CHAPTER 34
TYSON.
I'm fidgeting up and down in the room as I wait for Collette to come over.
I just hope she has nothing to do with Zenevieva's disappearance cause my Mum is already making my heart do a flip-flop dance of fear.
I'm avoiding Tyler cause I knew he was going to throw a thousand questions at me and I'm definitely not ready to answer them right now, the goal is for that rogue to come back and let everything be in order until the next few days of being a queen.
The door opened and I'm already on her throat with words.
"I didn't ask you to make Vieva leave the dungeon!" I slammed.
She swallowed.
"She insulted me Tyson, I couldn't let that slide."
"Fine, she's missing. Happy now? You know Veieva would do anything to piss you off, Staying in that dungeon was already enough punishment for her and you still had to send her again to a private dungeon that I have no idea? What is wrong with you?" I yelled loudly at her, feeling so frustrated.
"Stop acting like a saint Tyson!"
"I'm acting wisely for my throne but you're acting out of proportion, Mum is going to meet the moon goddess to impeach me from the throne!"
She gasped in shock.
"That's a lie"
"You think Mum jokes with words? She literally blabbed to Tyler that I flogged her naked in public and he's looking at me like the devil's incarnate."
She frowned.
"Tyler?"
"Yes! He's back."
Her face grew wide.
"Tyler's back! Wow, where's he, is he already done with his training already!"
"Collette, where the fuck is Zenevieva?" I screeched at her and she flinched.
This is not the time to play around, I don't know how but Zenevieva isn't one to joke with, that girl was fierce and witty at times and I hoped she hasn't escaped or it won't be funny if he finally sees her.
"I don't know Tyson, she locked up the chief maid and the guard in the secret private dungeon. I don't know whether she fled or someone helped her to escape. Why not send the guards to look for her or something?"
"I already did Collette! I'm so fucking confused right now that I want to regret putting her there in the first place, she should have just stayed here instead!"
I can't believe I'm regretting.
A knock sounded on the door and I eagerly answered.
"Come in." Hoping it's one of the guards but Tyler poked his head in and I bit my lips.
"Tyler!!" Collette shrieked and jumped on him excitedly.
"Hey Collette, you've grown really big and beautiful!" He laughed and twirled her round.
"Yeah, I know.. you look cute , the pack must have treated you well."
"I wish." He smiled and averted his gaze at me.
"Can you get me water, I don't want the maids to do that but you." He smirked and she nodded happily, exiting the room.
He walked closer and sat on the king's sized bed staring intently at me.
"Where's your Luna?"
I swallowed and blew out a breath.
"I don't know yet but she will be found soon."
He chuckled dryly.
"Look Tyson, I get the fact that she's not who you wanted to spend your life with, you don't love her and she's like a barrier but beating her naked? Gosh, did I hear that clearly?" Tyler gasped in disbelief.
"Not now Tyler, not now!"
"Jeez! What did you turn into, a beast? She's your chosen mate for crying out loud!
You barely got married and you locked her up in a dungeon? This is not my friend, I can't believe you did that."
"Are you done?"
He gasped, shaking his head in disbelief and biting his lips.
"Don't question my actions and authority when it has anything to do with Zenevieva, don't preach…it won't work on me. Let me concentrate on finding that bitch first."
I said dismissively and he remained mute, biting his lips and getting up.
"We'll talk later Ty."
"Go talk to your Luna, I'm already disappointed." He said and slammed the door shut behind him and…I became clouded with mixed emotions and anger.
Tyler hasn't even set his eyes on Vieva and he's already mad at the way she was treated, Like who the fuck is she?
He's supposed to be on my side!

ZENEVIEVA
I walked gleefully to the pack reminiscing what had transpired between the cute stranger in the pack and how sweet he cared towards me.
I felt so hurt, so bad that I'll never get to see the only person that treated me with care on setting his eyes on me for the first time.
No, I had to give him that kiss, he deserves more than that.
I quickly hid when I noticed how restless the guards were asking each other questions and Collette scolding them for being careless.
That wench!
I slowly retraced my steps backwards to take the back side of the palace, contemplating going back to the dungeon when I bumped my back into someone.
I seethed and knew at once that it's one of the nosy guards.
I turned to him with anger and yelled.
"Can't you just take another path and leave me alone?"
"Huh?" He looked rather shocked but I continued to rant out in anger.
"Look if Tyson finds me here, I'll beat you to pulp. Just make sure you behave as if you didn't see me and we'll be good!"
I retorted at him and he looked confused, I pushed him out of the way and stormed quietly to the dungeon when I saw Tyson standing and looking so restlessly pissed.
Shit!
I don't want to be in trouble with this beast,my skin is already touched by an angel and I don't want him to touch me. How the heck am I going to get to that dungeon without him acknowledging my presence?
I blew out a breath and walked towards the guard I bumped into.
"I need you to do something for me, I know he's the King but can you distract him from that place? If you alert him, I'll make sure I injure you before he injures me, I just want to get into the dungeon freely."
I told him and he looked so confused that he sighed.
"Why?" H asked in concern and I groaned.
"Were you deaf before?"
"Uhmm…sorry."
"I don't want him to see me! I'm not ready to go naked again or I'll transfer it to you if you don't do that quietly."
He nodded and I pushed him forward to meet Tyson who left immediately and I sighed.
I never knew he could be swayed easily.
I quickly walked towards the dungeon and the door stupidly creaked and all attention was nice on me.
"Zenevieva?"
Shit!!
I thought he left already!
I raised my head up to see him walking towards me hastily and I braced myself for the worse.
He almost left but he turned his head backwards.
"Where the hell were you?!" He yelled.
"Where the hell was I supposed to be?" I fired at him.
"What's this huh? You think you can roam freely and disappear the next minute even when you're strictly punished? How dare you?"
"You're going to refer that trash to the guard and maid who wanted to throw me in such a den! Why not kill me at once Tyson? It would ease the stress, right?"
He bit his lips frustratingly and sighed.
"I'm not done with you yet!" He grabbed my hands and I slapped it away turning to the guards that blew everything up and slapped him hard and he winced in shock.
"You couldn't do a simple thing by making him leave quietly huh?"
Tyson gasped in shock and wanted to hit me but the guard held his hands dragging him out of the place and I frowned.
Why would he stop Tyson from hitting me when he's just a guard?
I hissed at the both of them and I glanced back at the dungeon, going to meet Lexa.
"You are asked to go back to the palace!"
One of the guards said and I knitted my brows.
"Who said that?"
"The King orders!"
I scoffed.
He didn't say anything when he came here.
I went over to Lexa.
"Hey!"
"Where were you!" She exclaimed and held my hand.
"I was dragged to another dungeon but I dealt with them first."
"The king and Collette were all over the place, looking for you!"
"Yeah, they wanted to confirm if I'm dead or not to retain the throne.Too bad I disappointed them."
"You're going to attend the Pack's festival right?" She asked gleefully and I rolled my eyes at her.
"I don't know yet but I'll definitely get you out."
"Yes! Thanks a bunch, I can't wait to see Alpha Ethan "
She shrieked in happiness and I really hope I get to see someone too.
"You should go, the beta is back"
"Beta?"
"Mm…they are going to throw a little celebration for him. So go and rest so you can attend the party."
I groaned.
"You keep forgetting something Lexa, I'm not invited!"
To hell with their silly celebration.
