Chapter 146 Confronting Mother
Richard's POV
It's been three fucking days, and we have had no sign of my little dancer. The cops have no idea what to do, they've been searching, but haven't found any clues as to where she might be. As much as they search, they've come up empty.
I've even had them search my parent's house, but they came up empty, and they don't have a warrant because they refuse to think Dean Kingston would actually kidnap my fiancé. I want to punch something, but it won't do any good.
I'm starting to feel desperate. I want to burn the world down until I find her! I need her to be safe! I need to bring her and our baby home and put whoever the hell took her away from me behind bars.
The only good thing is I know that fucking prick is still in jail, so he isn't behind this. If he wasn't safe behind bars, I'd be tempted to think he had something to do with this. The cops did manage to question him, but he said he 'didn't know anything about it'.
I don't know if I believe him or not, but as long as he's not raping my little dancer at the moment, I can't do anything to him. I don't know if he realizes he's safer behind bars than out in the open right now. I'm ready to use him as a punching bag just to get my fucking frustration out.
The cops have had an APB out on my dad's car. They even brought my mother into interrogate her, but she refuses to say shit without her lawyer. So she sat in the interrogation room for hours, just waiting for the damn lawyer to show up!
And when the lawyer got there? He told him to keep her fucking mouth shut! Of course, he would! He fucking knows something, but he can't say it because he's legally bound to protect the client! Not the innocent girl they are keeping somewhere... When the hell did the law decide it was best to protect those who should be punished, and punish the innocent?
Great! Now how the hell are we going to get her to tell us where Dean is keeping Joise? I want to shake my mother and demand she tells me everything. I won't because she's my fucking mother, and I feel I owe her a little bit of respect... Unless she really is in on all of this. Then there is nothing in hell that will hold me back.
Jeff has been working nonstop with Grant and his crew trying to find a trace. He's been keeping me up to date with the police too. It's good to know I have a team trying to help me out. It takes a little of the pressure off of me, and I can focus all my time on just trying to find my future wife.
That's when I got the idea to go back to my dad's house. I needed to search is office. I know that was where I found the papers in the first place. I'm sure they are still there somewhere. I didn't care if it was fucking legal or not.
I brought back up. If I was going to do this, I was going to do this with witnesses! Grant, Brent and Sean are all with me while Jeff is busy coordinating with the cops with everything they find.
"Ricky, what are you doing here?" Mom demands, looking behind me to see my team, and looking back at me. She's pale and shaky, and I can tell she doesn't want me to come inside. "You can't come in! You shouldn't be here!"
"Mom, since I fucking bought you this villa, you'd better let me in. Or you will be homeless in about 2 seconds!" I snarl. "I'm not bluffing. I'm so fucking done with you and Dad, I wouldn't even flinch at you tow being homeless! Maybe some poor soul will take pity on you, but that isn't me!" I growl at her, daring her to stand in my way.
My guys at my back, ready for anything I need.
