Chapter 201 Praise
Elizabeth got off the cruise ship and got into the car.
Timothy, who was already waiting for her in the car, draped a coat over her shoulders.
He touched her hand.
Her hand was slightly cold.
Timothy adjusted the car's air conditioning temperature.
As soon as Elizabeth got in the car, she enjoyed Timothy's series of actions to keep her from getting cold.
She smiled sweetly.
She was smiling, but Timothy wasn't.
Not only was he not smiling, but his eyes were dark and deep.
Something was off with Timothy.
Elizabeth looked at him puzzled. She reached out and held his hand, "What's wrong?"
Everything was fine, why did he suddenly change?
Timothy suddenly picked her up, parted her legs, and made her sit on his lap.
During this time, Timothy had been gentle and tender with Elizabeth.
Lost and found again.
He had controlled his urge to keep Elizabeth by his side at all times.
If he had gone to the cruise ship a bit later tonight, would something have happened to her?
This incident triggered the anxiety and possessiveness he had been suppressing deep in his heart. Only by being by his side at all times would she be safe.
But he knew she didn't like being restrained.
He held her tight, his chin resting on her shoulder.
Elizabeth also sensed Timothy's unusual mood. She raised her hand and ran her fingers through his hair.
"Mr. Robinson, what's wrong?"
"I'm very worried about you."
Worried that something will happen to you again when I can't see you.
Five years of constant searching and anxiety had been deeply carved into his heart.
Elizabeth thought for a moment and understood what Timothy was worried and afraid of.
She didn't know how to comfort him, so she could only touch his lips.
At this moment, Timothy dropped the gentleness he had maintained since they reunited.
The car's soundproofing wasn't good.
Elizabeth bit his clothes to keep embarrassing sounds from escaping.
Timothy was very unrestrained during sex this time, as if he wanted to merge her into his flesh and blood.
Fortunately, he still knew not to hurt her.
Her body was soft and limp as if floating on clouds.
She lifted her hips to move away, but he pressed her down firmly.
Elizabeth woke up to Seraphina's innocent eyes.
When Seraphina saw Elizabeth wake up, she smiled showing her teeth and looked up to call out, "Daddy, Mommy's awake."
Elizabeth found it amusing and reached out to pull Seraphina into her arms. She sniffed Seraphina's neck.
Seraphina had a milky scent of body wash.
Seraphina felt ticklish and laughed while scrunching up her neck.
Timothy came out of the bathroom and saw the mother and daughter rolling around and playing on the bed.
He walked over, first lifted Seraphina off the bed, then reached out and picked up Elizabeth directly, taking her to the bathroom.
"Brush your teeth, eat lunch."
"What?" Elizabeth looked out the window. The sun was already high outside. So it was already noon.
Timothy put her down and raised an eyebrow, "Do your legs feel weak? Need support?"
Elizabeth grimaced, "Support me."
Her legs were weak, and she wasn't too embarrassed to admit it.
Timothy held her while she brushed her teeth. After she finished, he leaned close to her ear and whispered, "I helped you apply medicine last night. I'll help you apply it again later."
Last night they had been a bit rough during sex.
Timothy reflected on himself.
Elizabeth instinctively looked toward the bathroom door. Fortunately, Seraphina hadn't followed.
Her ears turned red, and she glared at him, "I'll do it myself."
In broad daylight, she had some sense of shame, okay?
Timothy went to close the bathroom door. He washed his hands and took out a tube of ointment from his pocket.
"Don't move, I'll do it myself!" Elizabeth warned him in a low voice.
Timothy snorted coldly. He picked up Elizabeth and sat her on the edge of the bathtub, "You do it yourself? Can you reach..."
Elizabeth covered his mouth.
Timothy dared to say anything.
Timothy smiled. He squatted down, parted her legs, and applied the medicine for her.
Elizabeth endured the discomfort, and his forehead broke out in sweat too.
"Daddy, Mommy!"
A moment of silence.
Seraphina calling out at the door made the two people in the bathroom instantly freeze.
Timothy finished applying the medicine and pulled down her skirt for her.
Having a child at home was inconvenient like this. Timothy sighed.
Elizabeth kicked him, telling him to wash his hands and go out first.
After lunch, it was already past noon. Elizabeth didn't plan to go to the company in the afternoon.
She hadn't spent quality time with Seraphina and Timothy lately.
She suggested, "Shall we go out this afternoon?"
Timothy naturally had no objection. Seraphina would only be happy to hear about going out to play, she couldn't possibly object.
The whole family changed clothes. Only now did Elizabeth realize that Timothy had somehow prepared a closet full of matching family outfits.
Elizabeth looked at the matching outfits in the closet and was so moved that she hooked her arm around Timothy's neck and gave him a kiss.
The three of them wore clothes with the same patterns and styles.
It just made people feel good looking at them.
Elizabeth went to prepare the mat and food for the picnic.
Seraphina went to find the toys she wanted to bring.
Timothy and Elizabeth didn't interfere with what Seraphina wanted to bring.
So when they saw Seraphina holding a small cage with a duckling inside, there was a moment of silence.
"Mommy, the duckling wants to go out and play too." Seraphina tilted her head and asked for permission, "Can we?"
Elizabeth found it funny and cute, but she didn't object, "Okay."
So the family, including one duckling, went to the largest lawn in Border Ridge City for a picnic.
When parents had time, they would bring their children here to picnic or fly kites.
Elizabeth and Timothy had disguised themselves a bit before going out.
Masks on, hats on, hiding their eye-catching faces.
There was no traffic today. They were lucky and it took only forty minutes to drive to the lawn.
Timothy went to buy a kite from an elderly woman selling things on the ground.
Elizabeth sat on the mat, watching Timothy teach Seraphina how to fly the kite.
She occasionally picked up her phone to take photos of the father and daughter as mementos.
Seraphina's cheerful laughter made Elizabeth smile too.
Close to four in the afternoon, Seraphina was tired from playing, and the family ended today's picnic activity.
"Tonight, I'll cook myself." Elizabeth decided.
"Won't you be too tired?"
There was a dedicated chef at home. At the appointed time, the chef and servants would naturally come to the villa to work.
Timothy and Elizabeth didn't like having people at home, so the servants would leave the main villa after finishing their work.
"No, just cooking a few dishes, it's fine."
Timothy held Seraphina with one hand and held Elizabeth's hand with the other, "I'll help you wash the vegetables."
There were already vegetables in the fridge at home. Elizabeth didn't need to go to the supermarket.
The family of three, plus one duckling, returned home. Elizabeth took a shower, tied up her hair, changed clothes, and went to the kitchen.
Timothy had to wait for Seraphina to wash up and get settled, let her go draw, before he could quickly shower and go to the kitchen to help Elizabeth.
It was just the three of them. Elizabeth didn't plan to cook a lot and waste food.
Three dishes and a soup would be enough.
Timothy washed the vegetables and could only stand aside watching her awkwardly.
He watched her cook very seriously.
Elizabeth turned around to get a bowl and saw Timothy staring at her the whole time.
"Mr. Robinson, please turn around and go out to wait for me."
Timothy didn't move.
Fine, if he wanted to watch, let him watch.
Elizabeth got a bowl to serve the food.
Timothy smartly walked over to carry out the dishes.
The last dish was soup. When Elizabeth finished cooking it and was about to carry it out, Timothy stopped her directly, "Hot soup, let me do it."
During the meal, Timothy and Elizabeth were as if their mouths were coated with honey.
Seraphina held up her pinky finger, "Mommy, it's so so so delicious."
Timothy raised an eyebrow and silently gave a thumbs up, "Delicious, thank you for your hard work."
If Seraphina wasn't there, Timothy would have given Elizabeth a thank-you kiss.
But it didn't matter, later tonight when the door was closed.
Under the table, Elizabeth stepped on Timothy's foot.
She could tell what he was thinking from his lazy, alluring eyes.
The Nightingale Mansion.
Today Emma brought the earrings she photographed on the cruise ship to The Nightingale Mansion to give to Freya.
In the evening, Emma naturally stayed to have dinner with Freya and Russell.
It had always been just the two of them eating. Now with one more person, Freya was quite happy.
After dinner, Emma kept Freya company watching TV for a while.
Russell sat on another sofa reading a financial magazine.
While reading the financial magazine, Russell happened to see a report about Elizabeth's acquisition of Silicon Express.
He looked at Elizabeth's photo in the magazine and suddenly remembered where he had seen this face before.
He put down the magazine and looked at Freya, "Freya, where did you put the photo album you brought from the Stewart family?"
