A Sharp Sword
It was quiet, she didn't hear any sound. But in front of the factory, she saw a car that was very similar to Leo's car.
"It's Leo's car, he actually came to this place!" She thought. She tried to open the car and it wasn't locked, she even found Leo's belongings and Leo's phone.
"His phone was left in the car, he must have been inside." She decided to get into the car to check the items she hoped could help him.
She knew it was impossible for her to enter that place empty-handed without a weapon. Antonius Cohen's men must have been numerous and carried firearms.
While checking under the car seat, she found a mysterious long box and immediately opened the box. Her eyes widened when she saw several knives and a katana which were still very sharp and well maintained.
She had practiced using a katana while living for several months with her grandfather in Hokkaido. Rather than knives, the katana is a weapon that she can use quite well.
Lucia decided to take the katana and as she walked through the door, she saw the bodies of three men lying on the floor covered in blood. They were shot in the head and chest.
She felt a little scared, in her entire life she never thought she would experience a tense situation like this. But for Leo's sake, she tried to get rid of her fear.
"Huh?"
Bang...
A shot erupted and shot quickly towards her, a few seconds before the shot fired, she saw the reflection of a man standing on the guardrail of the second floor of the factory from the reflection on the katana.
Lucia immediately grabbed the body of a man who was right near her, placing the body in front of her to protect herself from the gunfire.
Lucia managed to do it on time, if she was even a little late, she would definitely be shot and end up like this man.
Without thinking, she dragged the man's body while looking for a place to hide behind the wall. She had to counter the man's attack, but using a katana was not the right choice.
She took out her gun and pointed it at the man who didn't seem to suspect that the woman who came to their hiding place was carrying a firearm.
Bang bang...
Lucia fired twice and the second shot managed to penetrate the man's chest. The man fell, he was too careless because he thought his opponent was a woman.
Three other men appeared and tried to attack simultaneously. They walked towards her while hiding from one pillar to another.
Realizing that she could not continue hiding, Lucia decided to split the body of a nearby corpse into two parts and carry the upper body up to the stomach to use as a shield.
Seeing the body of one of their colleagues mutilated into two parts shocked the men. Lucia used this opportunity to shoot a man who was quite far from her and the other two men, she waited until they were in range of her katana.
"Bastard woman...!" One of them shouted loudly as he prepared to shoot, but Lucia nimbly kicked the man's hand away, swinging her katana to cut the man's head.
Bang...
The last man shot at her and unfortunately the shot missed. Lucia was shocked, she started to feel a burning sensation in her shoulders.
"I got shot." She thought. She didn't have time to groan in pain now. If she was careless even a little, she might immediately die.
The man fired again, with all his remaining strength. Lucia ran forward with the body of the man who was still her shield, which continued to be hit by gunfire until the body was almost destroyed.
"Bastard woman! You're great, aren't you?" The man growled in annoyance because Lucia managed to get closer to him. When he tried to shoot again, no bullets came out of the gun.
"Damn it, the bullets are gone!" He no longer had bullets in his pocket. Hastily he tried to look for any weapons that were nearby.
Sraakkk...
Just before his hand reached for a gun lying on the floor, a katana stuck straight into his chest. The man was silent with his eyeballs almost popping out of his eyelids.
His hands trembled as his eyes saw a katana pierce his chest. Nearby, a woman stood with a cold face holding the tip of a katana that pierced his heart.
"Where's Leo?"
"I-I-"
"Where's Leo...?" Lucia shouted as she forcefully pulled out the katana stuck in the man's chest.
"Aaagh..." The man trembled and fell. His eyes were still wide open and he was still alive with blood flowing freely in his body.
Lucia stood before him, staring at him mercilessly. Her hands were covered in blood and she was ready to stab the man with the katana once again.
"You don't want to answer, do you?"
"Aaaagh..." A loud scream echoed inside this old factory as Lucia ruthlessly plunged her katana into this man's body again.
"I ask again, where is Leo...?"
"H-he's dead-"
"Liar...! Where is Leo...?"
"B-behind-" he said in a low voice until finally he no longer moved.
This man died, but he managed to make Lucia know where Leo was. Dead? She didn't believe Leo was dead. She was sure Leo wouldn't die that easily.
She decided to walk through this old factory where she found the bodies of several men who she thought were killed by Leo. But when she arrived right at the back of the factory, she saw light from outside. Right at the end of the road, she saw an open section that allowed light and any object to enter. That made her believe she was at the very back of the factory.
"Where's Leo? Why isn't anyone here?" She thought. She felt strange, this place was much quieter than she expected. In fact, when she had just entered the factory, she was greeted by four men who attacked her simultaneously. Because it would be impossible if they were the only ones left here.
In her right hand she held a gun and het left hand held a blood-stained katana. She forgot the pain she should have felt because her right shoulder was hit by a bullet. She was far more worried about Leo than herself.
She tried to listen carefully to even the smallest sound. She was sure that the criminals were hiding somewhere and were stalking her.
She saw a shadow right beside her and that made het quickly move towards the nearest pillar.
Bang...
