Epilogue

Michelle woke up when she felt a tickle in her nape. She sleepily opened her eyes and her lips instantly curled into a smile when she saw him, Michael smiling sweetly at her. She was about to reach him when she felt the movement of the person beside her and just a few seconds later, she could feel his lips planting small kisses on her neck towards her shoulder.

With a wide smile, she turned to the person beside her who immediately pressed his lips on hers and she did not hesitate to respond to its kisses.

His arm is on her belly as his kiss slowly descended towards her neck. She smiled at the feeling of her husband's manhood. When his hand slipped towards her chest, that's when she stopped him.

She chuckled a little when he groaned in disappointment. He continued to face her and even though it was difficult, she forced herself to hug her husband who was holding back.

He lowered his face and then buried his face in her neck.

She stroked his very soft hair. She could still feel his hard manhood.

"You know we can't, right?" She said softly to her husband.

Rafael sighed before he leveled their faces. She laughed again when she saw that he was pouting.

Rafael put his hand on her big belly and caressed it.

"Why is it taking so long for him to come out? My eggs are going to rot!" He complained that it made her laugh.

She shook her head then kissed her pouting husband.

"He's gonna come out soon. Don't worry, we'll do it as much as you want once I'm ready." She said while smiling.

Gradually, Rafael's face brightened and he was suddenly excited. His smile was so wide and he looked like a child who was given candy.

"Really?" He asked.

She nodded in response and just like that, he kissed her again which gave a strange joy to her heart.

It's been seven years but she still doesn't lose the thrill she feels every time Rafael kisses her. Even now that they are already married, she still feels the same way and her love for Rafael just intensifies even more.

Seven years ago, she thought that she would lose Rafa forever but thank God, he did not let that happen.

Siarra did not completely fire the gun then because before the woman could pull the trigger, the police officer who was then standing behind her had already shot her. She was shot thrice until she lost her breath. Unfortunately, her brother was not able to survive, even her unborn child.

The fluid she felt that flowed down her thigh was already a sign, that she had a miscarriage.

She found out about it when she woke up after three days. The doctor told her that she was three weeks pregnant and because of the stress, she had a miscarriage.

It was not easy for her to accept what had happened. For three months, she did nothing but cry out in grief. She lost her brother and her baby and it wasn't that easy. She felt then that she was also gradually being killed in pain because of what had happened. And with all of that heartache and pain, Rafa never left her.

He was with her every time she woke up every morning and suddenly cried, he was there when she almost lost herself. Rafael was there when she almost gave up.

Rafael was so patient with her, he did not leave her, he did not abandon her. He took care of her and understood her until she finally recovered until she finally accepted the truth that Michael and her baby are gone and there's nothing she can do to bring them back. And now, she's already nine months pregnant. And in a few days, she will finally see the fruit of her and Rafael's love and she's so excited! She can't wait to see their child.

"I love you my angel," Rafael whispered in her ear.

Her heart beats rapidly again. Oh, God! She's goddamn in love with her husband.

"I love you too, hubby." She replied and tenderly kissed her beloved husband on the lips.

She looked again at the picture of his brother displayed in their room.

"Thank you, baby. Thank you." She said in her mind before hugging her husband tightly.

Michael is and will always be her lucky charm. If it weren't for him, she wouldn't know Rafael, if it weren't for him, she wouldn't feel this kind of love and she would thank her brother for the rest of her life.
