**Michael POV: 

Two weeks later **

We were in the middle of sex when Rati's water broke. I started freaking out. Her due date was for next week. I thought James and I had broken her water. The hospital is on alert for our heir's arrival. James got up and grabbed her bag as I stood there in shock. 

“Baby, we are so sorry we broke your water”, I said. 

“No, you didn’t break my water. It doesn't work like that babe. It's just time”, Rati said assorting me. 

“But baby you didn’t feel any contractions or anything?”, I asked. 

“Yeah, I did but I was horny. So, I ignored them”, she said. 

“You did what!”, James and I yelled in unison. 

“I wanted some dick okay. Any you two were down for it so shut it", she said. 

James made the first call of the phone tree. As we make it to the hospital.  He also put the capital on lock no one in or out without our approval. I am ready I said over and over again in my head. Sounding like fucking SpongeBob am a mate, Alpha, and King, I can do this I can see our pups come into the world. Gar and Renee are already at the hospital waiting. 

“The city is shut down. The only people allowed in are those on the phone tree”, Gar said. 

The doctor came and showed us to the delivery room. I help Rati get changed into a hospital gown as James talks to the doctor telling him what happened when her Rati water broke. The doctor's hand to hold in a laugh. 

“It’s fine your majesty it happens more than you think. Actually, sex makes the labor happen better”, the doctor said. 

“Are you comfortable baby?”, I asked Rati. 

“Yeah”, she said. 

Nurses put a strap around her belly. An IV in her hand and arm. The doctor said the pups are not ready to come out yet so we can relax a little. Another hour later it was go time. Our pups are ready to be out of their mother and there is no stopping them. 

Rati POV: 

“Push your majesty”, the nurse said. 

“I AM PUSHING!”, I yelled. 

“YOU THINK THIS IS FUCKING FUNNY!”, I yelled hearing James's giggle. 

“No baby, it's not”, James said looking afraid. 

“Rati the more you push the faster the pups can come out”, Michael said in my ear. 

“Michael shut the hell up! How about you push!”, I yelled. 

“Baby, we pushed the babies in you have to push them out”, James said hiding a laugh. 

“You two are not going to touch my pussy until these two can go out and get a full-time job!”, I yelled again when another contraction hit. 

“Your majesty the first baby is crowning you have to push harder”, the nurse said. 

“Listen to me if you tell me to push one more time, I am going to kill you”, Tina yelled at her. 

“Now baby she is just doing her job”, James said. 

“She's fired get my mother”, I said and the nurses looked at my mates confused. 

“Renee is coming baby once she is here the nurse will leave”, Michael said. 

Another contraction hit me hard and I pushed as hard as I could. We are not sure what we are having because I want it to be a surprise. Michael and James both want boys. They said it was because the two of them would hate to kill the whole population of unmated wolves. And these two will do it. 

“I am here, I'm here Rati”, mom said loudly. As soon as Mom was in the nurse ran out of the room. 

“Mom, no one told me it would hurt this much", I said crying. 

“Oh, baby it only hurt to make you love the pups more” " Mom said and I looked at her like she had grown another head. 

“Baby you can go it. You are a strong Luna and a strong Queen”, Michael said. 

“Come on baby our pups want to see their mommy”, James said cooing at me. 

“Rati at the count of three I need you to push”, Mom said. 

I pushed as hard as I could and heard a cry. My mates chaired as mom took the pup to clean it. Michael and James are asking what sex is the pup. It seems like everyone forgot about me here. Damn, I wish there was a doctor here. Why there is no doctor here? Because the doctor is male and my mates refuse to let another male look at their vagina. 

“We need another doctor in here”, mom said. 

“Hell no! The other doctor is a man”, James said holding. 

“LET HIM DO HIS JOB SO I CAN GET THESE KIDS OUT OF ME!”, I screamed as another contraction hit me. 

“Baby please calm down”, Michael said. 

“Don't you fucking dare say that shit to me!”, I said gritting my teeth. 

“Breathe baby, just breathe”, James said. 

“I am going to say that shit when you guys get castrate. There is no way in hell I am going to let you guys impregnate me again!”, I yelled. 

“Okay, majesty baby one is out. We will have to wait for another contraction to come”, the doctor said. 

“What is the sex of the first baby?’, Michael asked. 

“You are not to tell him until they are both out of me and clean”, I ordered. 

“Yes majesty”, the nurse and doctor said in unison. 

I hushed and pushed but baby number two did not want to come out of me. I was two seconds for asking for a c-section. My poor vagina can take two Alpha’s dick but two Alpha babies is another story. I am not doing this shit again. Dicks will roll before I get pregnant again. 

“Doc, what the fuck is this baby not coming out of me!”, I yelled. 

“Majesty, please calm down. Baby two seems to be a little stuck”, doctor Two said. 

“What the hell do you mean stuck”, Mom, James, and Michael said in unison scared as hell. 

“The pup is lying sideways. I have to move it so we can get it out”, the doctor said. 

The doctor reached inside of me with both arms elbow-length into me. My mates look shocked that two arms disappeared inside of me. I felt as if the doctor moved the pup to the right position. I pushed as soon as the doctor told me to. I felt like I took a nice hard poop once I got those pups out of me.  I need a damn nap I passed out. 

“You guys wore Mommy out”, I heard Michael say. 

“Yes, you did princess. You had us scared”, James said. 

I opened my eyes and saw my mates two of the most feared men I know rocking our pups. All I could do was watch them and smile. I watch as they switch pups every minute or so. My poor daughter will never get a chance to be a regular girl. Michael and Gar having Oro under lock and key will have nothing on our daughter. 

“Can I see my pups please", I said. 

“You are awake. Baby you scared us”, Michael said. 

“You try pushing out eight pounds of Alpha babies and tell me how you feel”, I said. 

“You did very well baby”, James said then kissed my forehead. 

My pups were born healthy Tungston is fucking ten pounds of baby Alpha came out with his eyes wide open ready to take over the world. He is most definitely sired by Michael. Derica is eight pounds Alpha princess is stubborn just like her daddy James. 

James passed me our daughter. She has chestnut skin and curly light brown hair. Her eyes are closed so I can't see what color are they. She stated sucking air tells me she is hungry. James held me sit up so I could breastfeed her. Michael walked over holding our son who was wide awake looking at me and his sister. She is going to have a problem with the men in her life I just know it. 

Once Derica finished feeding Michael passed over our son. He has chestnut skin just like his sister. Other than that, he is splitting the image of his father. He has Michael's red hair, as well as his grey eyes. The ladies are going to love him. I pulled my other breast out and fed him. 

“Babes I was wondering since they are twins. Does that mean they are going to have the same mate?”, I asked I always wondered about that ever since I was told I was carrying two pups. 

“There is a possibility that their mates will be twins as well”, James said. 

“How do you know?”, Michael asked. 

“I read about it. And if their mates are not twins but one person. It won't matter if their mate is a male or female”, James said. 

“It does not matter to me as long as their mates love them. And besides our family is about to get bigger”, Michael said. 

“Yeah, mom had her baby two months ago. And Oro is due in one mouth. Then Zavia is having her pup a mouth after Oro”, I said smiling and shaking my head. 

“Don't babe”, Michael said rolling his eyes. 

“Are you still grossed out your mother is having another baby?”, I asked smiling. 

“At her age, she should be running around her grandchildren not chasing her own toddler”, Michael said freaking out. Causing our son to growl. 

“See, he is already growling. He is your twin mister grumpy pants”, James said. 

“Anyway, Mom just mind-linked me Oro and Zavia are on their way here", Rati said.

“Wait Mom is not here", Michael asked. 

“No, she went to visit Oro remember? If here was here, she would have been in the room with us when I was giving birth. She is pissed she missed it”, I said laughing.
