Chapter 90

Life was coming together and all we could ever dream of was going to happen.

They didn't believe in us but God did! And that was why we were thriving become better people and better parents to our baby and also make sure she was blessed with all the things that money could buy and also the things which money couldn't buy and even the ones which were okay just for the heart that was what we would give our child and my wife too was not left out from this adventure of the baby and me.

After having stopped by the store we got some food and then we headed home I wanted to make a special dinner for my girls they deserved it will I prayed for my wife to accept the food I would prepare because it would not be so easy, especially when the baby in her stomach would be disturbing.

it had been a long they heard from their friends Micheal and Jackie and the one time they decided to call and tell them the news about the gender of their baby was a girl they rather heard a gasping Micheal who had sure been carrying his girlfriend for long.

"Jackie is at the hospital "and they immediately ran to go check on their friend to know what had happened.

Micheal and Jackie had been having a few fights lately and it was because he was not willing to commit They had both gone to the beach area to go have some fun and all of a sudden she was all mad and the jacket which he had given to her for the cold breeze she took it off her body.

And they had taken a boat thingy to go have fun inside the sea but instead of they lost track of time and then it seemed the entire place had been deserted as they seemed to be lost from everywhere.

And because she had been angry with her boyfriend so she had to tell the guy she didn't need help a decisions Jackie got to regret sooner than she had removed those words from her mouth.

That's the jacket he had given to her, to the thee cold from touching her but it was obvious that she was not interested in having it anymore and without any words, he did not even turn to look at her but he lowered himself to pick up his jacket from the ground, asking himself why all ladies were the same with a problematic character which was so awful sometimes but unfortunately for him, he could not get any answers.

Moving away not wanting to exchange statements with her anymore, Jackie's breathing had changed its rhythm and she was beginning to gasp for air with her body getting so cold like a fish freshly taken out of the water. Not being able to talk and wanting to ask for help from him, she trembled feeling so much cold which led to her falling on the ground with her whole being, affected by the cold and tears rolling down her eyes.

" Please don't go, come back," she pleaded with the little strength that was left In her, feeling terrible as her stubbornness had landed her into deep problems and she had used her mouth to push to get him upset too.

Micheal was very angry in his spirit and could not explain why someone will be so ungrateful as her to speak so rudely to someone who just wanted to help her but well.

He didn't talk much so he just simply kept going because that's what anger does to people when they are mad at each other.

When he felt the silence that was behind him, Michela had thought that it was because, she was sitting quietly not wanting to bother him but when he turned his gaze a look at her, he was stunned at what he was seeing being him and without a second thought, Micheal ran off to her with his heartbeat rising like someone as be saw his loved one at the verge of dying before his eyes.

"What is the matter, Baby," he asked feeling all sacred that she was dying and touching her body, it was colder than how she was some moments again. Micheal seeing the tears that were flowing down her eyes forced to get her up from the ground and take her into his arms, there was nothing like being angry anymore as she was as cold as a fish.

Tears kept on running down her eyes with teeth grinding against each other. While he was doing all that, she was busy looking at him not believing that he was a nice person after their quarrel.

Jackie regretted all the things she had said to him under the influence of anger.

"You are my saviour," she muttered in her state before finally passing out in his arms. He was so scared when he finally reached their car and not knowing what to do, he began to sweat profusely.

All Micheal could say was he was sorry for having made her angry and for using certain words on her he knew he had gone super far with the way he had spoken to her and he knew he was wrong for not wanting to commit they had been together for what seemed like forever but he could never imagine that she was going to be this and at him, he had kept in saying he wanted to make sure he had everything before they got married but he found now that he was just being so relentless because she had been so disturbed that she was feeling that she would be in the relationship and it would lead to nothing.

As she opened her eyes while on the hospital bed the first person she saw was Isabella.

"Hey" she started saying but then Isabella told her not to start with what she wanted to say because what she wanted to say was going to bring a lot of issues for them because she had been some cold when brought here and that was when they even realised that she had pneumonia.

"Don't you ever scare me again like that okay? If you die now who am I going to be a maid of honour for" Isabella asked her and all Jackie could do was s? le at her and held her hand strong.

Meanwhile the corridor Tommy was scolding Micheal for being reckless and not paying mind to his girlfriend who had been with him through thick and thin although the marriage was never and could never be a competition.

She was so much like every other woman who would want that she be matrix as her friend so Tommy talked some things out with him and at the end of the day he ended up saying he was going to do what was right hence entering into the room where his girlfriend laid while Isabella and Tommy left and gave the privacy for them to discuss their matters and then handle other issues with perfect dexterity.

Michal was sorry and that made everything better with the words am sorry at the back of his mind he was planning to propose to her the moment she left the hospital.
