Chapter 26

Third person's POV :

" Why are we still holding her , didn't he agree to give us the money, I don't get it, we should let her go now. " 

" It's not  about money anymore , the minute i knew about this girl my hole purpose changed " she was smiling.

" what do you mean ? "

" that girl is not coming out of here alive, I must honor my husband and let his soul rest in peace and the only way to do that is by killing her then he can rest forever"

"so sh-

" she's the daughter of the man who killed my husband , after his death i swore to myself and to him  that I will exterminate his entire family"

Christan's POV :

" I heard you agreed to give that woman the money she was asking for , so finally this hole chaos will end "  Her voice irritate me every single time I here her speaking, I still couldn't bring myself to forgive her for what she did, and the saddest thing is I can't trust her anymore.

" Go back to your room , you're not allowed to get out of there  I don't won't to see your face " my father luckily spoke before I do.

Shortly after she went away Maribelle came in " is it true ? you're going to pay that woman ? but you know that she don't care about the money , she will kill her , we can't let that happen" my father told her everything , she was pissed at first but then she wanted to be in ,I tried to stop her , but no one can stop my sister or keep her from doing what she have in mind.

" we won't , the money thing is just a way to mislead her "

" what do you mean ? "

" we found where is sh-

" then why don't we do get get Ilayda "

" it's not that simple as I was saying we found her but that place is like a fortress , it's full of armed men and going there now will only result in us getting killed and not getting Ilayad back , so we need a plan "

" and what's the plan ? "

" basical-

" Sir " one of the guards interrupted us   

" what is it ? "

" the men agreed to go it , but they want us to double there money "

" finally some good news , give them what they want " 

" so are you going to tell me what is going on "

" well in order to get Ilayda we need to reduce the number of men in that place "

" and how are we going to do it "

" Belle , sis i already told you more than enough " she started pouting " what you don't trust me now ? "

" of course I do, it's the people here that I don't trust, and the walls have ears , and we need to be careful "

" alright , fine not now but you're still going to  tell me "

" sure"

After few hours La Patrona's POV : 

" who the fuck  were they ? "

" just some dogs , you don't need to worry about them "

" well those fucking dogs tried to shoot me today , who are they "

"well you know you do have a lot of enemies and some of them heard that you are in town so they decided to take a shot "

" don't let that happen again, I need to get that money , kill that bitch so that I can go back to L.A , I'm sick of this city already "

" sure , don't worry about it "

"oh go check on that bitch , see if everything is good , I don't feel like getting  dirty right now "

Ilayda's POV :

It's been two days , i think . I can't now my eyes were blindfolded since the minute they took me, well no matter how much time passed it feels like eternity ,it feels like hell , I'm slowly dying in this place , slowly getting out of breath , i'm unable to move , to speak and I feel hopeless. That's the hardest thing of them all , men can live without food without water for few days , but we can't live without hope not even for a second , and I'm starting to lose hope and slowly with it the will to live.

I heard a door being opened, it must be her, she's here to hurt me again , she's here to make me suffer .

" hey" this voice , it wasn't hers " oh my god , what did she do to you ? " it was a man's voice for a second i thought it was Christan , but he didn't sound like that , and he can't find me .

" it's me Rolando " he held my face with his hands but it hurt so much , so he took his hands off " I'm sorry for what happened , if i knew... "  silence took over again 

" I know I shouldn't be going this but I won't let you die , you're too precious to die like this , even if it means disobeying her I won't let her kill you , I will help you , okay , just hang in there "

he left. I didn't now if I should believe him or not 

He sounded sincere.

Don't get your hopes too high they will only end up being crushed again. My inner self told me, I think she's right I better have no hope that to live in deception again.

Christan's POV :

" it's all good " the man over the phone said 

" is she coming ? "

" yes " 

" is it confirmed ? do you have visual image of her ? "

" yes sir"

" how many cars are following her ? "

" seven cars and a van "

" can you see who's inside the car "

" the cars have smoked glass windows, but with the heat detector I can say the cars are loaded  with armed man "

" good , I need as much time as I can get can you provide that for me ? "

" yes sir , good luck "

" good luck to you too and be careful "

We were at the entrance of the house where they kept Ilayda 

" we have confirmation. Go "

" stay behind me and don't make any noise " I hired professional assassins , ex cops , gangs... you name it , I just had to say her name and they were all willing to come with me to watch her die .

" now , with this type of house, and according to that bitch 's fucked up mentality I would say she's keeping her in the basement so you need to be careful , the house is still full of men and they are heavily armed , so shout any mother fucker you spot , spare no one "

As we entered, five armed guys were at the door , they were killed instantly . As we moved forward more men came toward our way as soon as they heard the sound of guns .

Most of the men that were inside the house are dead  or about to die , some of our men were injured too and some of them died , I had to kill a lot of people and the piles of dead men was covering all the floor, the walls were covered in blood , but all that didn't matter I still need to get Ilayda . 

The house was big and we were running out of time , La Patrona understood our plan and she's now on her way back , so we had to make it quick.

A few moments later after killing some more men, I was at the entrance of the basement , I shot the door with the gun to open it , and I went inside .

It was so dark and we couldn't see any thing , and soon I heard the sound of chains so Iwent toward the source of the sound " give me a flash light " I asked one of the men , there were no electricity because we  had to cut it earlier.

I couldn't believe my eyes, my Ilayda 

She was chained to a chair all beat up , blood covering all of her body , you couldn't recognize her. I ran to her  tears covering my eyes 

" Ilayda , Ilayda wake up it's me , it's Chris I'm here for you, wake up, you have to wake up you can't leave me alone here please... " she wouldn't wake up , i checked her pulse , her heart was beating slowly and she was barely breathing , I was losing her 

" cut the chains " I said to no one in specific , as soon as the chains were gone her unconscious body fell on my lap , she looked half dead , and I was freaking out " let's get the hell out of here , they 're coming, they're too many we can't fight them , and I have to take her to the hospital"

I looked back at the place where they were keeping her and then at her unconscious body that I was holding.

I swear I'm coming back, and i'm going to make her pay for what she did , but first I need to make sure Ilayda is okay.
