Chapter 337 Don't You Know Fighting Is Not Allowed Inside the Academy?
Orville lay on the ground, his whole body aching.
Isabella looked down at him coldly. "Who did you just say should leave the school?"
Orville raised his head and glared at Isabella. Seeing the name "Isabella Taylor" on the girl's name tag, a flash of malice crossed his eyes. "Who the hell do you think you are? How dare you hit me?"
He simply couldn't believe that he had lost to a "poor person."
Orville pushed himself up from the ground and, using all his strength, struck at Isabella's vital point with his palm.
Since she's not a noble, then she should just die!
Isabella sensed the killing intent in Orville's move. Her eyes narrowed, and she held back no longer. With a punch carrying her inner force, she struck directly at Orville's vital point.
Orville was sent flying, spitting out a mouthful of blood, unable to get up again.
The watching students looked at this scene with some fear of Isabella.
That was too ruthless.
No matter what, Orville was the son of Garth, the current head of the Hope family.
This girl actually dared to treat Orville like this.
She was not only ruthless but also bold.
Just as everyone was discussing among themselves, a cold warning voice came:
"Isabella! What are you doing? Let go of Orville right now!"
Immediately, all eyes turned toward where the voice came from.
It was Arabella.
Arabella led several student council members toward them. They all had an extraordinary presence, especially Arabella, with her cold eyes and remarkable aura—truly worthy of being from the Howard family, ranked eighth among the thirty-six clans.
Everyone moved aside to make way.
Arabella first glanced at the barely breathing Orville, then said to the boy beside her, "Call a doctor."
"Okay."
The boy immediately took out his phone to contact a doctor.
Arabella then looked at Isabella, her eyes somewhat stern and disapproving. "Do you know that fighting is not allowed within the academy?"
Isabella frowned. "He started it."
"Even if he started it, you can't beat someone up like this. You hit him so hard, nearly killing him—what's the difference between that and deliberately causing trouble?" Arabella questioned coldly. "Which department are you from? I'm going to report you to your dean."
The student council's main job was to handle these kinds of matters.
Two years ago, a freshman also got into a conflict with someone and didn't know when to stop, ending up killing the person.
They said the victim's internal organs were all crushed—very serious internal injuries—and died on the spot.
Since then, the academy had paid special attention to such incidents.
Kennedy heard that Arabella was going to report to Gabriella and stepped forward. "Arabella, Orville came for me. Isabella was just helping me. She didn't deliberately cause trouble. This whole thing started because of me and Orville—it has nothing to do with Isabella."
If Gabriella found out about this, Isabella might face disciplinary action.
Disciplinary action might not mean much to these noble students, but Isabella got in through a letter of recommendation. The opportunity to study here wasn't easy to come by. Once she received disciplinary action, it would be easy for people to find fault with her, and in serious cases, she could be expelled.
Arabella listened to Kennedy's words, thought for a moment, and said, "It's possible to keep your dean from knowing."
She glanced at Isabella. "If you can reach a settlement with Orville, and he forgives you and clearly states he won't report this to the academy, then I'll consider your actions just now as horseplay."
Kennedy's brow furrowed.
She looked at Orville lying on the ground, barely breathing, then at Isabella, about to speak: "Isabella, how about I go talk to Orville..."
"No need." Isabella interrupted Kennedy, looked at Arabella, and said firmly, "I'm from the Physics Department. If you want to report to the dean, go ahead."
Arabella paused, her eyes narrowing.
She looked at Isabella and smiled mockingly at Isabella's ignorance. "Do you know what you're saying?"
"I'm warning you, if this gets to the dean, you'll definitely face disciplinary action. The school leadership will hold a meeting to decide your fate. If you're lucky, maybe you can stay at this school, but if no one in the leadership protects you, you'll be expelled, understand?"
Kennedy clenched her fists.
She naturally knew everything Arabella said was true.
Her expression grew serious, worried that Isabella might really be expelled because of this.
"Isabella, I'll go talk to Orville..."
"No need to talk to him." Isabella interrupted firmly. "He deserved to be hit. Why should I seek reconciliation with him?"
Hearing this, Arabella's expression changed. "You're not the least bit remorseful, are you?"
Isabella shrugged nonchalantly. "I don't think I need to be."
Arabella's face immediately darkened.
She really didn't expect this Isabella to be so arrogant and conceited.
Did she know where she was?
Anyone from this noble academy, no matter who, had a more prestigious family background and status than her.
In a place like this, Isabella, with no connections and no background, didn't know how to keep a low profile. Instead, she acted all high and mighty, full of herself.
She really didn't know what Isabella was thinking.
"Fine, then I'll do as you say and report you to your dean." Arabella said coldly, taking out her phone and directly calling the Physics Department dean.
If she remembered correctly, the Physics Department dean was new, named Gabriella.
Once Gabriella arrived, Isabella would naturally realize how ridiculous her behavior was!
When the call connected, Arabella couldn't wait to speak: "Is this Gabriella? I'm Arabella, the student council president."
Gabriella was still in her office when she received the call.
"Yes, I am."
"What's wrong? Arabella, what can I do for you?"
Arabella held her phone and glanced at Isabella again, her eyes carrying some superiority and disdain. Then she said to the person on the phone: "Gabriella, there's a freshman in Physics named Isabella. She got into a fight with someone, and the situation is quite serious."
Gabriella was startled.
Not because of the fight, but because she heard the name "Isabella."
Her expression immediately became tense, and her tone took on a serious edge. "What's the situation? Fighting? These students are too bold!"
How dare they hit Gwyneth's daughter.
Gabriella didn't say the last part out loud. She hurriedly got up and headed out, saying to the person on the phone: "Tell them to stop immediately. I'm coming over right now!"
——
Arabella had put the call on speakerphone.
How serious Gabriella's tone was on the other end—Isabella couldn't have missed it.
After hanging up, Arabella glanced at Isabella with disgust and sneered, "Gabriella will be here soon. You're definitely getting expelled!"
