Anna painted Jacob and Jackson

“Mommy, is daddy in London too?” Marcelo asked all of a sudden, stunning Anna into utmost silence.

It took less than a second to get past her shock and she was about to reply to him when she heard her phone beep. Fishing it from her pocket, she gave it to Marcelo to check what it was.

“It's an inbox from your mail.” Little Marcelo, who was already used to spending almost all his time on his mother’s mobile, playing arithmetics games, while she was cooking or painting was very knowledgeable about her work life. He was her little secretary.

“Alright, I will check it when we get back home.” Anna smiled at him before she saw him going through her phone to play games again.

Anna’s expectation of cheering Marcelo up with lots of fun in the amusement park was all for naught as the little boy was stuck with her all through and refused to play with other kids.

Staring at the huge pack, Anna suddenly realized that only a countable number of mothers were like her, and most of the families around were complete.

This realization hurt her heart, and she suddenly felt that she had only rubbed salt on Marcelo’s injury.

“Mommy, can we go back to London?” Marcelo asked all of a sudden, causing Anna to jerk out of her thoughts.

“Uh? Why?”

“ ‘cause Daddy is there,” Marcelo responded and Anna’s face squeezed her face when she remembered that she hadn’t said otherwise earlier.

“You don’t want to be with mommy anymore?” She asked, her voice filled with sadness and gloominess as she didn’t know what else to say to her son.

Marcelo shook his head and replied. “I want to be with mommy forever.”

“Then why did you want us to leave?”

“ ‘cause I know mommy misses daddy too.” He muttered softly. Every night, after his mother puts him to bed, he will hear her crying in the next room, then later, he will hear a buzzing sound, then cries again, until the buzzing sound goes off.

“Do you miss daddy too?” Anna found herself asking a question that she had never asked her son before.

“No, I don’t know daddy,” Marcelo replied, and it was true because aside from today, they had never even spoken about him having a daddy.

“Do you want to know what daddy looks like?” Anna asked, trying her best to hold back the tears that threatened to drop.

Marcelo’s face brightened up instantly as he heard his mother’s question. “Yea, Yesss!” He was eager to see what his daddy looks like, so he could show anyone that says he didn’t have a father.

Anna smiled faintly at her son and gradually nodded. “Let’s go home then.” She outstretched her hand and Marcelo grabbed it eagerly.

All through the ride back to their mansion, Marcelo was beaming and looking out the window to check if they were closer to their house. While Anna was nursing a physical ache in her chest.

Showing Marcelo what his fathers look like was a spot-of-the-moment decision, which she now regretted. She had just realized painting them and revealing them to Marcelo would only make him miss their absence in his life, and she wouldn’t be able to take that image out of her mind anytime she had a vibrator inside her.

It was already too hard to attain an orgasm on her own, as her sex life was so fucked up that she cries every time she tried to masturbate.

She had just recently accepted she couldn’t ignore her wants and needs. So, she had bought a vibrator, with the hopes that she could use it to masturbate, but instead of squirting and pleasuring herself, she always cries herself when she couldn't even bring herself an orgasm.

Anna sighed as she pulled into her driveway, she knew that she could not cancel her promise to Marcelo, and she had no choice but to show him what his fathers looked like. At least, he should be able to have a memory of their countenances if he would never get to meet them.

After packing, she climbed down and went to help Marcelo. They both strolled inside, and on their way on, they met her housekeeper on her way out.

“Mistress, you are back?” Anna’s housekeeper called out when she saw Anna and Marcelo.

“Hello, Ruby.” Marcelo smiled as he waved his little hand at their housekeeper, who also returned his gestures happily. Ruby was a tall brunette in her late thirties, and she had been working with Anna ever since Marcelo was barely a year old.

“Yea, Ruby. You are done for the day?”

“Yes, mistress,” Ruby returned, and Anna nodded.

“Alright, see you on Friday.”

“See you.” Ruby waved again before she finally left.

It was almost sunset before they got home, so Anna decided to cook dinner before painting. Knowing fully well that cooking reduces her anxiety, and that she might not be able to paint if go into her studio like this.

“Marcelo, what would you like to have for dinner?” She asked her son and the little one frowned his face.

“Mommy” His eyes deemed and reflected sadness when he thought that his mother was about to break the promise she made to him.

“Oh, baby.” Anna squatted to his height and held his cheeks in her two hands. “Of course, I will still show you what your father looks like, I only wanted you to eat first. You must be hungry, aren’t you?”

Marcelo shook his head. He wasn’t hungry at all.

“Well, mommy is hungry. So, I will hurry up and make dinner, so we can eat and then start painting, okay?”

“Okay, mommy.” He gently nodded at his mother’s words. “Can I help in the kitchen too?”

“Of course, baby, come along.” Anna ruffled her son’s curly hair then grabbed his hand and strolled into his room to change his clothes before they left for hers too.

After changing and in their purple-dotted aprons, mother and child stood beside each other in the kitchen. Bumping their fists, Anna and Marcelo proceeded to make that night’s dinner together as a team, like always.

They had finished eating, and they were on their way to Anna’s painting room, which she called her studio when she remembered that she had received an email earlier on their way to the amusement park.

Making a mental note to check later, she pulled the door to her studio open, and they both walked in.

While she painted, Marcelo sat beside her and helped her to mix the colors. This had been his job ever since he knew what a painter was.

When he raised his head to look at his mother, he was surprised to see his mother was closing her eyes as she painted.

He furrowed his brows as his eyes fell on the Canva. When he saw that his mother was drawing two people, a slight frown appeared on his face.

“Is mommy really painting daddy?” He muttered under his breath as she watched her slowly painting the two people together.

Anna, who was drawing according to how she had first met the twins had forgotten that she hadn’t ever told Marcelo or anyone that her baby's father wasn’t just a single man, but two and they were

twin brothers.

When she was finally done, she unhurriedly fluttered her eyes open as her heart was throbbing beneath her chest.

“Mommy, you painted two people.” Marcelo let out the instant he saw Anna open her eyes.

His gaze on the painting, he slowly frowned when he realized that the two people who his mother had painted really looked alike, and they both look like him… Just older.
