The rising Chaos
The rising Chaos
The world seemed to stand still. A coldness swept through the grounds, the kind that did not belong to weather but to the soul. Anabelle rose, her eyes blazing with a fire that had long since burned out of sanity. This time, her return carried darkness—darkness toward Desmond, toward Isabella, toward anyone who stood in her path.
And she had a path.
A destructive one.
She had finally decided that Desmond’s happiness must end, and if that meant tearing down innocent lives, she was more than willing.
At that same hour, Isabella’s little boy—barely two years old—was on a mini shopping outing with Clara. They laughed, choosing fruits and toys, unaware that danger lurked behind their shadows.
Anabelle followed silently. She watched every step they took. Every turn. Every smile.
And when they stepped back outside…
She struck.

“Is that not Anabelle?” Clara’s voice trembled as she stared through the car window.
“Yes, Luna,” the driver said. “And she’s… she’s definitely up to something.”
“Whatever she’s up to should remain her business,” Clara muttered—but her heartbeat quickened.
The moment the car door clicked locked, Anabelle approached—wearing a half-naked outfit, intending to intimidate or provoke. But Clara’s fear was not for herself. Her gaze darted to the little boy in the back seat.
Anabelle jerked the door open.
Before Clara could react, a cold metal pressed against her chest.
“Don’t kill me!” Clara gasped, hands raised in surrender.
Anabelle smirked.
“I’m sorry, Clara. Truly. But I must do this.”
“Please, don’t hurt me…”
But Anabelle was already grabbing the child.
“I’ll spare your life, but the boy comes with me.”
“No—” Clara tried to fight her, grabbing the gun.
But the gun fired.
A sharp crack echoed across the parking lot.
Clara fell.
The driver, dazed but alive, lifted his head in horror as Anabelle dragged the screaming boy away.
Within seconds, she disappeared with him.

THE NEWS BREAKS
Isabella sat in the living room with Desmond when her wolf suddenly roared from within:
“Danger rises. Your son has been taken!”
Isabella jumped to her feet.
“My son?!”
Her hands shook as she dialed Clara—only for the driver to burst into the packhouse, tears streaking his face.
“Where is my son?” Isabella grabbed him by the collar, her strength cutting off his air.
“We… we were attacked by Anabelle,” he choked out. “Clara—she’s in the hospital.”
Isabella’s entire body trembled. Fury. Fear. Raw grief.
She ran.
Desmond ran with her.
They searched every corner, every abandoned house—but Anabelle was gone.
“MY CHILD!” Isabella cried, falling to her knees outside Anabelle’s empty cabin.
Desmond gently lifted her.
“We will find him. I swear it.”
But fate delivered more complications.
Because Williams heard of it.
The sun blazed overhead when Williams stormed into the pack borders, his rage like a thunderstorm.
He marched straight toward Isabella and Desmond.
“Where is my son!?” Williams roared.
Isabella’s face hardened.
“The child isn’t yours. He is ours.”
“You expect me to believe that?!” Williams shouted.
Desmond stepped forward, eyes dark.
“Your behavior cost you everything, Williams. The boy knows me as his father. You lost your rights the day you destroyed his mother.”
“Two days,” Williams hissed. “If my son isn’t found, I will bring war.”
Desmond laughed.
“War? Then prepare to burn.”
Isabella sat weakly behind them, unable to speak as the tension tore the air apart.
Edward and Lynn—high-ranking wolves and longtime friends of the pack—stepped forward with disapproval etched on their faces.
They stood between Williams and Desmond.
“Enough,” Edward commanded. “You cannot fight Alpha Desmond, Williams.”
“You’re being foolish,” Lynn added, her voice sharp. “You think this is about your son, but it’s not. This is your pride talking. Your stupidity.”
Williams glared.
“You both choose Desmond over me?”
“We choose reason,” Edward shot back. “And you have none right now.”
Lynn added, “If you start a war over a child you abandoned emotionally, you’ll ruin everything.”
Williams shook with anger but said nothing more.
Later, while Williams prepared his warriors, his wolf suddenly growled in his head:
“Do you want a reunion through war? After what you did to her?”
Williams clenched his fists.
“I didn’t do anything wrong. Isabella betrayed me—”
“You betrayed her first.”
“That’s not true!”
“Keep lying. You will lose this battle, Williams. And if you try it… Isabella will leave you forever.”
His heart twisted.
Not because he loved Isabella—
—but because he hated losing.
He forced himself to breathe.
The wolf spoke again:
“Make peace… or be destroyed.”
And for the first time…
Williams listened.
Desmond’s warriors stood ready at the borders, prepared for the declared war.
But instead of weapons, a messenger arrived with a letter marked with Williams’s seal.
Desmond opened it.
War cancelled.
I will come in peace to take my son—if he has been found.
Isabella exhaled shakily.
Desmond nodded slightly.
But when Williams entered the packhouse…
His world shattered.
The child was still missing.
And Anabelle…
Anabelle was nowhere to be found.
“ I can't afford to lose my son.” Isabella cried before Desmond.
There at Anabelle house. She picked the child, and had tried to harm him, when she had a thunder sound into her ears.
“ You must be dangerous.” She said to the child whose eyes were fixed on her.
He wasn't crying but smiling. Even though not fed by Anabelle the goddess feed him
“ You have just brought a problem into your house, it is better you return it in the next six hours, else something dangerous will happen to you.” The wolf warned her.
“ Not when my own part of inheritance is yet to be found. I must have Desmond as my mate before making such a step of releasing the child.” She replied to the wolf.
“ If you love your life. Return that child to Isabella.”
“ Still on what I have said, I can't.” She added.
The wolf left silently.
