GERALT'S POV

" I'm gonna ask you one last time young man and you better make the right choice this time ," I threatened after a severe blow to his face. I lit a cigarette to stop myself from killing this piece of shit in front of me. I try to control my anger to get the answers I need.

" he spat the blood into his mouth.

" Is that all you got ? Haha you're rich, big thief, but soft ! Pwe ! " he said breathlessly and arrogantly even though his whole face was already swollen. My hands trembled and my jaw tightened. My suit is full of his blood. I haven’t bathed or slept yet because all I want to do is kill him now and beat him to death.

I'm so mad ! !

But l has no time, I need to focus ! I need to know where Lexi is !

I have to think of what for him to speak ! I am so worried sick about my fiance !

" When something bad happens to Lexi, I swear to God Pio, you will never see your loved ones again ! ! ! "

I threatened while I snatched his neck.

I slapped him on his face. I didn't put too much pressure on it because know, one more punch and he's gonna pass out.

I need to know first where that man took Lexi.

He's almost struggling to talk because his face was swollen. This asshole is obviously fucking lying. I was watching him last night when he had given Lexi her last drink before she went on the bathroom. I was observing him because he was acting nervous before and after talking to her so when Lexi went missing I knew it right then. I know that Lexi would never leave me like this ! So l dragged him immediately and took him on one of my basement bars while the whole family is panic that our family would find Lexi,

I had a strong feeling that Patrick and Stanley were conspiring.

I opened the door and it was my bodyguards. I sent them earlier to search every corner of that son of a bitch's apartment.

" Sir, almost half of the furniture in his apartment is gone, but we saw something in the drawer of his office, " one of my men said and handed me a beige folder. Copies of mortgage payment records and homeowners insurance in Stanley and Lexi's name.

I can make some calls and I can easily find this place.

" She better be okay Patrick, when I find out she hurt Lexi, you are both going down. Mark my fucking word, " I stated

ALEXIAH'S POV

" Ughh my goshh lover boy, do that later. You're gonna have a loooot of time with her I promise, let me talk to her first," a very familiar evil slutty voice has entered. " Fuck MONIQUE really ? ! ! "

Stanley zipped back his pants and went out of the room.

" M o- monique ? " I stuttered. She's wearing a red tight dress and red bottoms. Hair is curly and slutty as always.

Why is she here ? !

Is she a part of this ? ! This bitch just would never leave me alone !

" One and only baby, " she winked and walked close to me. she went over to the bed and sat on the side. She was caressing my face, but I immediately shook my head to remove her hand from my face.

" Lexi . Lexi Pretty face but pretty much stupid, " she implied.

Note that she nearly killed me before and I don't think she's not going to give up until l'm gone !

I said some hurtful things because I was confused too !

And yes sweet pea, I contacted your ex who is still madly crazy in love with you. So we meet up and planned everything. Your crazy ex fiancé immediately agreed. Perfect timing for your party so we asked Patrcik to roofy you since we weren't invited. And Voila ! " She proudly said.

" But you know what if your ex didn't agree, I would have just probably kill you. Lucky you in fairness, " she continues sarcastically.

" You're crazy Monique ! You'll regret it ! " I yelled. If only I hadn’t been tied up earlier I would have thrown away this delusion !

I can't believe that they still have Patrick with their suspicions ! I would have kicked him but I felt something cold on the right side of my foot. It feels like a broken glass that Stanley broke when he asked for a seat here.

" Scary . . hahaha ! Have a nice life Lexi . Bye !

I'll just send you our wedding invitation by Geralt soon ! He'll be annoyed. I didn't waste any more time and I immediately picked up the broken glass by foot and handed it to right side of my hand. Because my two hands are tied apart, I tried so hard to easily rub the rope on my right wrist where the rope is tied tightly. The difficulty of my position but I need to try !

" Omg ! I did it ! " When I cut the rope on the right side, I immediately cut the rope on my left hand and quickly ran outside.

I need to get out of here quickly before Stanley catches up with me.

I slowly opened the door and inspected the hallway. Nobody but l can hear Monique and Stanley talking. I slowly got out and went down the stairs. It’s a pretty normal size house so I immediately saw the kitchen on the right. I can hear their voices from the left side of the stairs.

My heart was beating so loud that I felt like they can hear it. Fortunately, there was a wall between the living room and stairs so they couldn't see me. The opposite side of the stairs is almost 10 feet from the main door, but they will definitely catch me even if I run into it.

I slowly went to the kitchen assuming there was a back door exit.

Oh my God please I hope there is.

GERALTS'S POV

" Lexi ! " I just get here at the address that we've traced according to the papers my men had found.

We were just getting out of the car when we heard 2 gun shots.

I hope what I'm thinking is wrong !

I ran towards the front door as fast as I can !

I slammed the door open and call out for Lexi! I have no protection but right now all I can think about is Lexi. I don't care anymore !

" FUCKSHIT when will you let us go ! " Stanley shouted. He threw a punch at me which I immediately avoided. I punched him in his left rib and straight to his face.

" This might be your worst day man, " I said. He smiled in an irritatingly smug but he was obviously hurt. Fucking asshole.

" Come on, do you really think that Lexi will marry you ? !

She still loves me bro ! So leave ! !

Let us be happy ! ! " He falsified while wiping the blood on his lips.

Looks like this guy is mentally unstable. What a fucking delusional. forcefully pushed him out of my way and try to find Lexi.

I rushed upstairs but there's no sign of her but I can feel she's here ! I went downstairs and I went to the kitchen.

When I came down, Stanley was gone. I was horrified with what I saw next !

I felt like Horses were racing and stomping inside my heart !

Only now did I experience my whole body trembling with fear. Fear of losing the only one I loved all my life. I couldn't even breath right ! I saw Lexi laying down by the kitchen exit door unconscious with blood all over her shirt. I hurried over to her to stop her from bleeding. I ripped my shirt and put it on top of her wound.

She was shot from her left shoulder but she was still breathing, thankfully !

" Thank God ! " I nervously whispered. I never thanked God believed in Him but this is probably the most first thanks I made to him.

" Baby . . baby . . wake up ! ! fuck ! " I'm trying to wake her up. Holding her weight into my arms.

" Fuck ! ! ! ! " I shouted while trying to wake her up. My men came up to me with Monique holding her tightly while she's trying to resist.

" Sir we were caught running with the gun so we immediately chased ! " One of them said. I was outraged when I saw her !

I'm gonna fucking kill her ! But she's not my priority right now. I have to save my fiance !

" Call an ambulance ! ! Go ! ! ! ! ! " I screamed at one of my men.

I burst out in tears !

I was holding Lexi tightly in my arms and trying to cover her wound while Looking at her beautiful face.

" I love you so much ALEXIAH . . . please hold on, " I sobbed and kissed her forehead.

I can't imagine my life without the love of my life !

If anything gets worst, everyone who made him pay for it ! I'm gonna make all their life like a living hell ! ! !
