100. Summons an Army of Elves
The demon army began to arrive at the foot of the Silver Mountain where the troops prepared by Xavier stood guard there. The floating demon army moved and shot out fireballs which they threw in all directions.
Blaar!
Trees and bushes started to burn. Fire smoke flew upwards making the air around the place black.
“Craft Elf! Shoot!" shouted Xavier who ordered his men to throw large spiked balls with a throwing device that they had deliberately prepared there last night.
Shut! Bruak! One of the devil's army was hit.
"Watch out! They're attacking!" Abere shouted warning her men.
It was a little late because dozens of standing balls were thrown up in the sky, landing quickly and hitting anyone who wasn't ready and causing them to die from being crushed by sharp spikes similar to large swords.
“Argh!” screams from Abere's men began to be heard.
Some were crushed to death, and injured, but some managed to escape.
“Hiiih! They are starting to dare to fight us! Damn it!" cursed Abere who flew up into the sky and began to release her energy to create a barrier around her subordinates.
The large spiked balls hit the energy barrier created by Abere and fell. The balls did not enter the area protected by the barrier created by Abere. The first attack was over, the skilled elves had run out of bullets.
“Stop it! They are making shields, we have to organize plan B!” Xavier said.
Lea and Kiora started flying around watching, both of them served as spies because they both could fly higher than most fairies. Rising above the clouds they both peered down.
Indeed, the attacks they made were quite beyond the enemy's predictions, but the impact was not very significant. There were still a lot of enemy troops, only a few had fallen while others were slightly injured.
“Hemm, this is not something we can predict! There are so many of them, Kiora! Our troops are only one-tenth as large!” said Lea.
"This is crazy! Luckily the heirloom mirror was sealed! I can't imagine yet and there are far more of them than this!”
“I'm still thinking about how to deal with them! Look over there, they are ready to attack!” Lea guessed.
"A moment! Is there something safe for elves and the environment, but not safe for demons?” Kiora asked.
"You mean poison?"
"Yes! We can fly all the way here, how about we spread poison from the sky!”
“They're devils, Kiora! Not an elf___Hey!”
"What? What's the matter with your word, Hey__?”
“I remember, Rucif once told me about SunMaxi flower pollen that can ward off demons!”
"What effect does it have?"
“I don't know, I think it's worth a try! Rather than just watching and not doing anything, we can at least help a little!”
"Yes, you're right! But do you have one?"
"I don't have any but I know a place where I can get those flowers!" replied Lea.
"Okay let's go!"
Shut!
Lea and Kiora left while the men started to get busy fighting. The demonic armies advanced with considerable destructive power, some burning, some destroying nature, and some persecuting anyone weaker than them.
Xavier advanced with the fairy troops to the front line, fighting Abere who seemed relaxed by all the attacks the elves were deploying.
Syuut__Jleb!
An elf arrow shot quickly and scratched Abere's cheek. The arrow that came from Xavier's bow made the evil woman feel angry. She immediately took out her sword and fought Xavier on one.
"You haven't given up, didn't you almost die the other day Xavier!" Abere snapped.
"You're messing around in my territory, I won't be afraid even if I have to die defending all this!" Xavier answered.
“You want to die? Haha__ as you wish!” said Abere in anger.
Abere took out her sword while Xavier also did the same, the two fought very fiercely.
Lea and Kiora, who were looking for flower pollen, took lots of flowers and put them in the elf's bag. They immediately climbed above the clouds again and saw what was happening below.
"Wow! This is terrible! Very unbalanced, how is this Kiora, should we go down?"
"Emm__ I'm not a fighting Elf, I can only control plants and rain! I can't fight!” Kiora answered.
“Hihihi, great!”
"What's great about it?"
“You can control the rain!” Lea answered.
"So?"
“We spread this flower pollen with rain! Let's see what happens!” said Lea.
Prang! Sring!
Xavier drew his sword, jumped around, and released a wave that could repel several demon troops. Abere looked at him shaking his head.
“Hmm, that's not bad! But you see my people! So much, I wonder how long you can handle it all! Ha ha ha!" said Abere, who instead chose to let his subordinates handle everything.
“Tch, damn! Why are Drex and Rucif taking so long!” muttered Xavier who saw the demon army coming continuously to attack him from all directions.
The elf warriors were starting to lose ground, some of them were injured and some were trying everything they could to defend their territory.
“Throw all in!” shouted one of the craft elves commanding his friends to throw fire stones.
Shut! Blar!
The attacks did hit many of the demon troops but the strong demons instead created a barrier using their energy and threw the stones back towards the fairies' hiding place, leaving them in disarray.
Far from the chaos, up in the sky, Kiora began to concentrate on collecting water vapor in the air. The beautiful girl wants to make it rain. Lea, who also has a little mastery of water control magic, helps collect water vapor so that it gathers more.
Lea crushed the flowers to collect pollen and gathered them together in a dark cloud filled with water created by Kiora.
“Hang in there, Princess! We have to make it rain bigger!”
Lea flew higher than Kiora she concentrated as best she could on gathering further water vapor and made the sky start to boom with lightning.
Glaar!”
Xavier looked up at the sky, he saw something as the rain began to fall in dense drops. Dots of Sunmaxi flower pollen fell like floating yellow bubbles dripping with water, soaking everyone there.
“Kiora? Lea? Is that your work, guys?" Xavier wondering.
Xavier, who is an elf, didn't feel anything when the expanding pollen bubbles hit his body. But it's different from the demons' bodies, which immediately blister with heat when the bubbles touch the skin.
“Argh! What's this!" shouted the demon troops who began to look up at the sky.
“Avoid those yellow bubbles!” Abere shouted to her troops.
“Argh! Scorching hot!"
The demon troops began to scatter to avoid the raindrops mixed with bubbles. Some tried to destroy the bubbles with swords before they could hit their bodies but it turned out that when the bubbles were broken the splashes spread in all directions and made everything even more chaotic.
Some demon troops tried to create a barrier to stop the bubble from falling but couldn't. The pollen bubbles had no life energy or magic energy, so they continued to fall through the barrier they created.
“Hurry up and take shelter! Avoid this rain!” shouted Abere who finally ordered her troops to retreat.
The demon army fled out of the rain cloud area and seemed to be waiting for further orders.
“Good job girls!” muttered Xavier who also started helping his injured elf soldiers to reorganize their ranks.
The rain collected by Kiora and Lea was sufficient to prevent the fairies from being defeated. The rain, which is now very heavy, was deliberately arranged to buy time.
Outside the rain cloud area, the demons gathered to wait for the rain to stop. But the rain was getting heavier and the clouds that Lea and Kiora had collected were quite large, making the rain last quite a long time.
"It's going to rain for a long time, Miss Abere!" said one of the demon army leaders.
"Yes, you're right! Just look at the color of the clouds! Tch__I underestimated their strength!”
"What should we do now, Miss?"
"We'll wait here! Once all the rain and weird bubble effects are gone, we attack them again! We must be able to conquer the Silver Mountain and take power over all the crystals in Greenland! " said Abere.
“Yes, Miss!” answered his subordinates.
***
Above, precisely at the top of the silver mountain, Rucif and Drex together with Calestyn have a unique way to summon an army of Green Land elves across dimensions.
“I will open a dimensional portal! You go in and look for the end of the green hole! When you find the place, blow your elf horn!" Calestyn explained.
“Wait a minute Calestyn, you said the end of the green hole? Are you serious? That place is hard to get to, for the life of me exploring dimensions I couldn't find the end of the green hole you said!” Rucif answered.
“What trumpet anyway? This is a dagger with a sharp, pointed tip. Do you want me to blow it? In what way?" Drex replied, feeling that Calestyn's idea was quite strange.
“Rucif, I'm sure you can find it! You've been in there many times! If you look at the dimensional light patterns you will see them all arranged in ellipses and circles at one point! Just observe and chase the middle point! That's the end of the green hole, where everything stops!” Calestyn explained.
“Time stops, does that mean I will also stop inside that place?”
"Yes! You will stop, motionless and like an inanimate object! But Drex won't be affected!”
"How can it be?"
“It's all because Drex has that dagger! So your job is to take Drex there, while Drex's job is to blow his trumpet and pull Rucif out of that place!" Calestyn explained.
“What if I can't find the edge of the green hole?” Rucif asked.
"Lost! That makes the most sense!”
"Then what if I can't get Rucif out of that place?"
“He will stay there, forever, not aging but not living either! He will be part of the tip of the green hole forever!”
Rucif and Drex looked at each other, then they smiled grinningly showing their teeth.
“This is the craziest idea I've ever heard!” Drex said.
"Yes, you're right! How about we just go straight to war with the others?" Rucif answered.
Calestyn took a crystal, she showed what was happening down there, where the number of demon troops led by Abere was very large.
“You see, we don't have much time! If you can summon an army of elf adventurers here, Greenland will be safe! If not, I'll make sure this place is just a name!" Calestyn said.
Drex and Rucif looked at each other again, apparently this time they were starting to change their minds. It's just that they still have doubts.
“Erm, I once entered a black hole and the hole sucked me into a place I didn't want to be. I was even separated from Lea at that time! "What should I do so that this time I don't get separated from Rucif?" asked Drex.
“Rucif is very experienced at avoiding that problem, Drex! I will also tie you two together so that they don't get separated,"
"Hmm, okay!" Drex answered.
“Okay! We're leaving!"
Calestyn took the dimensional crystal and the red dragon thread. The woman tied the two men with thin red thread around their bodies.
"Do you think threads this thin are strong?" Drex asked doubtfully.
“Don't underestimate! This thread may look thin but it is very difficult to break, almost unbreakable!” Calestyn explained.
"Okay! Now open the gate, Calestyn!" asked Rucif.
Calestyn nodded, and the senior elf began to glow, the strength of the crystal guardian was beyond doubt. Putting her hands together while turning the crystal which got brighter and brighter and turned into a portal that they had to go through.
“We go, Calestyn!” Drex said.
"Come on!" Rucif answered.
Hops!
The two jumped and disappeared from Calestyn's sight.
“Oh my God, I forgot! Why didn't I tell them they only had two hours in there? What if this portal closes before they can get out!” she muttered.
Inside the black hole, Drex and Rucif spun around like they had entered a giant vortex which made Drex's head very dizzy.
“Argh! My head!” Drex shouted.
“Drex! Jump to the right!” shouted Rucif.
Hops!
Following Rucif Drex began to be able to avoid vortexes, avoiding vortexes means avoiding the rotation of millions of dimensions that rotate simultaneously.
"Wow, it's quieter here!" Drex said.
"Yes, if you get sucked into a vortex like that, immediately avoid it as best you can! Pull over and you'll find a space like this!” Rucif explained.
“Look over there!” Point to Rucif at the luminous points like millions of stars glowing in the dark of night.
"Wow, it's so beautiful!" Drex muttered.
“So many secrets there! That one light has its own life that is much different from what we experience! How much life there is, the universe is amazing!” Rucif answered.
"Yes, you're right! Then where should we go?” Drex asked.
"There! The invisible point that is the center of the black hole!”
"Okay! We have to hurry!” Drex said.
The two of them sped quickly, looking for a place called the edge of the black hole.
Tringgg!
A loud sound was heard, and Drex and Rucif stopped.
"Did you hear that?" Rucif asked.
"Yes! Like the loud sound of swords rubbing!” Drex answered descriptively.
“Whatever it is I'm starting to have a bad feeling!”
"Come on, let's hurry! Say Drex!”
Tring! Crass!
Something appeared from the darkness, whatever it was, it was very large.
“What is Rucif?” Drex asked.
“Run Drex, don't look back, run!” Rucif answered, speeding up his movements.
“I already ran even faster than you! Just tell me what it is!”
“Black hole overlord creature! He is huge and eats the souls that wander outside the dimensions! We call it Zaghlul!”
Spring! Crass!
Zaghlul's huge sword sounded so terrifying, Drex, who had never been afraid of anything this time, had to admit that he shuddered! The creature called Zaghlul was very terrifying, so big that its mouth could swallow a planet.
“Hi! He's after us, Rucif!” shouted Drex who ran faster and faster.
"Wait for me, Drex!"
“Come on Rucif! Don't let us die silly!" Drex shouted.
The two of them ran faster and faster, there was no sound from the scary creature anymore, only that the edge of the black hole was still visible far away.
"Why haven't we arrived yet, Rucif?" Drex asked.
“I feel so tired too Drex! I can't imagine how far away that place is! The edge of the black hole is the same as stretching out all of this place!” Rucif replied, also a little hopeless.
“Tch! Calestyn's idea is very risky! How about we teleport?” Drex suggested.
"Here?"
“Where else? Of course, here!” Drex answered.
"I'm not sure I can use the power of teleportation in this place, but there's no harm in trying!"
Together the two of them were still running and began to concentrate on moving places by teleporting as far as their eyes could see.
Shut!
The teleportation was successful, they advanced further, and faster.
"Good! We can do it!" Drex said.
