIPs."
Seeing the men causing a scene, Grayson quickly went to find someone. With one man gone, only Brandon, Victoria, and Heidi were left, along with another man who had grown bolder.
"Little girl, why don't you come with me? What's the use of staying with them? Come with us and stay in the most expensive room in the hotel," the man said, reaching out to Victoria.
Victoria was stunned for a moment, but then suddenly slapped him.
The man's drunkenness was immediately sobered up. "How dare you hit me!"
Just then, someone from behind picked up a bottle and threw it at them.
Brandon didn't have time to pull anyone away, so he rushed forward and hugged Victoria tightly, shielding her with his back. The bottle hit him instead.
With a loud bang, the bottle fell to the ground, leaving Victoria standing there in shock.
Victoria lifted her head and saw Brandon asking her, "What's wrong? Did you get hurt?" He shook her gently, but she took a while to react and said, "No."
At that moment, the group behind them caught up. The men hadn't realized what was going on yet, but they saw several managers bowing respectfully to Brandon and saying, "President Duncan."
"President Duncan, did we neglect our duty and let someone disturb you?" one of the managers quickly said. Grayson noticed the broken bottle on the ground and his face changed. "What happened? How did the bottle break? Are you hurt?" He walked over quickly, and the others' faces turned dark.
It was only then that the men realized something was wrong. "Who is he? What kind of president is he?" they asked.
Brandon patted his clothes and said, "It's nothing, but these guys..."
His eyes turned cold. "Blacklist them."
The men didn't understand what "blacklist" meant, but the manager immediately got it. "Okay, we'll take care of it right away."
"Haha, there are plenty of hotels. Do you have the ability to blacklist us from just one hotel? Can't we go to another hotel? Ridiculous," one of the men said arrogantly from behind.
The manager looked at him and sneered, "Looks like you've had too much to drink. This is Brandon, the CEO of Cosmos Group. His ban means that anyone who cooperates with you in the future will be an enemy of the universe."
"..."
What...what?
He is the CEO of the universe.
The person from the richest family, the Duncan Family?
A few people finally understood.
Brandon wanted to speak, but he heard Heidi behind him. She looked at the people who were just arrogant and now became weak, almost collapsing behind her.
They wanted to come over and apologize, but the hotel staff held them back, so they could only wail on the ground. She exclaimed excitedly, "Wow, Victoria, your husband is so handsome."
The words "your husband" clearly fell into Brandon's ears.
Brandon couldn't help but turn his head.
Victoria looked at him and hurriedly walked over with a worried expression. "Let me see your back. They hit you with a bottle just now. Are you hurt?"
Brandon grabbed her hand. "We'll check when we get back." Grayson also spoke up with disdain, "Hey, look at the way you're staring at each other. Enough, let's talk about it later. Don't be lovey-dovey here."
Then he patted Brandon's shoulder and leaned in to whisper, "Not bad, kid. You've finally come to your senses and played the hero to save the beauty. Heidi is envious."
Envious?
Brandon glanced at Victoria beside him. So this is the benefit of traveling? It seems like traveling has become a bit more interesting, not just boring anymore.
When Victoria entered the room, she quickly asked him to take off his clothes. "Let me see," she said.
"It's nothing," he replied, pulling her into his arms.
Victoria was taken aback. She stood in front of him while he sat on the bed. His head was against her chest as he took a deep breath. Then he looked up at her and said, "I'm fine. As long as you're okay."
Victoria's heart was pounding in her ears, and he could hear her heart rate increasing. He smiled even more. Victoria's hands tightened, and she said, "You, you should let go of me first."
"I'm just holding you. I know your body isn't well," he said.
He had asked the doctor, and the doctor had said that she couldn't do that kind of thing for one or two months.
"Be good, take care of your body, and we'll have our own child in the future, okay?"
He placed his hand on her stomach. Victoria was shocked. Was she fat? He was a little confused.
