Chapter 62: A Very Available Visitor
                                Emerald’s P.O.V.

Our injured visitor finally wakes, looking disoriented and confused she looks up at us.
“Where am I?” She gasps out dryly.
“You are at the Blue Lake Pack house.” I say as I pour and hand her a glass of cold water. After making sure that she has taken in enough of the water, I go to the other side of the bed and sit down, taking her hand, I proceed to ask her some questions concerning her state when she arrived here. “Can you please tell me your name and how you got here?”
“My name is Tammy, Tammy Glasson! I was attacked by a dark witch and her warlock brother, I was guided her by a beam of bright light from the moon.”
“Must have been my mother.” I whispered to Kristoff who nodded in agreement.
“You’re her, the one from the prophecy! Where is your brother he isn’t here is he? Of course, not you would be in pain, you both would be!”
“What do mean, prophecy? Pain?” I asked confused.
“Let me start from the very beginning of my night. I was walking by this cottage when I sensed dark magic being performed within it, I then got closer and heard a curse in Latin being spoken, I knowing of the language knew what was being said. It was a curse to cause pain to the prophecy twins, the twins that are to be said are the creations of the moon Goddess and a strong God. Apollo? I think a girl named Sofia said to them. Anyway, it is a good thing that you too are not together, and the curse can only be in effect if you both were together as it was being performed. Because you are not, you are no longer in danger to the curse.”
“what do you mean?”
“I mean that since you two were not together a the time the curse was being said the next time you two are together there will still be no outcome, you and your brother are free from its effects.”
“Oh, so now what?” I asked.
“I am going to offer my help to you against them, the Crimson Blood pack is also involved and a girl named Sofia is the one behind this whole thing with the help from her cousin Alpha Victor. Be aware of a girl named Sabrina, she too is involved, even though there plans won’t come into light for years, and yes I do love my puns, ho is to say exactly when this attack will happen, I do know that their target is Alpha Kristoff.” After she pauses she looks over to her other hand being held by Caleb. “Are you my mate?” She asked him after looking him up and down.
“Yes, I believe that you are my second chance mate.”
“Is your name Caleb by any chance and was the mate of Sofia?”
“Yes to both of your questions.” He says taking her all in.
“Well, that is interesting. I never thought that I would find mine tonight or even have one.”
“You didn’t answer my previous question. How did you get injured?”
“Well, this is what happened!”

Flashback To The Cottage

“Edgar someone is outside!”
“The four of you go hide in the back room!” He said to Sofia her cousin Victor and the other three men that came with the Alpha. The two of them then came outside after making sure that the others were safe and confronted me on listening in on their plans.
“Eavesdropping huh, light witch?”
“How should we handle her big brother?”
“I know exactly what to do with her!” He winked at her as they both raised her hands, knowing what was coming I then raised mine. Just as their attack hits me I did a counter attack which caused them to be thrown into the house damaging the whole front side of the cottage.  Falling to my knees I then see a bright white light in front of me, speaking to me she said, ‘Follow the light it will bring you to safety!’

Present time

“So, I did and it brought me here, I don’t the injuries of the dark wins, but we should still be aware of what is to come.” She finishes with that warning.
“Kristoff?” I said looking at him for comfort and wisdom on how to proceed with the knowledge that we just received tonight.
“We will meet with Axel and summon your parents here. You said that you are a light witch and that you are willing to help us?”
“Yes.”
“Why? Why, risk your life for us?” He asked her with curiosity.
“Well, I want to help the prophecy succeed, and they killed my family, plus,  now I have a new reason.” She says as she looks up at Caleb.
“I have every intentions of accepting this second chance, but can we take things slow, I did however just rejected my mate of five years, and I have my newborn son to think about.”
“Of course, like I said earlier I didn’t think that I would find my mate.”
“Thanks, this doesn’t mean that I am not going to act like a mate.”
“I understand completely, we will go at your pace.”
“Now Tammy, I have a question for you, and you don’t have to answer it if you don’t want to.”
“sure, what is it?”
“You said that the dark twins killed your family, are you the only one left and how did you get so strong?”
“That is two questions, but I will answer both of them for you. Yes, the dark twins did kill my family making me the last light witch in my family but not the world, we do have what they call a light circle or covet just as the dark witches do. You see with light witches we have our female witches and male wizards as for the dark they have female witches and male warlocks. With a light witch or wizard our powers are given to us at the time of another’s death, so I have my full bloodline power, as for the dark they steal their magic, killing other dark witches and warlocks. So, that is why I am a lot stronger then the dark twins.” She says as she looks us over and her sight lands on Derrick. “Your Beta Derrick, right?”
“Yes, why?”
“You are the cause of this, you and your brother.” She says with a smug look on her face.
“How is that if we are not the twins that the prophecy talks about?”
“It is your and your brother’s love for your Luna.”
“Oh!” Is the only words that the two brothers could muster.
“You get some rest, and we will talk more in the morning.” I tell her as I grab Kristoff’s hand and walk towards the door.
“Caleb?” Kristoff says.
“I will stay here, can you see if Leanna can bring me Camdyn?”
“Sure!”

The Cottage

As the Blue Lake Pack talks to Tammy, the others at the cottage looks over the damage that the light witch caused them.
“Cousin, you are staying at the pack house until this is fixed!” Victor ordered Sofia as all of them looks at where the front of the cottage use to be.
