Chapter 167: Let’s make love (part 1)
It was deep in the night when Harry perceived the pungent scent of petroleum in the facility. After working around a factory for a long time he had become familiar with the scent of petroleum
It dawned on him that Sara was trying to set the place ablaze. He was beginning to get desperate, he pressed his back against Carina’s knot and noticed that it had come loose. He pressed his back against it and used friction to push it to his left side with his jaw, he grabbed it and pulled one end of the rope, and then it came tumbling down.
Carina’s hands tumbled down now it was going to be easy to untie the rope that bound her body to the pillar and untie him too. Except that Carina didn’t move when her rope came off.
“Carina?” He whispered. “Carina! Carina!”
She could hear him perfectly well, she was just too weak and her body was numb, it was hard for her to move or speak. She hadn’t eaten for almost three days and had had very little water to drink.
“Listen to me Carina, we can’t die here, you and I have a score to settle, you owe me answers to the questions I had since you walked away. I have a company to recover and I need you to help me, please don’t die here.”
Harry’s words seemed to work because Carina sat up and started to examine the knot tied around her body, she sighed heavily because there was no way she could untie it. Her strength had left her body. Yet she didn’t want to be the reason Harry would die, if that happened she would never forgive herself.
She leaned in closer to the wall and tried to move her body till she was closer to Harry, she grabbed his zipper and pushed it down.
Then dipped her hand in hand in his boxers. She could feel his member becoming erect and she glared at him. How could he have such thoughts in this predicament?
“Hurry.” He barked at her.
Carina snapped Harry’s rope in two releasing his hands. Then handed the knife to him.
“Here, now do the rest.” She leaned her head back on the pillar thinking that hunger would take her out before the fire.
Harry snapped the ropes, released himself, and then released Carina too. He carried her into his arms and immediately noticed how lightweight she had become.
Just when he was about to make a quick dash for the exit. There was a loud explosion just a few meters away from them, the place caught fire immediately so Harry began to run desperately out through the second exit.
He came face to face with Mike who was more than shocked to see them free, for a second he thought they were ghosts.
Before he could pull out his gun Harry spun around and smacked him in the face with Carina’s legs. Mike fell backwards allowing Harry to slide down a ravine. Mike tried to chase after him but Harry slid down again, thinking he would fall to his death, so he let him go. Taking his time down another path to see if he would find their bodies.
Harry was hiding at the edge of a cave with his knife in his hand while carrying Carina at the same time. When Mike popped up ahead of them he thanked his stars and stabbed him in the neck took his gun then proceeded on his journey with Carina.
She held on to him tightly, as he descended the slippery mountains. The storm was coming and Harry could sense it.
“Let’s lodge at the cabin,” he whispered to Carina. Who only nodded because she was feeling too weak to talk.
It was about a 4-hour walk to the cabin, Harry would stop and catch his breath making the journey even longer for both of them.
The snow was beginning to fall even more and Harry could sense the storm even stronger. He breathed a sigh of relief as he opened the Cabin door, went inside, and banged the door shut. He lay Carina down on the couch that seemed a bit dusty and rummaged through the room looking for water for her.
The place looked well almost as if someone was living there. Maybe Sara and the rest of the family still came there to take a break from the stresses of life.
He found a tabletop fridge and took out some bottles of water, but they were too cold for her to drink so he moved a little stove in the cabin to warm the water up a bit for her.
Panting profusely, Carina chugged down the water to the last drop. Harry walked away to get her food. He found some cookies and a tin of milk in the cupboard so he opened them and brought it to her again.
Carina hungrily sat up and munched them down as if someone was chasing her,
“Won’t you eat?” She stopped midway and asked.
“Why did you print the documents?” Harry suddenly asked.
Carina went quiet again, then sighed, “I wanted to make it up to you. I betrayed you and wanted you to forgive me. I printed not just that document but a lot more of them. I thought she wouldn’t notice.”
“Don’t put your life in that kind of danger for me again!” Harry warned her,
“But I love you! I wanted to earn your heart again.”
Harry glared at her but she threw her arms around him and embraced him tightly, then she started kissing his neck.
“Let’s make love and keep warm, it’s getting cold.” She whispered in his ears intentionally brushing his ears with her lips.
Harry wanted to say no but he fell for it, he couldn’t resist the hardness between his thighs, and he missed making love to her, he grabbed her by the waist as he sat on the floor. Slowly he pulled her to join him.
“I miss your body on mine.” She muttered.
