Chapter 162
Outside the gallery, Andrea dragged her feet and got into the passenger seat.
“I heard about the gallery.”
Quinn in the driver’s seat turned his head, looking worried.
“Andie, why not just close the gallery? It didn’t make much profit and took a lot of effort from you. It’s not worth it.”
Andrea pursed her lips.
“This is what dad left me…

The gallery was the only thing Dad left behind, she didn’t want to give
“Or… start a new one somewhere else?”
He lowered his gaze, his eyelashes casting shadows under his eyes, hiding the emotions at the bottom of his eyes tightly.
“The online hype is so high now, what if someone with malicious intent lurks in the gallery, harms your employees, or does something more extreme, what will you do then?”
Andrea was out of breath, when she came over in the afternoon, there were a lot of people gathered at the door.
Quinn paused, then spoke softly.
“You had me pick up, but they mostly work alone, especially with so many girls in your gallery. You can’t let the people following you take

risks.”
Andrea raised her hand and rubbed her forehead, feeling conflicted.
Quinn had a point, she couldn’t risk the safety of her employees.
But… if we were to relocate and reopen, there would be many challenges to face.
“Tll think about it.”
Quinn patiently guided.
“I can help you find a shop in a better location, with a higher safety rating, it definitely won’t be worse than the current one.”
Andrea bit her lower lip, expressing her concerns.
“Darnell and Tessa, they both rented houses near the art gallery for convenience to commute. If I were to move, I would definitely choose a place much farther away.”
“They had to find a new house again, and if the lease hadn’t expired, they couldn’t move, doubling their commute time.”
Besides that, she had a lot of other worries.
Old customers need to rebuild their connections, all their contacts have
been reset.
Quinn saw her struggling, a hint of pity flashing in her eyes.
Thinking of Caspar, his strong possessiveness surged back again.
Only in this way, can Caspar be smoothly removed from Andie’s side.
He reached out and grabbed her wrist, his long fingers unconsciously rubbing the veins on the back of her hand.

“Andie, next Wednesday is my birthday.”
His voice sounded a bit casual, but his gaze was fixed on her reaction.
Andrea suddenly looked up.
“Next Wednesday?”
She had never even paid attention to his birthday.
Guilt rushed into her heart in an instant, she subconsciously held his hand back, “Sorry, I didn’t notice this before… What gift do you want?”
Quinn smiled gently.
“No need for gifts, just have to go back to my old house every year on iny birthday, have a meal with my family.”
He sounded a bit probing.
“Andie, this year… would you like to go with me?”
Andrea hesitated.
The atmosphere was always tense and oppressive, the silence at the dinner table was like an auction, and the Shillingford family’s scrutinizing gaze.
Every time I went, it was like torture.
But at that moment, seeing Quinn’s rare look of anticipation, I remembered how he had just advised me, and the refusal that was about to come out of my mouth was swallowed back.
“Okay.”
She squeezed out a smile, “I’ll go with you.”

Quinn’s eyes lit up with a smile.
“Thanks Andie.”
Andrea smiled, but her heart felt heavy.
I don’t know why, but she had a strong feeling that this birthday party wasn’t going to be easy.
