Finally, Diora and her friends were able to gather again. The happiest are Noah and Jethro. But not Sienna and Joana. At first, they laughed while dancing with their other friends. But ever since Jethro brought Diora into this place full of twinkling lights, their laughter disappeared in an instant and was replaced with annoyed expressions.
The smell of alcohol hit Claia's senses. The lights and sounds made Claia feel uncomfortable. While still in her original body, Claia had been brought to a place like this by Tiara and her friends and here she became their maid. She had never drunk alcohol before and she was forced to swallow it during that time and ended up throwing up and then laughing.
Jethro still forced Claia to get out of this place. Claia lowered her head. She had removed her hair tie so that her hair now covered most of her face. She just kept quiet as a rock. In the eyes of Sienna, Joana, and their other friends Diora now looked depressed and as if what they saw was to be an amusement to them, they laughed loudly.
"Can't you shut up!" Noah snapped to Sienna and Joana so they stopped laughing.
"You shut up!" Sienna snapped.
"Jethro, if you don't want to take Diora away from here right now, I will take her away," said Noah.
Jethro was furious. He finally pulled Diora's hand. Her hands were cold, unlike usual. It's like that, shaking. Since last Sunday, his ex-girlfriend has been weird.
"I've asked many times and his answer is he doesn't know what happened to him. Indeed I have to take him to the hospital. Whether she agrees or not, I have to keep taking him. She must get proper treatment immediately. My heart says she hurts," thought Jethro.
"D-don't touch me!" Claia screamed inside. His eyes looked disgusted at Jethro's hand that was pulling his hand.
Claia suddenly crouched down and withdrew her hand as best she could. Since she was brought by Linus, her strength had decreased drastically and Jethro felt it. Jethro thought Diora was going to faint so he touched the girl's back to support her, but that only made Claia look even more scared and in pain.
"Why?" thought Jethro.
"Please….don't touch me! Stop! I don't want to! Just kill me!" Claia started to cry.
Jethro finally released all his hands on Diora. Claia buried her face into her knees. He was crying as loud as he could.
"I don't want to be here! I want to go home!" Claia shouted.
"Yeah, I'll take you home now, okay? Don't cry anymore!" said Jethro softly. He crouched in front of Claia but kept his distance. Gradually…he began to understand.
"Diora, you are like a mystery to me. You know what, I already know some of your secrets. About you and Noah, Linus, Zayden, Cyrus, Ryusei, Ezra, Hunter, and many more. Even so, I will not give up on keeping you on my side."
Jethro said that because he thought Diora was in a state where she couldn't hear his surroundings. Including his words even though they are quite close.
Claia was still crying. "Why can't I die? I want to stop living this life! I can't take it anymore! I want to…"
Jethro took out his cell phone and called Diora's mother. He asked her to contact a doctor and a psychiatrist. Diora's mother was of course surprised to hear this request. She hurriedly finished her work to go home when she heard her daughter was not well.
It took him more than ten minutes to calm Diora down and invite her to come with him. Throughout the trip, Diora was just silent. Jethro was also silent. But not with their minds.
They finally arrived at Diora's house. Diora's mother hasn't come home yet but the doctor and psychiatrist are already inside. Ira ran to fetch her lady and brought her inside carefully. Jethro followed behind.
When examined, Diora was silent as in the club. Her gaze remained blank. Ira and Jethro looked worried.
"I hope she's fine. Not being with him doesn't matter as long as she's always healthy," thought Jethro while closing his eyes.
While Ira vented her anxiety by holding Diora's hand tightly.
"It looks like…she's been pretty traumatized," said the psychiatrist.
Diora had been asked many times but never opened her mouth to answer. She also refused to be examined.
"Traumatized?" Jethro asked, surprised. "What kind of traumatized?"
"...Most likely a male touch."
Jethro's heart beat faster. "No way. What is this? Why did I just find out? She…before…she was fine, you know. She's always with me-"
Jethro recalled memories of when Diora was suddenly angry, rebellious, crying, anxious, and scared. He finally gave up on denying that fact and whispered, "Is that so…."
Jethro came out of Diora's house and stopped near the garage. He leaned against the wall with a sigh.
"Diora, all this time I've always been quiet and let you have an affair with lots of guys. I thought if I forbade you, you'd just leave me. When I did everything I could to always look number one in your eyes, you just broke up with me suddenly. Don't ask me what it's like the state of my feelings. Now that I think about it, it feels like I didn't know anything about you after hearing that you had a trauma."
He closed his eyes for a moment. After he opened them again, his two eyes became like those of a beast ready to pounce.
"I want to know who made him like that. Whoever it is, I can't forgive him," whispered Jethro.
