"Let us get some sleep, Ty," Jack smiles as he crawls in with her. I nod and unlock the door, so if Bobby or Jordan need us, they can enter. I lie down, but sleep eludes me, so I get up and quietly leave our bedroom.
Walking in the kitchen, Jordan sits at the table, looking exhausted but worried.
"Why are you up, bud?" He jumps at my voice.
"I can't sleep, Alpha," he says sadly. Every time I do, I have nightmares of her touching me, and the whipping still feels fresh. "I'm sorry if I woke you," he sighs and looks down in shame.
"Jordan, I sit beside him with warm milk; those dreams can't hurt you, and neither can Nix and his sicko mate. He will join her in hell, "he chuckles, then covers his mouth, shocked he laughed at that.
"I feel so weak I couldn't stop it, Alpha," he sniffles. "I just let her do all of that to me with no fight because the first time I refused, I was tied down." Fuck, I hate them both for doing this to him. Poor kid would probably have issues with his mate when he finds him or her. I smile as we drink warm milk and talk some more.
"You're not weak, Jordan. It takes a strong man to tell us what was done to you. You trusted us even though you probably heard our pack is brutal. I can promise you this: we will make sure you will never be hurt ever again like you were. You can stay with us here at Savage or go back to Hunter. The choice is solely yours," he nods and yawns but still won't leave the table.
"Tyler," he says meekly, "will you sit in my room till I fall asleep, please?" I nod yes, and we go there. He crawls in and falls asleep so fast I smile.
I'm glad he trusts me.
