Did the story end? Will there be more chapters of their relationship afterwards?
The story did end, but I definitely ended it in a way that if I get inspired and if this one does well, I can continue it with Clara & Cross off to college and navigate Cross's rising fame as the face of college football & the NFL.
Can you make a sequel? Maybe with David, Theodore, or Kelly? What couples did you want as an endgame?
Definitely not inspired to write a sequel for them right now, but if you want to know my thoughts if I ever made one, David & Kelly would eventually be the endgame, and also Theodore and Hilary. These characters would need their own growth and development arc of course:)
I saw a comment saying the slow burn was too slow and they wished Clara lost her Virginity to Cross but, in the author's note put in after the last chapter I explained my reasons for not doing that, because believe me I would have been happy to write a hot spicy scene between those two but that won't flow well with the storyline, I mean they barely dated for up to month people! Believe me when I say you don't love reading and writing smut more than I do so if I didn't write it, it's for the right reasons.
