Chapter 110

Anniversary

Two years in marriage was no joke.

They had to plan for their anniversary and given the fact that she was heavy with child she had left all of it in the hands of her husband Tommy who had decided that they were going to have just a small something with friends and family maybe at their house or they could go on a vacation but given the fact that she could not travel at this critical point of their baby's arrival.

Or maybe they could have a trip to Africa he thought and the next day they went to the hospital to ask the doctor if it was okay for her to travel while she was a few weeks from giving birth and he told them it was okay so king as they didn't have long and excruciated tedious activities while on their trip.

He had told e doctor it was their anniversary and he would want to take his daughter and wife and maybe his family members if they are willing to go for their small get away but he promised to bring his wife back in time for her to be attended to by his hospital because he knew that Isabella wanted to be in Alabama when she gave birth.

The doctor congratulated them and told them to be careful so that she could return carefully too.

On their way back home they concluded that they wanted to go to one of the African countries which was Cameroon.

They had heard of the most exotic places in Cameroon which were Douala and Yaounde where they could have to see the presidency and other things and other touristic sites.

Although the doctor told her she could travel her mother was torn between allowing her child to travel for long. And it would not be a good thing for her to be on transit long-distance, especially on air when she was in her last months of pregnancy.

Isabella was becoming a great young lady taking care of anybody who needed her assistance just like her mother had been when she was still a baby.

After the Thanksgiving celebration and also having their cake for thanking God for making them get to this point also Micheal and Jackie joined in the journey.

The flight was not all that tiring and they arrived at the Douala airport and the fresh air and beside it was the festive season break, Yaounde was the best option for travel.

They all used the family van it was a four-hour drive to Yaounde and by air, they could use approximately two hours but they wanted the kids to enjoy and see new places on land as they drove to their destination known as Monte Feb a beautiful resort area with so many amenities to accommodate its tourists with all its splendour.

When they arrived at the resort the children and everyone began to settle down and everything was going well as they had planned Isabella was fully loaded she could barely even move but she wore a one-piece bikini and sat watching her husband playing with Kate and making sure they were in the safe side of the pool.

Looking at his wife he said he loved her and she reciprocated it by telling her she loved him too and very much.

Reading her novel and playing with the clothing they had placed on the grass watching the sunrise and the sun about to set.

It was getting to the evening and so they all went into their dining room where they had been served their food and they ate, after they ate at the resort they had a clubbing area so Kate was put to sleep while their grandparents sat by the burning fire and their parents went to the club to have some fun.

It had been a long time since they had done this all together aside from their normal girl night out and their guy's night out and family gathering this was the first time in a long time they had gathered together in one place and a club for that matter grinding their waist towards their husbands doing lap dances and also twerking before them this night was sure going to be hot because their boners were up already up and in that they would know the night was not only young but it was going to produce some babies.

Just the difference was that Isabella and Jackie were both pregnant so they had already done the deed of being pregnant so trying to twerk on their husband was a little tedious but the only reason was that they had been so engrossed in work and also they had families to think of that their crazy sprees of being there when they were younger they had been so fun like and this night they just had to make sure they had the fun of their life because having two kids just as Isabella was expecting and one kid as Jackie was expecting.

Parenthood had changed their lives and routines so much that they would also be in the house and even forget that they had friends or families to visit but this anniversary trip was going to make them happy and bond together.

The ever-vibrant Jackie had been reduced to taking slow movement because she was in her three weeks of giving birth.

Isabella tried standing to twerk she tried though but she easily got tired and it was privileged to see Jackie dance she didn't strip she twirled her waist making all the guys in the club feel like they wanted to grab her and just jump her bones till she screamed for them to stop but the way Micheal held her in a restrictive manner shooed all the men away they could only stare from afar, they made a little bet as to the person who had to drink the highest shots of vodka and everyone was cheering the guys as they kept taking shots and no one lost because all the guys drank to their fill.

They got to the house with the women barely trying to keep their men standing and moving straight and as they were put on the bed and they tried to take them out of their clothes and wipe them with water and a sponge so they would be revived but these men had other things planned in each room they were going at it as for Isabella and Jackie was having it from the back because obviously, she could not take him from the front because of the baby but the baby was to be out soon so they just had to be careful not to hit the wrong spot and prompt a baby going out.

The next morning they went for ice cream and swimming before going to see the Presidency and museum and also to collect a few things for their return to Alabama, Cameroon could be called one of the best things that had happened to her this day.

Isabella held Kate and the kid was happy she had experienced this trip with her parents.

And Isabella was happy her husband had gone the complete extreme to make her be in the best conditions during this trip.

As they were all in the ice cream booth trying new flavours.

Tommy was, is not one to do the normal cliche things that happened in romantic relationships but the way he made his things she was always going to be his priority with his daughter too.

The entire anniversary didn't end there he had bought her a new car and it was back in Alabama And he had received a call from the car company saying it had been delivered to the house so he smiled and looked at her.

Funny enough Isabella had also ordered the great car he had been admiring from a catalogue.

He had told her he loved the car and he wanted to get it for himself so he had also made sure to make his wife happy but she had also made sure that she had also used some of her savings and she had also made sure that's she was informed the car had arrived their house and they were going to return home from this anniversary trip tomorrow.

This night again being the last night the men went on to have a drinking spree and when they return they ooze of alcohol and Isabella got mad as she reminded Tommy they were not supposed to keep making it a habit of getting a drink because she might just go unto labour and he would not be able to have a man to carry her to the hospital if she had to give birth smar way she was scolding him Jackie was doing same to Micheal and alike children they both apologised for being irresponsible

Memory pictures were taken for this day because just like always mother always said they were not always going to be around, someone might leave the next day, people might travel and many other things could happen.

They all had a hangover from last night and there had to take some Advil to help with the headache they all felt and not without receiving a scolding for what happened last night although they had gone out to have fun as Isabella's mother wanted to make sure that they all were fine as they took the road trip back to Douala before they took a plane back to Alabama. When they had returned from their drinking spree she couldn't help but hear them enter the house grouchily and murmuring incoherent words which didn't make any sense at all. And she was also skilled when she heard their wives scolding them.

Isabella had begun having some cramp-like pains in her tummy but she didn't want to alert people when it was not necessarily what she had thought so she went out with everyone and they went to the museum taking pictures and making faces and also made things interesting and exciting.

They stopped to eat because Jackie and Isabella were hungry and they craved some shrimp which meant they had to look for the place where the shrimp was available it was not that difficult because they could see it at a nearby restaurant and that was how they all ate shrimp and other available foods.

After having their food they continued on their trio and to be honest as she lay on the lap of her husband she told him a genuine gig thank you for having made her enjoy herself and also for having to go to one of the African countries in her bucket list for their second anniversary.

They all boarded the plane and returned home to Alabama with a sleeping Kate when they arrived at the house late at night.
