Chapter 73 Difficult to Tame
"Juniper, come on, tell us what else you know?" One of the girls nudged Juniper's arm. "How much does that man spend on Violet every month? He's so ugly, I can't believe Violet would even be interested in him."
Isabella stood at the bathroom door, hearing every word of the conversation inside.
At a time like this, Juniper still had the energy to spread lies here.
She didn't want to bother with it at first—the video had already been posted online, and soon everyone would know the truth.
But Juniper's voice kept coming from inside.
"That man is pretty rich. Violet has been to hotels with him quite a few times."
"Oh, and I saw Violet kissing him at a bar before."
"No way?" The girl showed a disgusted expression. "Violet really has no shame."
Isabella frowned and stepped forward, walking to the bathroom entrance. She immediately spotted Juniper standing by the sink.
Three or four other girls were nearby, all from Class 11.
Juniper had her back to her, seemingly unaware of her arrival, still talking away: "Anyway, Violet is definitely being kept by that man..."
Isabella found it amusing. She crossed her arms and leaned against the doorframe. "Juniper, you keep saying Violet is being kept—what, did you see it with your own eyes?"
Sometimes, rumors can easily destroy a person.
Isabella had experienced it firsthand in her past life.
She really hated hearing this kind of gossip—it was as disgusting as bugs!
Isabella's voice appearing in the bathroom was particularly jarring.
Juniper jumped in fright and immediately turned around. Seeing Isabella's face, her expression changed instantly.
"Isabella? What are you doing here?"
"Listen to yourself." Isabella looked at her coldly. "Does your family own this bathroom? I can't come here?"
Juniper's face showed embarrassment.
The smiles on the other girls' faces disappeared too.
"Luna Bailey, let's go." Juniper grabbed Luna, wanting to leave.
Isabella took a step forward, blocking the bathroom exit.
Juniper froze, looking at Isabella in confusion. "What are you doing?"
Isabella looked at her with disgust. "What am I doing? Was anything you just said something you saw with your own eyes? You're really something, just making things up. Have you thought about what consequences someone has to face because of what you said?"
Juniper was a bit stunned by Isabella's barrage of questions.
"What does it have to do with you?"
"Yes, you weren't talking about me, so of course you think it has nothing to do with me! But Violet matters to me, and I have to stand up for her."
Isabella stared at Juniper. Thinking about how her good friend was killed by her in her past life, her eyes filled with hatred. "And you—I'm warning you, if you use these dirty tricks to slander Violet again, I'll make you regret it!"
Juniper was frightened by the coldness in Isabella's eyes, feeling both guilty and agitated.
"What are you talking about? When did I slander Violet?"
"I'm talking nonsense?" Isabella's tone grew heavier. "Weren't you just saying Violet was being kept?"
"What? Not admitting it now?"
Juniper opened her mouth, wanting to say something, but found herself speechless against Isabella's words.
"Move aside, I need to get back to class."
Juniper avoided the topic and tried to walk around Isabella.
Without a word, Isabella grabbed her hair.
Juniper was yanked back, her scalp hurting. She shouted angrily, "Isabella, what's wrong with you? Let go of me."
Luna and the others saw this and protested too: "Isabella, what are you doing? Let go of Juniper."
Isabella grabbed Juniper's wrist and pulled her over. "Why should I let go of someone who likes to spread rumors?"
Juniper immediately shouted back defiantly, "What I said wasn't wrong!"
"Exactly, everyone knows about Violet's situation. Juniper was just telling the truth!"
"Violet did those things herself, is she afraid of people talking about it? If she had the guts to do it, she shouldn't be afraid of people saying it. Isabella, even if you're close with Violet, you shouldn't take it out on Juniper randomly!"
Isabella glanced coldly at everyone and said nothing, dragging Juniper toward the sink.
Juniper was pulled along with no ability to resist.
The other girls watched anxiously but didn't dare approach.
"Isabella! What are you doing? Are you crazy?" Juniper watched herself getting closer to the sink, feeling a bad premonition.
Sure enough, the next second, her whole body was pressed down onto the sink by Isabella.
Isabella turned on the faucet.
Cool water immediately poured out from the tap, splashing onto Juniper's face.
Juniper was completely stunned, her limbs flailing. "Isabella, let go, let go of me!"
The other girls were shocked, shouting from the side: "Isabella, you're crazy! Stop bullying Juniper, let her go right now!"
Isabella looked back at them, fire in her eyes. "If I don't bully her, who should I bully? Do any of you want to take her place?"
The group immediately fell silent.
Crazy!
Isabella was completely crazy!
Juniper was already crying, her hair soaked.
The group of girls watched in terror.
They nervously clutched each other's hands, keeping their distance from Isabella, not daring to get close.
After about three minutes, Isabella narrowed her eyes and finally let go. "If I hear you talking nonsense again, I'll rip your tongue out."
Juniper could finally move. She lifted her head from the sink, eyes red, and screamed at Isabella, "What gives you the right to treat me like this? What right?"
Just because she's from the Taylor family, she thinks she's so great?
Treating her like this?
What is this?
"Because you have a foul mouth." Isabella snorted coldly. "Satisfied with that answer?"
Juniper stared at Isabella's smug face and burst into tears.
This was too much bullying!
"Isabella, what's so great about you? Without the Taylor family, you're nothing!"
"I'm going to tell the teacher you bullied me!" Juniper ran off crying.
The other girls also shouted: "Isabella, you've gone too far!"
Then they ran after Juniper.
Juniper, soaking wet with disheveled hair, pushed open Hannah's office door.
There were other teachers and students in the office. Seeing the girl who suddenly burst in, they all froze for a moment.
Hannah finally recognized this was Juniper from their class. "Juniper, what happened to you?"
Juniper cried desperately: "Teacher, Isabella... she bullied me!"
"She even pushed my head into the sink..."
Hearing the name "Isabella," Jeremy nearby frowned.
Her again?
Ever since he learned that Isabella was actually the daughter the Taylor family had found, he finally understood why Isabella was so unrestrained in front of him, the dean of students.
So she had the Taylor family backing her up.
Jeremy's dislike for this student grew. No discipline, hard to control, completely wild.
She was bound to cause trouble again sooner or later.
Sure enough, it hadn't been that long, and she was already bullying other students.
What a troublemaker.
