83. Lea Mermaid

The appearance of Abere from the ocean makes all the vampires alert. Knowing that the creature's form was not Lamia, Lui immediately ordered his men to attack.

“Attack her!”

The vampires advanced, flying around Abere who looked annoyed.

“You stupid vampires! That's not the crystal I want! It’s just a shining rock!” said Abere very angry.

"Luckily it wasn't a crystal, you traitorous creature. Where's Lamia? You bastard!” shouted Lui.

“Lamia? That stupid female vampire you mean? She's gone! Haha!" said Abere.

"What do you mean?"

“She willingly wants to remove my seal! She's so stupid, she doesn't know that soul change can only be done by the person who first woke me up!" said Abere.

"You bastard! Tell me where is she now?”

"I don't know. She must be lonely and cold in that river right now. Disappeared with Heaven's Cliff which turned out to be hell! Ha ha ha!" she said laughing.

“How dare you!”

Lui was so angry he attacked Abere but a barrier formed strongly around the woman. Block anyone who tries to attack her.

"Damn you! Ungrateful creature!" shouted Lui.

“Yes, I am. But you are just useless stupid creatures! You guys can't even touch me!”

Abere began to exert her strength, moving the surrounding air to form a dark cloud right above her body.

“Scram all of you!”

Abere shot something at Lui and his friends. Like a sword, the moving energy plunged into the bodies of the vampires who were attacking her.

“Argh!”

Lui collapsed with his friends and fell to the ground.

“You guys are weak!” said Abere grinning.

The creature went down to the bottom facing Joe and the pro-humans. She looked at Jonathan carefully.

“Your energy is a little different from the other! Looks like you're pretty strong! Who are you?" asked Abere.

"Don't shit! Your place is not in the human world, so go to hell! Damned cursed elf!” shouted Joe, taking out a sword that he kept at his waist.

The reddish glowing sword slashed out with an extremely long slash. Splitting the ground and aiming at Abere.

Hup!

The creature jumped away. Climbed upstairs and looked at Joe in surprise.

“That sword! Where did you get it from?”

“It has nothing to do with you! Hiaaa!” Joe jumped and slashed at her.

Sriing! Sound of a sword. 

Abere fended it off with her robe which made the black cloth split and fall. Her body was visible, her skin looked thin, her clothes were tattered, and her body didn't look good at all. The girl turned out to be disabled.

“How dare you, Damn Vampire!” Abere said angrily.

“Humph! You're just a living skeleton! You better go to hell!” said Joe, slashing his sword in a circle.

Shut! Craat! 

Abere's arm was scratched. A small scratch that made her even more angry.

"You! Hiyaaaa!”

Abere gathered her strength, and a wisp of black energy swirled in her right hand. She immediately threw the energy at Joe and made a powerful blow that sent Joe flying very far.

"Joe!" said Drex who finally came out of hiding.

The man jumped into a human form and teleported to catch Joe.

"Drex__!" called James who came out.

"Tch, he's a meddler!" said Rabbeca.

"When did he make friends with a vampire? How strange!" James was surprised.

Hup!

Drex catches Joe and saves him from impact.

"You're okay Joe? You're seriously injured!" said Drex who couldn't bear to see his friend looking confused.

"I'm fine! I won't die, Drex! Quickly beat that creature!" he asked.

"Okay!" he placed Joe's body slowly on the ground.

Drex stepped forward, and Abere was seen panting after expending quite a lot of energy. Drex walked over and made Abere observe Drex's form questioningly.

"What are you? You don't seem to be a vampire!" she said.

Shut! 

Drex disappeared then quickly got next to Abere and delivered a sideways blow to her.

Bruaak! 

The girl fell to the ground.

"I'm not a vampire! I'm a Lycan!" Drex replied with a grin.

"Damn!"

Abere was in pain, she tried to get up but Drex quickly moved right on top of her and stepped on her back until she couldn't move.

Bruaak!

"I don't like hurting a woman! But you're not a woman, you're a monster!" said Drex kicking her.

Bruak! Bam!

Drex beats her, but then Abere's body disintegrates like dust.

"Hey! What is this?" Drex said.

"Hahaha, you think you can hurt me easily, Lycan? Don't expect it! I will repay you once my body is perfect, stupid Lycan!" said Abere.

Shut! 

The dust disappeared like following a gust of wind, the monster woman ran away. Drex returned to the position where Joe fell, he squatted down looking with pity at his friend's condition.

"Jeez Joe! You're so bad!" said Drex seeing the condition of his friend's body which looked pathetic.

Pro-human vampires were seen surrounding them, and one of them took the initiative to come forward to help them.

"Mr. Blavatnik, I will treat you!" said Professor Gustav.

"Yes, Gustav. Please take me with you!" said Joe.

Gustav nodded, the man lifted Joe's body easily as if the man was very light.

"I'll help you," Drex offered.

"Never mind Drex, thank you! I don't want to owe you too much! Don't worry, I won't die, see you again!" said Joe who finally left with his fellow vampires.

Everyone left, there was no one in the area. However, after everyone was gone, two people came out who were observing the situation from a distance.

"It's quiet! Let's get the crystal!" Rucif said to Lea.

"It's not that the crystal doesn't exist, that creature has even dived in there!" Lea answered.

"Hihihi, that's because she's so stupid! She didn't realize that I had made a protective spell around here! There, Lea, dive in!" Rucif said, instead ordering his younger sister.

"I don't like water, I like flying!" said Lea refused.

"I'll give you a fishtail! Get ready!" 

"Fishtail? Wait__!" 

Rucif said a spell and Lea's legs suddenly turned into mermaid legs.

"Rucif! You cheated! You even turned me into a sea creature!" Lea grumbled, sitting on the ground with an annoyed face.

"How else, I'll stand guard and you come in!" Rucif answered as he pleased.

"You're annoying! Very annoying!" Lea protested.

Rucif lifted Lea's body and threw her into the middle of the ocean.

Byur! The girl swam while starting to curse.

"You ass hole!" Lea shouted irritably.

"Yes, I am! Just go little mermaid!" Rucif answered with an annoying face.

"But how to take it?" 

"I've lifted the spell, the crystal energy will be felt soon, quickly take the crystal and put it in your necklace!" Rucif asked.

With no other choice, Lea immediately swam into the ocean. As a land creature who suddenly has a tail, Lea has to adjust. Wagging her fishtail slowly, then speeding up allowed her to go quite fast to the bottom of the ocean.

As she gets deeper, the ocean which initially looks blue turns pitch black.

"How do I find the crystal when it's this dark!" Lea grumbled.

Lea still swam in, she was a little doubtful but Rucif said the crystal would glow when the power of Rucif's spell had run out.

"Just relax, Lea! There is no monster here! You are the monster!" 

A spell that Rucif said began to disappear, unexpectedly the darkness that was there was just an illusion that Rucif created. 

That's because the place Lea went to was very bright. A crystal in the deepest sea glowed dazzlingly.

"There it is!" said Lea, swimming faster towards the bottom.

Meanwhile, in the distance, Abere, who was starting to feel the power of the crystal after the loss of the Rucif spell, suddenly felt deceived. The same place with different energy surges was an elf's spell.

"There are elves in the human world? Damn! I missed it!"

With great difficulty, Abere immediately returned to the ocean, just as Drex also felt the same surge of energy.

"Something happened in the ocean! I'm going to check it out!" said Drex who immediately disappeared to teleport.

"Hey, Drex? Where else could he be? Oh Man!" James grumbled to Rabbeca who was equally confused.

In the ocean, Lea who that day became a mermaid, swam very fast, but far from what she expected, the crystal she wanted to take seemed farther away.

"What is this? Is this an illusion?" Lea muttered confusedly.

She moved her fishtail faster and faster, but as she expected the crystal moved away from her.

"Is it a living crystal? It's not easy to get it! I have to talk to it!" Lea muttered, stopping her movements.

The green-haired elf girl closed her eyes, she slowly whispered an elf's song, a melodious voice that even she couldn't believe she had uttered. Lea's lilting voice made quite large waves on the surface of the sea.

"Wow, Lea is singing! Hihihi, it turns out she's quite smart. She understands how to get that living crystal!" said Rucif who still waits for her up the ocean.

Drex, who came to the ocean and saw many large waves in the sea, began to believe that his hunch was correct. Something is happening at the bottom of the ocean and it must be something pretty powerful.

Drex wandered around the beach, of course, he couldn't dive in. His swimming ability is poor.

Drex, who was in the same place as Lea, finally realized that Rucif was there. The green-haired elf flew over the sea and Drex immediately shouted at him.

"Rucif!" he called.

"Oops, Drex's here!"

Shut!

Rucif disappeared, he wanted to avoid Drex. But when he was careless, something surrounded by darkness shot quickly into the water.

Blaaar! The cursed elf into the water.

"Shit! That's Abere!"  Drex jumped into the sea, using all his strength but he couldn't dive. His body continued to float no matter how hard he tried.

"That's too bad! You won't be able to dive, you're a wolf!" said Rucif who finally appeared.

"That cursed creature went inside! She wants to take the shining crystal that's down there!" Drex said.

By floating folded legs above the water, Rucif looks calm.

"It doesn't matter, look at these moving waves! The sea is listening to someone's song, those ugly creatures won't be able to take the crystal!" Rucif answered.

Drex was silent, what Rucif said was true, the waves in the ocean began to form strange patterns as if they were dancing.

"What is this? Who is singing, yes I heard it. This voice? Hey, this is a false note! There is only one person who sings with a strange tone like this! Lea!" Drex guesses.

"Oops! I didn't say that!"

"Lea! She's down there? With that evil creature! Oh shit!"

Drex took a breath, swimming quickly to the bottom of the ocean. He was diving now because he was worried about his lover trying to get into the ocean.

"Gosh! Sometimes love makes someone stupid. I'm also worried! OK, I'll go in too!" said Rucif who immediately changed his legs into a mermaid's tail.
