The boys were playing soccer during lunch, and under the sun, I watched them from the bleachers, shouting at each other while fighting for the ball. I drank my cold beverage, feeling the sweat running down my back, and my attention shifted to the group near the parking lot. Matias was with them, chatting and laughing.
"Lunch," Kenji tossed the bag in my direction as he approached.
I cursed at him as the bag hit my chest and spilled some of my drink from the surprise. Laughing, Kenji sat with me and devoured his burger quickly.
"You took your time," I accused, unwrapping my burger, enjoying the delicious smell of meat and sauce.
"You're welcome," he retorted with his mouth full. "Hmm!" he murmured thoughtfully.
I took a bite of my burger and followed his critical gaze, feeling my heart flutter as I saw Matias watching us from a distance.
"What do you think of him?" I asked, hiding my expectations.
"What do you mean?"
"I'm not talking about him as a Lily," I explained, furrowing my brow due to the strong sun. "What do you think of Matias?" I insisted, leaving him confused.
"I've never thought about it," he said, knitting his dark eyebrows. "Since I met him, he's just another Lily who thinks he's the king of the city," he replied, casting another glance at Matias, but he returned his attention to the girls around him. "I don't know much about him outside of the Lily stuff, but Artemis told me he likes to read and is always hanging out in the city's bookstores," he said, shrugging.
"And he's gay," I suddenly revealed. Kenji stared at me in pure shock.
"What?"
"He's super gay," I repeated, taking the last bite of my lunch, wishing there was more.
"And how did you find that out?" he asked, confused.
"A gay can recognize another gay," I said, watching Matias run his fingers through his brown hair. It was obvious he was showing off.
"No way!" he accused, slapping my shoulder. "Seriously, how did you find out?" he insisted, smiling.
"Anton told me, he also said that Matias was my type," I confessed, carefully evaluating his expression. But Kenji just tilted his head, thoughtful.
"Really?" His brown eyes scanned Matias, studying him with different eyes.
I avoided smiling when his posture straightened, and something changed in his gaze.
"Was he right?" he asked, not hiding his anxiety. "Does he turn you on?" His words came out low.
"Like hell!" The truth came out sweet as honey, and I smiled with mischief, remembering all the times I touched his body with my mouth and penetrated him hard, making him moan my name.
"Ugh! Ugh!" he repeated as he stood up. "I can't believe I just said that!" he accused, and I laughed at his exaggeration. "No! Ugh, Ryuuji," he grumbled, giving up on finishing the leftover burger.
"You asked me," I retorted, still laughing.
"I never want to think about that or imagine..." he huffed, clearly entertained.
"Don't tell anyone," I ordered, crossing my legs and finishing the last of my still-cold drink.
"About you wanting to fuck Matias?" he murmured, hoping no Hebi members overheard that blasphemy.
"About him being gay. Don't tell anyone, ever," I declared, holding his gaze. "It's an order, Kenji," I reinforced, and I saw him press his lips together.
"So, it's a secret," he deduced, shifting his weight between his feet.
"Never," I repeated.
"Okay," he accepted, huffing louder as he flopped back down beside me.
"Now imagine how it would be if I were sucking..." I tried to tease him, but Kenji jumped off the bench and ran away without looking back.
"Idiot," I whispered, shifting my attention back to the boy with soft skin and a smile pulling at his beautiful lips. The desire to kiss him consumed me like a hungry animal chasing its prey. "Damn!" I muttered, feeling the hot blood rush through my body, and the need to have him intensified violently.

Things were hectic at the complex, cars coming and going, goods being shipped through the forest in the middle of the night, game nights were long and exhausting, and the training left me tired and sore.
A week passed in the blink of an eye, and the only moments I managed to see Matias were at the Academy or in a restaurant when we bumped into each other. The tension between the gangs was at its peak, and my father forbade the young Hebi from staying out late in the neutral zone, as it was no longer safe with everything that was going on.
Classes had finished, half of the Hebi were in extracurricular activities, while the others went home to rest. We were exhausted from working late and attending Academy classes, but we were Hebi, and no one dared complain.
I walked down the empty corridor towards the library on the second floor, my heart still racing ever since I received Matias's message at lunch, asking me to meet him after class. It had been so long since I last kissed him and touched his body. I felt agitated and impatient, and things only got worse when we were in Physical Education class.
I entered the empty library, walked towards the back between the rows of books, and felt a shiver run down my spine when I found him sitting on the table, fiddling with his phone. He looked up when he noticed my presence, but I slipped between his legs and devoured his mouth. His lips welcomed mine with the same need, and I moaned against his lips as I felt his hands sinking into my hair, pulling me closer.
Matias had a sweet and familiar taste, and it felt so good to feel the sensation of his soft lips and his hard cock. I pulled his knees, making him slide down the table, and I gasped as I felt him against me. My mouth trailed down his neck, inhaling his woodsy scent mixed with sweat.
"I missed you," I confessed against his skin. "Tell me you missed me too," I demanded, biting the curve of his neck, stealing a low moan from him.
"No," he replied huskily, stealing a smile from me.
"That stubbornness," I murmured, unbuttoning his shirt, eager to feel him more and more.
"I need to go," he suddenly declared.
"No," I retorted, hearing his phone vibrate as his hand slid down to my neck. "Not now," I repeated, climbing to his mouth and meeting his mischievous gaze.
"They're calling me, they need me," he said, pulling away hesitantly.
"Fuck," I muttered, kicking the wooden chair, making it skid across the floor and fall with a loud crash.
"Don't be like this," he asked, catching my gaze. "It's not like I enjoy this," he commented, buttoning his shirt, his phone still vibrating on the table.
"Are you sure? You seem to be enjoying it," I accused, raising an eyebrow. "Smiling like an idiot at the girls around you and taking off your shirt in Physical Education class like it's nothing," I reminded him, a smile spreading across his lips.
"They're just girls, what do you think I'm going to do with them?" he asked, making a face. "I missed you too," he confessed, making me burn from the inside out.
"I wanted to hear that while your cock was in my mouth," I declared, still impatient.
Matias ran his fingers through his hair and put his phone in his pocket.
"I'll have two hours free after midnight, meet me at the cinema," he asked, taking a step toward me. His gaze dropped to my mouth before returning to my eyes.
"I want to kiss you, feel you, and fuck, not watch a damn movie," I criticized, holding his gaze, my hands itching to touch him.
"No one will be there, so we can do whatever we want," he said, and I felt my heart race.
"I like that," I said.
"I'll see you at midnight," he said, touching my lips with a soft kiss.
Matias left quickly, and I stood frozen in the library, watching the chair on the floor, the sensation of his mouth against mine still lingering. Only when my phone rang did I force myself to leave the place.
Today, I was excused from training to attend the meeting, Artemis was too, and he wore cargo pants and white boots while observing everything attentively. I looked at the two women guests, both older, with dark brown skin and eyes as black as the night. Kuren introduced them, and if everything went well, they would become the new distributors for the Hebi in the East of the country.
Sitting near the windows, I glanced at the clock on the wall. It was almost time for my meeting with Matias, but the meeting still seemed far from over. I tried to focus on the conversation, the negotiated values, and the mentioned locations. The conversation only became interesting when I learned that the women were former partners of Gabriela, two more who were leaving her behind.
I smiled, imagining her somewhere, spitting fire for losing them. When the meeting ended and the goodbyes were said, Artemis went back to the office with my father, and I quietly escaped to my room. I changed clothes and left the complex without being seen.
