Claia looked all over the school for Jeremy but could not find him. She also asked the students she passed by. Up in the tree where he used to hang out wasn't there either.
"Jeremy, you said you would protect me secretly? Was that a lie? Wait. Why did I expect that? Can't. Claia, you can't expect anyone's kindness here," Claia reasoned.
"Besides Jethro, Linus, and Noah, Diora is also close to several boys. One of them is Ezra. He doesn't go to school here. I hope he never tries to meet Diora. He keeps texting, but I always ignore him. I'm also very grateful that I didn't meet Linus today. I hope Jeremy puts him in the hospital," Claia thought annoyed.
...
Diora's mother owned several houses. And one of the houses that Diora often visits is a house located near a ocean. Diora was often alone there. The girl's schedule is tight because she often hangs out with Sienna, Joana, and other friends. After that, she will study, and if there is a chance, she will come to this house. Claia took a taxi to the house. If in her own house Diora often studies, in this house where she is alone, she often watches movies, lazes around, eats a lot, cooks and drinks alcohol, and smokes. And in this house, Diora often practices martial arts. She try really hard . No wonder her body is so good.
This house is a place where Diora can be herself. However, Claia didn't think of it that way. She thought that it was in this house that Diora could laze around without her mother finding out. Because at home, if he is lazy all the time, then her mother will scold him. They hardly ever get along when they're together.
Arriving in front of the luxurious house, Claia widened her eyes in awe, and her head slowly moved up, gazing up at the height of this luxurious house in her expectations.
"So Diora is really delicious. I can eat whatever I want, and I can be lazy at any time because I already have a lot of money. Even her mother's luxurious house is everywhere. I can go here and there and buy lots of things because I was given a lot of money," Claia thought while shaking her head. Then she smiled wide, and her feet ran into the gate of the house.
"Surely I can see the ocean from upstairs," Claia thought.
According to Diora's memory, there was only one maid in this house. Claia wondered if the maid was capable of cleaning such a big house. Diora should have looked for one more person to accompany the maid in this house. In addition, there are no guards at all. To enter this house, one must use the code. The code was quite long so when Claia memorized it after a few scenes popped into her head, she wrote it down in a note.
However, even though there is only one maid in this house, it still looks neat and clean. Did the maid do everything alone? Claia looked around in amazement. This house smells better than Diora's mother's house. And besides, there are lots of children's toys. Did all the toys belong to Diora?
"Excuse me!" Claia shouted. Her voice echoed in the house. She wished for her maid to appear in front of him.
"Excuse me, is there anyone here?" shouted Claia again.
"That's right. This memory could be old. Maybe there's no one in this house anymore and Diora only sends the cleaners to come once a week," Claia muttered.
"If that's the case, I'm very happy. I can finally be alone in this luxurious house."
Claia climbed the stairs excitedly. Arriving at the top-floor balcony, she took a deep breath. Her smile was wide. Her eyes sparkled. The view was beautiful. And also, she turned her head to the side and found a mattress and a bolster pillow.
"It looks like Diora sleeps here a lot," Claia thought.
Claia looked at the beach in front of her. "I haven't been to the beach in a long time. It's beautiful."
Claia stared at the beach for so long that her stomach rumbled for food. She looked around for the nearest restaurant. She even used the binoculars near the bed. After finding it, she went downstairs to head to the restaurant. However, her steps stopped when she saw a refrigerator. She approached the fridge and looked at it closely. She realized it only now. If there were no people in this house at all, then why were the lights on in some rooms and the refrigerator operating? Her small hands moved to open the fridge, then her eyes widened. There was a lot of food in the fridge.
Claia looked back, then rolled her eyes all over the house. She suspected that at this moment, she was not the only one in this luxurious house. Diora's memories that appeared in her head while in this house did not appear anymore.
"Excuse me! I'm Diora! I'm sorry if I trespassed. I forgot that this is still my home. I'm sorry. I'll leave now!" Claia shouted. She thought that this house already belonged to someone else.
It was a good thing that Claia didn't leave her bag upstairs. If she had, she would need to get it again. Now she just needed to take what she could and get out of here as quickly as possible. She glanced at the children's toys. Diora couldn't have put the children's toys there. Surely the owner of this house was away or was monitoring her from the surveillance cameras installed in corners that she could hardly see. Claia had a sad expression on her face. She had been so happy knowing that she could finally relax while looking at the beach from this house that the opposite had happened.
However, when she turned into the front room, where the exit door was located, Claia came face-to-face with a boy without a shirt and only wearing short pants. Claia was shocked beyond belief.
"Diora?"
That boy also looked very surprised to see Diora. Claia immediately complained tremendously. Diora came to this house and relaxed by herself. However, she didn't think at all that this house might not be her home. Why was there a boy here? This boy wasn't wearing a shirt, and his pants looked wet. She felt as if this boy was the owner of this house.
"Diora, it's been a long time since we met. I've been waiting for you," the boy said.
"What's your name?" Claia asked immediately. "And most importantly, get dressed!"
"Sorry, I was just swimming at the hotel next door. And why did you ask my name? Is it that easy to forget me? How many people have you met that you don't even remember my name?" said the boy.
"I'm having a little trouble with my memory. Hurry up and tell me your name!"
"Ezra."
"What?"
"I heard from Jetho that you're traumatized by boy. You said that yourself, right? But I'm sure you have a very important reason behind it. Please tell me, Diora. Who knows, I can help you solve the problem."
"Good. Then back off twenty meters!"
"What?" The boy looked really shocked.
"Why? You said you would help me. What I said is true. I can't get close to boy. So, if you really want to help me, then hurry back twenty meters!"
Ezra wasn't as handsome as Jethro. But he was taller than Noah but had a better body than Linus. Claia kept looking into Ezra's eyes with a menacing gaze because she couldn't possibly keep looking at his body. This boy was so embarrassing.
"...Wait Diora. I don't understand what you're talking about. I've heard the news about your change for the better, and I didn't believe it at first, but after seeing it for myself, I feel...I can't accept it. I'm happy to accept that you're getting better, but with us being so far apart, I have reservations. You let me stay here on the condition that I always accompany you."
Isn't Diora too careless? She'd do anything to let a boy live in her house. Claia couldn't think of anything. She walked away from this house as fast as she could. However, the boy behind her yelled her name over and over again. Even that boy ended up chasing after her when Claia touched the door.
Ezra hugged Diora from behind. Claia looked back with a piercing look in her eyes. Ezra smiled. Claia immediately pulled away as much as she could to get away from Ezra. However, Ezra still hugged her and whined, calling her name. Claia found this situation very disgusting. She wondered why the memory did not appear in her head; instead, she felt focused on Ezra, who continued to cling to her. Claia pushed Ezra's head as hard as she could. Suddenly, Ezra lifted her body and put it next to her shoulder. Claia shuddered.
