Vanessa's POV
I was missing him so much. Physically.
We have been stuck on FaceTime for an hour now, since 7am.
"Are you listening to me or you've spaced out" Richard said, adjusting his phone well.
"Hm. I'm just admiring you" I cooed
"That's a lie. Who's the guy?" He frowned
"What?" I said, laughing
"Tell me who the guy is?" Richard said seriously
"I'm serious. I was just thinking of how much I miss you physically. How was your meeting yesterday?" I asked
"Okay, I believe you. My meeting was alright. I can't believe it's been 3 days already without you. Am I still breathing?" He placed his hand of his chest, faking a rapid breathing technique.
"Babe! Stop being dramatic. It's not 3 days already. This is the 2nd day" I laughed
"The day we arrived was the first day. Yesterday where you went sight seeing and I had meeting was the second day. Today is the third" He smirked
"Nope. We're not counting the arrival day" I shook my head
"You're no fun" He rolled his eyes. "What are you wearing today?"
"Bikini because we're going to the beach in the afternoon!" Rebecca said, laying on my stomach, looking into my phone. "Hi big guy"
"Matthew! Please call your woman." Richard yelled at Matthew who just joined the video call too from his side of the world.
"Why does this feel planned?" I groaned at the couple
"Because you guys need to get off the phone and enjoy" Matthew said, dragging the phone from Richard. "Say you love her or maybe you guys haven't gotten to that stage yet yeah?"
I could hear Richard yell profanity at him but it doesn't stop Matthew from running with the phone
"Mission accomplished" Becca clicked the red hang up button and smiled sheepishly at me
"You guys are bad" I shook my head
"This is what we're wearing to the beach but before that, we're going to try more sea food for breakfast" she said, tossing the beach wear on my body
"They look sexy" I smiled evilly.
"And the boys ain't gonna be fine with it but we're going to tease them with lots of pictures" She laughed evilly
"I like you!" I jumped up from the bed. "This place is so fine, I could live here for the rest of my life"
"I know right?"
"So, when do we move?" I asked, picking out my summer soft baby blue gown.
"By 10am. I know a good spot" She said, smacking my ass.
"Of course you do" I laughed. "We'll binge watch Riverdale when we come back"
"Sure" She said, picking out her cloth too
"What do you think about Richard?" I asked
"I think that he's stealing my best friend from me" She said
"What? That's not true"
"I'm kidding. If anything, I know I'm usually the one who's carried away with Matthew. I hope you're not mad at me"
"Bitch I'm not a cock blocker" I said, laughing at what I just said
"You damn right, sister! Besides, I really like you and Richard together. I hope he's serious with you though"
"One can only pray and observe" I said, handing her the face mask we bought
"Thank you" She said, applying it on her face before laying on the bed with me, facing upwards. "I've really wanted us to do this for long. I hope we can do this from time to time"
"I hope so too. One day I'll sponsor too" I said
"This one is free" She laughed
"It's free, yes, but it's because of you it was given to us, innit?"
"Very true" she concurred
"So what are you saying then?"
"Shut up smartass" She slapped me playfully.
"Hey pretty ladies, what would you like to drink?" The bartender asked us.
"Those?" I said, pointing at the cocktail in the coconut shell.
"Beautiful choice for beautiful ladies" He flirted
"Do you know a good spot where we can lay our mats?" Becca said, twisting a strand of hair around her finger, biting her lips.
"I could show you so many other things aside good spot" He winked

"I bet you will" She said, flashing him her boobs from her bikini bra
"Oh mama mia" He said, eyeing the breast shamelessly
I couldn't help but chuckle at what my eyes were witnessing
"Thank youuu. How much?" Becca said, handing me my juice
"Free for you bebe" He said, smiling sheepishly. "Let me know when you're ready"
"Sure baby boy" Becca winked, pulling me away with her. "Fucking prick" She laughed, making me burst out into fits of laughter
I immediately raised up my phone and began to record our free drink gotten from flirting
"Where do we lay our mats please?" I mocked, flashing the camera on her
"I could show you many other things aside good spot" She mimicked the guys accent
"Funny people!" I laughed, ending the video I was making.
"Send it to me please. Airdrop fast"
"On it" I said, sending the video to her.
We laid down on our laid out bench, feeling the breeze and wave emanating from the moving water. We laughed at different scenarios and flirted with few guys and took cute videos with some and posted on our Instagram story too.
My phone was beeping with messages from my man. I know he's mad but today is my day please. I'm being mindful of my body contact with them. I took pictures with these guys because they were very friendly and cute. And they were a twin.
"Time to eat that lobster we skipped... What do you say?" Becca said
"We could go together" one of the twin said
"That's beautiful." The other twin concurred
"We'll have to change at our resort." I said
"We'll drop you off" They said simultaneously
"Beau!" Becca said, carrying our bags
"Wow this place is beautiful" I smiled, taking pictures of it
"Let's take group pictures" Becca yelled.
My man is definitely going to kill us
"I totally agree" One of the twin yelled and I began taking us pictures.
They were all so cute!!!
"I'll go order something nice" The twin said, leaving us to find a good spot
"Isn't this wonderful?" Becca squealed.
"I hope it's not one night stand they're searching for" I said, adjusting my dress. "I've refused to look at my messages. Richard will be fuming by now"
"Matthew called me. I put my phone on DND. I will handle that later" She laughed. "We'll outsmart them if it's one night stand too"
"They're coming"
"Hi Ladies." They said, sitting down with us. "It's lovely to find beautiful girls like you two around here" one said
I've refused to ask them their names again.
"I hope we connect more often when we leave here. You'll call us right?" One asked
"Sure, why not" I smiled
"Here you go" The waiter said placing our meal.
"Woah!" I smiled, taking more pictures of the food
"Can we finish this?" Becca asked, licking her lips. "Lobster!" She smiled
"I'll show you how to enjoy it. Let's show them, Raj" one said to the other one who he addressed as Raj
"Sure. Watch us" Raj said
We watched them for a while and began replaying the steps they just showed.
"Heaven!" Becca moaned
"You bet" I licked my lips, savoring the taste in my mouth.
"Taste these ones too" They said
And the tasting of the food went on and on until we got too filled to even move.
Such a wonderful night.
