Chapter 72 A WOMAN
ARYA'S POV
Was I hearing well? Wasn't that the moan of a woman coming from the tent of Justin and Mike?
What was going on? I couldn't fathom what my ears were hearing.
How could they be so cruel to me like this? How could they? My surprise visit was ruined, I wasn't expecting this at all.
I had come with a surprise for them but I was the one who got surprised after all.
I stopped outside the tent. The canvas was moving a little because of what was going on. Now I could hear everything clearly. I heard Justin making these noises and Mike talking really fast and quietly telling him to keep going.
I could differentiate their voices as Justin had a deeper voice than Mike.
There were two guys and one girl there. I had thought I was going to be part of something, with these people but it looked like that was not going to happen. The surprise threesome that I was really looking forward to was definitely happening. I was not the main person involved.
My hand curled into a fist that was shaking. The bag fell, hitting the ground with a soft thud. They did not hear it because they were making a lot of noise.
I did not call anyone. I just reached for the zipper and pulled it down. The zipper made a harsh sound.
A small lantern gave some light to the tent. What I saw was really bad. It was something I did not want to see, I was really upset. They were sweating a lot as three of them were naked and panting. Justin's back was facing me. He was in charge of what was happening. Mike was standing off to the side watching what was going on.
He looked like he was really enjoying it. The woman, a blonde I had never seen before was underneath Justin. Her legs were wrapped around his waist. The woman's eyes were half closed.
Everything just stopped. The sound of that zipper had done what it was supposed to do.
Justin's head jerked up fast, his eyes got really wide with a lot of fear and surprise.
"Arya! What is going on?" He asked me as he looked straight into my eyes.
He didn't even have any shame or tried to be sorry for what he did.
Mike was really slow to react. He looked up at me and the blonde lady. Then his mouth just dropped open. His eyes kept going forth between me and the blonde lady, who just stood there looking so lost, as if wondering who I was.
I didn't move from where I was standing. I just remained there, still clutching the bag that was in my hand by the entrance.
There was nothing that I could even say. I was too broken and shocked to say a word.
Justin quickly tried to cover himself up. His sudden movement made the woman gasp in surprise.
She obviously didn't know who I was as she didn't even say a word, just acted so surprised, more like she never knew that they had a girlfriend to even begin with.
“Arya, that's not what it looks like," Mike said to me.
“Please…” I said to Mike as I was very angry and disappointed.
I knew he was not telling the truth. What he said was an obvious lie. This just made me even angrier.
It was the lie that he told that even annoyed me the most. He shouldn't have even attempted to defend himself.
“I know everything that is going on here. You don't have to try to lie to defend yourself. This is— just unacceptable!”
“Arya, come on, it's not like we are even dating her.” Justin added.
“What? Are you that stupid?” I asked Justin as I couldn't believe my ears.
I don't know how they took me to be that dumb and stupid.
“No Arya come on, I know you are intelligent. We were lonely, we just needed to cool off and nothing more. Please don't be upset.” Justin replied as he started to dress up.
“What are you still doing here? Get out!” Mike barked at the woman as she packed her clothes in her hand and scurried out of the tent with just a veil wrapped around her body.
"Lonely?" I said the word with disgust.
“You say lonely Mike. When you needed me I came all the way down here to meet you and yet you say lonely and you Justin, I video called you when you needed me.” I began, my voice conveying how bitter I felt with my eyes tearing up.
“What? You came here before? And I just know?” Justin asked as he was confused.
“It's none of your business! I sacrificed myself for you guys only to be betrayed when I'm not around. How sure am I that this hasn't been going on for long?” I asked, utterly showing my displeasure with their actions.
“Let everyone just chill alright? This was clearly a misunderstanding that can be sorted out.” Mike interrupted the argument that was about to set in.
“You are sick Mike! You must be very stupid to tell me to chill. You are an idiot.” I was insulted.
“Whoa whoa… easy with those insults now. We are all mature adults, not children to be fooling around like that.” Justin stepped in.
“How are you? When did you get back?” Justin asked as he pretended to start acting nice.
He came closer to put his hand on my belly but I slapped them off.
“Get your filthy hands off me!” I warned sharply.
“Come on, are you still mad at me? I'm sorry. I can't hurt my younger sister and you know that. We all care for you. We are sorry we made a mistake alright? Please let this go and let's talk.” Justin said softly.
Tears rolled down my cheeks as I sniffled, staring blankly into the space before me.
Could I ever forgive this betrayal? Could I let go of this hurt?
I don't think so. I was wrong to have been dating these two cheaters. I was so angry at myself as my grip tightened on the bag I was still holding.
“We are sorry. It won't happen again I promise you that. Please.” Justin said as he tried to hug me.
I was too broken and weak to even stop him.
“Mother said to give you this.” I snapped out of his hug while pushing the bag towards him.
“I came here to surprise you but arrived tonight only to be the one to be surprised. Idiots.” I spat and turned to leave the tent.
“Arya!” They called after me but I didn't stop. I walked as fast as my legs could carry me as tears rolled down my cheeks.
I was literally crying already. The pain was so much to bear. This wasn't what I wanted. Some days ago I was feeling lucky to have them, only for me to see that I was someone to be easily replaced when I was not around.
I needed comfort. I needed someone to talk to. I rushed back to my rent and closed the door behind me, putting the locks as I took off my jacket and grabbed my robe to put on, even angry to see myself in lingerie alone.
