Finding everything ok she sat with Devon after she put water on, but she still was aware that there was danger near by. Devon go, hunt, she told him, Nirka are you sure your ok I don’t want to leave you when your looking like a rabbit caught in a trap. I’m fine she said everyone is here I know it will not take you long. He kissed her then got up I will not be long, I know she said starting to make coffee, Joel had just got up and Nirka handed him a cup. She told Joel that Devon was going to feed, Joel said I will go and catch up with him. Save my coffee. Jenny got up and said Sarah was still sleeping. Nirka hand her and Brandon coffee and put more water on. Still having an uneasy feeling. Brandon asked her how did you sleep, Nirka? Like a baby I was exhausted that was hard with out Ryans help. But I’m ok now. How was Sarah when you got back Nirka asked Jenny. She was upset but we talked, and she was ok after that. What was she upset about Nirka asked. The rough life Lil has had. I can understand life here is different then at home. I heard you had all come for a visit a female voice said. She turned around to see Cassie hugging Devon. Nirka, she said walking over to her you look good, how have you been. Not bad Nirka said. Look I brought some fruit and cheese, and bread Lex will be here soon too he can’t wait to see you both either. Well, I have to go enjoy the food I’m helping decorate for the party tonight love you both, and she went towards Mikes house. Devon came over and wrapped his arms around Nirka asking her still jealous of Cassie, Nirka laughed of course not that seems so silly now she said as she leaned into him. Coffee is ready breakfast in 10 minutes, Sarah came out of the wagon Morning auntie, and Uncle Devon. Jenny brought Sarah over a goblet as she took it she asked Nirka will I ever get use to this? Nirka laughed yes now drink up. After she was done Nirka said let’s go and sit and have a talk for a minute or two. Ok Sarah said, and they walked over to the seat of the wagon and sat down. How are you doing this morning she asked I’m good Sarah said. I head you were upset last night yah but I’m good now Jenny helped me understand about the differences between our worlds. But auntie I want to tell you I’m sorry I should have sent you energy never thought. Sarah, stop! your just learning things I did not have you there to give me anything I wanted you to learn what I was doing. I’m the one who is sorry for it being emotionally hard on you. That being said you are going to have to learn not to let things effect you emotionally but that will come in time with Gwen and I teaching you. I hope Isabell is ok I’m sure she is fine Ryan and Gwen are taking good care of her. the pups are not due until a couple of days before we get back. Now let’s go eat I’m starved. Nirka went back and sat with Devon and Sarah went and sat with Jenny. Jenny was showing Sarah something Nirka smiled Jenny and Sarah were already getting close. Devon whispered in her ear what are you smiling at love. She whispered back Jenny and Sarah. Ah he said they are bonding. Was it like that for you he asked. Sort of I don’t remember a day in my life that Jenny was not there. She was my mother’s assistant, so she has known me since I was born. When I was little, she would sit with me and play doll and when I got older, she would show me stuff like she is doing with Sarah. Jenny would even take me home with her to give my mother a break that’s how Brandon and I got close. He would tease me relentlessly he has always been like a big brother to me. Devon wrapped his arms around her waist, I love you so much, then he leaned over and gave her a deep kiss. Until Brandon cleared his throat. You two better behave Brandon scolded them all the while laughing, which made everyone laugh. Brandon Devon said you ok to watch over Sarah for a while I want to take Nirka fishing. Not a problem Brandon told him. Devon got up then helped Nirka up come on he said let’s go and get my gear. Nirka took his hand you will teach me, she asked Devon. of course, I will teach you taking her hand they walked into the woods outside the compound for about 15 minutes and came to a river. Devon helped her down the bank and Nirka put out a blanket on the sand. Nirka watched as Devon put his fishing pole together and baited it. come on over here he said to her. he put his arms around her and showed her how to hold the fishing pole, I will do the first cast watch carefully after we brig the line back in I will help you do the next one. Ok Nirka said smiling. He cast the line out want waited for a few minutes. There was a tug on the line, she watched as he would bring the line in and then let it sit for a few seconds before reeling it in more. Is there a fish on the line she asked. Yes, Devon said we don’t want to reel it in to fast it could snap the line or the fish could get away. When the line got to where they were standing Devon grabbed a net and scooped up the fish and took the hook out of its mouth, that’s one for dinner he said, now it is your turn. With Devons help she cast out the line and it was not long before she got a tug on the line. Devon encouraged her to bring the line in slowly and again when it got to where they were standing, he brought out the net again and put it with the other one. Devon told her she did good, want to try on your own now? Sure, Nirka said. She mimicked what he had taught her, and they had a third fish for dinner. Your turn she said and went to sit on the banket and watch him, Devon caught two more fish then put the pole down and went to sit with her.
