Father shook his head I never realized how selfish and greedy Trevor was until I made him king. I only hope the people will forgive me. He used you Father, he used her killing Marco as way to convince you to get rid of her. You know Devon after all the dust from this has settled, I think I will retire and hand down my throne. Devon looked at him does Nirka have other brothers who would take the role of father. No, he said they are not interested they are happy with their lives away from the castle. Devon thought for a few minutes. Brandon or Ryan Devon asked. Father laughed no, no. the person has to be of the royal family. Devon looked at his father-in-law you don’t mean…., Father nodded his head of course you, it is perfect and really the only choice seeing as you are her husband. I know together you can restore the realm and make it glorious again. Father I can only follow Nirka’s lead Devon said I know nothing about ruling anything I have always been a simple man, fishing, hunting, living off the land. Father laughed then you are perfect for the job, how so father? Devon was a tad confused. I will tell you something I don’t know if you have noticed. Well dad Devon said would you like some more coffee, sounds like a good idea son Father said and Devon got up to get them more coffee and they chatted more about being Father. Nirka Gwen and Ryan started out before Devon got back with Father. They took many of the hidden passageways so they would not be detected. There could still be young guards that they missed. 20 guards entered the castle and went the third-floor right wing and took down the two young guards standing at Trevor chambers. The high guard linked Nirka telling her he was in his chambers and not in his office. The Guards stood outside the doors waiting for the signal from Mother for them to entre. Nirka and Ryan took the steps carefully so Gwen would not get hurt the steps were slippery from dripping water and moss growing on the rocks. Nirka linked Lucy that they were in the last passageway and to start their assault on the third-floor right wing of the castle. The Dragons roared and Devon and father looked out to see them leaving going towards the castle Devon said the assault had started I hope it ends quickly. They had reached Trevor’s chambers and now waited for the dragons, when the dragons arrived, they flew around the castle several times. The witch seeing them said to Trevor crazy am I what are those. Trevor went out onto the terrace. I see nothing he said then suddenly Lucy was in front of him he could not believe his eyes. Lucy flew right up into Trevor’s face and breathed on him knocking him back hitting his head on the wall as he fell. The dark witch started to cast a spell but lucy was faster than her, reaching in she used her talons to push the witch down and rip her black robe. Hearing the commotion out on the terrace Nirka, Ryan and Gwen slipped into the room and stood in the double doorway of the terrace. Trevor got to his feet and went to run inside the chambers away from lucy, when he saw his way was blocked by Nirka, Ryan and Gwen. He took a double take and stuttered you suppose to be dead pointing to Nirka, the dark witch was now standing beside him. Trevor looked at the dark witch how did you know she was alive; I can not feel her aura the witch said to him. Nirka laughed that is because your magic sucks. the dark witch moves away from Trevor and started throwing spell at them everything she threw was blocked by one or all three of them the witch move back from them Trevor watch Ryan and Gwen were moving from the doorway. But Nirka still stood there. She threw magic at him that sent him flying to the terrace wall, Gwen conjured up a ball of pure white light she threw it at the dark witch but the dark witch reflexes were good and she side stepped it just in time for it to hit the ground beside her and explode, as the witch was moving she did not see Ryan cloak and move around Trevor and around the back of her. Trevor again tried to enter the chambers, but Nirka pushed him back with her magic. Where do you think your going brother Nirka sneer at him. He looked to get help from the witch just in time for him to see Ryan uncloak and grab the witch from behind pulling her arms back as far as he could hearing the bone breaking, Gwen conjured up another ball of while light throwing it at the dark witch Ryan let go of her just as it got to her and she was nothing more then a pile of dust on the floor, now Ryan and Gwen both Joined Nirka advancing on Trevor who kept moving back wards on the floor trying to get away. He got up and tried again to run past Nirka but again she pushed him back onto the ground, Ryan and Gwen threw spells at him that now made it so he could not move. Nirka linked the Guards outside the doors to come into the chambers and the terrace. She needed witnesses. Trevor tried to get away from them as they advanced but he couldn't move. You can’t do this he yelled; I am king Trevor you will be put to death all the guards were laughing. Nirka looked down at him I highly doubt it she said. But I am the king, Trevor yelled Guards arrest them. Trevor yelled again I told you to arrest them. One of the guards said what was that you said, another said what I can’t hear you then the guards laughed. You will all be sentenced to death Trevor said. Nirka looked at him how pathetic she said such an empty threat, these are my guards not yours.
