Chapter212
The security personnel immediately split into two teams, one team surrounded Quinn, while the other team rushed towards Roderick with stun batons.
Roderick shielded Andrea, his eyes as cold as ice.
Quinn looked at Mateo, shaking with anger.
“Mateo! You dare!”
Mateo just acted like he didn’t hear, just coldly staring at him.
“Mr. Quinn, offended.”
He waved his hand, and more security personnel rushed into the room, surrounding Quinn and Roderick.
Andrea looked at the tense situation in front of her, trembling with fear, clutching Roderick’s sleeve tightly.
A warm sensation spread in the palm of her hand. She looked down and saw a large bloodstain covering Roderick’s chest.
Her pupils trembled, her eyes widened.
“Your wound…”
Roderick gently patted her back, but his eyes were fixed on the security guards approaching.
“No problem, don’t worry.”
Quinn suddenly bent down and picked up the broken pieces of the

bottle from the mess on the floor.
“If you want to make a move on her, you have to get through me first!”
He suddenly lunged forward, grabbed Mateo’s shoulder, and pressed the sharp end of the debris against his carotid artery.
Mateo’s pupils suddenly contracted, and the security guards in the suite immediately stopped moving.
Roderick took the opportunity to pick up Andrea and retreat in the direction.
“Mr. Quinn! Do you know what you were doing?”
Matteo’s neck was tight, and dark red blood stains seeped from the collar of his suit.
“Is it worth it to go against the Shillingford family for a woman?”
“Whether it’s worth it or not, it’s not up to you, a dog, to speak.”
Quinn sneered.
Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Roderick had reached the door, and suddenly he pushed Mateo forward.
A sharp cut across the opponent’s carotid artery, blood splattered on the custom mural.
In the chaos, security personnel raised their guns, but hesitated to pull the trigger because of his identity.
“What are you standing there for? Go grab them all for me!”
Mateo covered his neck, blood gushing out, his face turning pale with

“Roderick, you took her away!”
Quinn was blocking the door of the suite, buying them more time.
Roderick was running down the corridor with Andrea in his arms, bloodstains on his back glowing a creepy dark red under the light.
Andrea tightly held onto his shirt soaked in blood.
“Roderick, put me down quick! Your wound is bleeding!”
Her voice was filled with a heavy sob.
“I’m fine, don’t worry.”
Roderick held on tight, afraid that if he let go, she would disappear again.
The elevator door slowly opened, and inside stood a dark mass, each holding a gun.
Andrea’s scream got stuck in her throat.
The leader suddenly lowered his gun, looked at Roderick, and spoke respectfully.
“Mr. Hodgson! We were late!”
Roderick’s tense back finally relaxed.
He slowly slid down to the ground leaning against the wall, but still holding Andrea’s waist tightly with his left hand.
“There were people inside.”
He coughed violently, blood spattered on Andrea’s hand.
“Get him out…”

No sooner had the words fallen, another excruciating pain tore through my heart, and my vision exploded with dense black spots.
Andrea trembled as she held onto his bleeding wound, tears falling onto his pale face like paper.
“Roderick! Don’t sleep! The doctor is coming soon!”
“I’m sorry I caused trouble for you guys…”
Andrea bit her lower lip, blaming herself.
“If it weren’t for me being kidnapped, you guys wouldn’t have…..”
She choked up and couldn’t continue, so she buried her face in his blood–stained shirt.
