'I will mingle with our guests.' Dejectedly Kin's eyes left Gin's. He began walking away. 'Kin ___.' Gin clutched his arm tightly. 'I won't be long.' He smiled, nodded. His head dipped to brush her lips lightly. He would wait. He loved her with an inventiveness that stole his breath. What was I thinking trying to ravish my bride like a dog on heat? Truth was, he was not thinking, he did want to ravish her but he would wait. He won't die. In just a few hours he would take his time and indulgently consummate their marriage. 'That was the most wonderful ceremony,' Shin smiled and hugged her daughter. 'Why didn't you call me?' She scolded, 'I would have helped you change?' I thought that was my maid of honour's responsibility! Gin smiled uncomfortably, not trusting her voice to be polite or appreciative at this very second. 'Everybody's talking about what a handsome couple you two make,' Shin relayed proudly, as she undid the pins in Gin's hair. The pins Kin had been busy undoing when they were rudely interrupted. 'And every girl is gushing about your gown,' Shin carefully unzipped Gin's gown and packed it into the holder. On and on and on Shin went about the sermon, and the food and the décor and the efficient catering service as Gin changed. 'Let's join the others,' Gin managed to effortlessly zip her own evening dress up. Gin walked out with the proud mum of the bride. There were gasps of pleasure and smiles at the bride's return in a beautiful cocktail dress of white satin emphasizing her shapely legs. It was simple and elegant. Figure hugging, above the knee, highlighting her tiny waist, her flat board tummy showed no evidence of a baby bump. Her eyes immediately found Kin's broad shoulders. It thrilled her to see Vin's hand protectively in Kin's. Together they were greeting their wedding guests. Gin was about to join Kin, when she was intercepted by Nicky. "You're supposed to be my maid of honour," Gin accused. "Ouch!' she expelled in a hurt tone. 'I would have duly assisted with said duty,' Nicky laughed, 'but I gathered the groom wanted a private moment with his bride and then your mum was almost sprinting to get to you. I tried Gin, believe me, to delay your mum, but my diversionary tactics were wasted on her," Nicky bit on her lip naughtily. Gin made a soft groaning sound, which Nicky found hilarious. "I think your husband is trying to get your attention," Nicky nudged Gin. My husband … I love the sound of that. Gin turned. Their eyes found each other with an instinctive awareness that seemed to bind them together … more so now. Gin smiled, her eyes trained on Kin as she made her way to him. He was smiling. His eyes admiring how graceful and exquisite she looked as she floated to where Kin and Vin stood. 'Hi.' Gin linked her hand into Kin's. Every nerve in her body tingled. Desire engulfed her hot and dangerous. If only her mother had not walked into that room. 'You look beautiful,' he complimented, pressing a kiss to her cheek. His hand left hers and in a show of possession, curved around her tiny waist, drawing her closer to him. 'Sorry about ___ earlier,' she apologized in his ear. 'It will be all the more sweeter,' he murmured, his eyes held promise. 'Mum, I have to go,' Vin tugged her arm impatiently. 'Go! Go where?' She asked alarmed, looking across at Kin. 'Uncle Dean, is taking me to the movies and he will drop me of in the morning so we can go on our honeymoon.' 'But ___ when did all this take place?' 'Uncle Dean asked dad. Can I go now? I don't want to miss the movie.' 'Okay,' she reluctantly agreed, kissing his cheek. 'Mum, don't forget to pack my Xbox. Bye.' 'Okay,' she nodded and waved him of. She saw Dean waiting at the door. He winked at them and waved. She turned curiously to her husband. 'Kin?' 'You don't mind that I said okay, do you?' Kin presumed she had a problem with him undermining her authority. 'No. Of course not. You have every right to. It's just ___ this was so sudden.' His hands cupped her arms lightly. 'Your brother thought we should ____ have our first night to ourselves, he didn't say so in so many words,' Kin laughed. 'That was thoughtful of Dean, I guess,' she laughed softly, 'but you know Vin is a big boy and he sleeps through the night. It's been many years, since he disturbed me in the night.' Vin was six, the last time he came to her bed. His throat had been sore, but she didn't want to talk about it now. She did not want Kin feeling guilty about his absence. The important thing was, Kin loved her and Vin and today was the first day of their lives together. 'Now,' Kin clasped her hand in his, 'we are leaving.' "'Leaving?" But we have not said "good bye" to our guests.' 'And we're not going to,' Kin ushered her through a side entrance. 'Isn't that impolite?' Kin laughed, 'no, they will know exactly why we left.' 'Oh,' Gin blushed. 'I thought you'd prefer my company to dancing with our guests,' he held his car door open for her. 'I do,' she whispered. 'You know I do,' she pulled his head down, her lips tasting his hungrily. Kin took over. He pulled her into his arms, his mouth plundering hers with equal fervour, but he stopped abruptly. 'Come,' he hastened, helping her into his car. 'Where are we going?' She turned towards Kin as he started the engine. 'We're going to spend our wedding night at our home,' his hand reached out and settled on her lap, 'unless you would prefer a hotel.' 'No,' she took his hand between hers and lifted it to her lips. 'No,' she repeated. That was all the encouragement Kin needed to press harder on the accelerator. He brought his hand back to the wheel. He needed to concentrate his attention on his driving. He tried to ignore the glimpse of flesh of her upper thigh, as Gin's hand lifted to brush her hair away from her face. He cursed softly, feeling the throb in his pants. He mentally started to rehearse the periodic table in alphabetical order and groaned softly as it did nothing to ease the ache of his rock hard state of arousal. Eventually when the sight of the wrought iron gates to his home came into view, Kin wanted to do a victory dance. 'Dean't get out,' Kin instructed. 'Why?' She laughed. Kin sped to the front door unlocked it and returned to Gin's side. He offered her his hand. Gin smiled, placing her hand in his. Kin assisted her out and promptly curved his arms under her knees and carried his bride against his chest. 'Welcome to your home, darling,' he strode with masculine pride past the threshold and gently lowered her to the floor. 'You've made me wait so long for tonight,' she accused. 'And it's finally arrived,' his eyes danced mischievously. His arms circled her waist, he kissed her tenderly, her fingers pushed his jacket of his shoulders. It fell to the floor, at his feet. Kin drew her towards the warmth of his body. His devoured her hungrily. His kisses went on forever, all she could do was yield as she clung to him powerlessly. 'Kin ____.' Her eyes looked up into the fractional dilation of his. 'Yes.' He answered arrogantly. His lips at the base of her throat tantalizing a path to her breasts. Desire gripped her like never before. His hands splayed over her thighs, suddenly her knees gave way. Somehow, she was on the bed, naked whilst he was fully clothed. Slow and erotic, he undressed himself, his buckle, his zip, trousers, all with practised elegance. 'Kin ___ hurry.' He laughed arrogantly. He was above her. Their eyes clashed. Dark locked with grey for a breathless moment. She feasted on her husband. "You are finally mine," he growled. "I don't want to be anybody else's___." His eyes gleamed triumphantly. Her breasts were so beautifully round. Eagerly his tongue sampled the dusty pink crests. The delicate whisper of her breath against his throat drove him wild and hot with desire. Her tantalizing breasts soft against the hardness of his chest and her hand punishingly curled around his turgid length. He made a guttural sound before his mouth forcefully possessed hers again. He explored, teased excited every inch of her, suckling the hard pink tips of her breasts. A cry of pleasured escaped her lips at the enjoyable friction of his fingers at her nipples. His fingers slid down her quivering body, shockingly intimate, exploring with punishing expertise. His finger probed into her plump folds. Wild cries burst from her throat. Impatiently her hips began to sway, with restless abandon towards him. 'Kin ___Kin,' she begged for his possession. Her fingers increased the pressure on his velvet shaft. He groaned painfully. Her thumb erotically circled the tip of his arousal. Kin rose above her, his palms held her hips still as he surged into her with all the force of his need. Hard and powerful, he filled her. She stared up into the semi-darkness, into his eyes, as he drove into her with strong powerful thrusts. The incredible sensation filled her gloriously. Their mouths clashed, their hearts united as one, every organ in their bodies in sync with the powerful force, utterly overcome by the exquisite pleasure their bodies created together. Flames erupted throughout Gin's body with explosive force that ripped through them bringing wave after wave of ecstasy. She submitted to the shiver of delicious pleasure, trembling until she contracted around him in boundless tiny spasms that had her chocking on gasps of pleasure and a series of pulsating aftershocks. Gin was limp, spent, appeased in his arms. Kin held her tightly to his chest, smiling tenderly into the depths of her grey eyes, pressing butterfly kisses on her lips and her throat. Gin hugged him and sighed contentedly. 'We did not need to go away, you know,' Gin's fingers raked through Kin's hair caressingly. 'We could have honeymooned right here.' There was privacy, an Olympic size pool, a sauna, nourishment, what else did they need? Kin looked down into her eyes, his weight still on her warm and comfortingly. She'd refused to release him, when he'd wanted to shift his weight. 'And have everybody call me a cheapskate!' He retaliated. 'Besides, there would be the temptation for you or I to respond to emergency calls.' Gin smiled, cupping his face. 'True,' she conceded. 'We would.' 'We need the break,' his lips teased hers erotically. 'I've been starving for a whole week.' 'Who's fault was that?' Gin laughed. 'Wasn't it worth it?' He grinned, his hips teasing against hers suggestively. 'Yes. And I believe you're hungry again,' she whispered, responding to his arousal that was already conspicuously making itself felt again. 'I will never have enough of you,' he whispered passionately, as his mouth ravished every part of her again. Gin spent the night exhilarated in the arms of her husband, having woken a few times to quench his ravenous appetite, which she delightedly yielded to with equal hunger. In the morning, Gin awake before Kin. She watched him sleep. A self-satisfied glorious feeling washed over her. She loved everything about Kin Arvis. His lean firm jaw, his dark lashes feathering his cheeks, she loved his mouth and lips. Such destructive instruments of seduction, she laughed very softly for he was still asleep. She loved his inherent strength, his passion, his work ethics, his dedication as a father and most of all how he worshipped her. "Darling, you're awake?" he stirred, barely able to lift his eye lids. His voice so raspy, she wanted to ravish him all over again Gin smiled. 'I love you," she whispered. He forced his eyes open, smiled at his wife, " and I love you … for eternity," he vowed, drawing her roughly onto his chest with obvious intent. That morning, after their enchanting wedding night, they were scheduled to take a three hour flight to coastal Zanzibar, a beautiful ancient city in the East African country of Tanzania. The historic Stone Town of Zanzibar is a world heritage site. Stone Town is the only functioning ancient town in East Africa, its exclusive, white sand beach a perfect honeymoon spot. Kin had not booked them into a hotel but a luxurious villa with its own private beach, providing all the tranquillity and privacy a young couple on honeymoon needed. Kin had spared no expenses. The villa came standard with a butler, chef and two housekeepers, who doubled as au pairs if the need arose. The warm, charming villa offered a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean. The villa itself was breadth-taking. It comprised a gorgeous shaded rain forest styled veranda. Only a few steps away was an inviting pool. One could indulge in extended romantic al fresco breakfasts or dinners on the coconut wood terrace. The private beach in the superb stretch of the softest white sand provided safe and perfect opportunities for swimming at high tide or going on long romantic strolls. There were ample activities for families to enjoy such as village tours, sunset cruises, spice tours, Stone Town tours and scuba diving and para sailing for the adventurous. 'Check this out?' Vin laughed happily, ripping his shirt and sneakers of and rushing to the beach. 'Vin don't go too far in,' Gin cautioned. 'It's safe,' Kin smiled, besides Vin is a good swimmer right?' 'Yes,' he swims well,' she nodded. 'Dean't worry darling. It's perfectly safe and the sea's not too rough.' 'So why did we need a four bedroom place?' Gin laughed. 'Surely a two roomed apartment would have sufficed.' 'It was the only one that catered for our needs,' he whispered, pressing a kiss to her ear. '"Our needs?'" she breathed heavily, affected by his erotic caress. 'During the day, it's family time,' he murmured, pulling her into the folds of his arms. 'At night, I am yours, exclusively.' His eyes locked with hers. Desire flared in both their eyes. Gin felt fames of heat rush through her body. 'I see now, why we have a staff compliment of four,' she laughed softly, pressing her lips to his. 'Welcome to Zanzibar, Dr. Arvis and Dr. Arvis.' '"Dr. Arvis" I got to get used to that,' Gin grinned. Kin smiled as he draped his arm around her shoulder. They looked up and greeted the butler. 'I trust you and your family will have a fantastic holiday at the Villa Louiki,' the butler shook Kin's hand. 'Thank you,' Gin and Kin acknowledged. 'Our staff will unpack for you,' he announced. 'A light cold lunch will be served at your convenience. Perhaps some refreshments at the terrace,' he offered. 'I'd love that,' Gin smiled, wanting to escape the stifling heat. 'I'm going to check on Vin,' Kin informed Gin. 'Put your feet up darling and have a drink.' 'Yes, I'd love the tallest glass of fruit juice you have please,' Gin smiled. After meeting the staff, Gin was totally satisfied with the set-up. She loved the villa. She loved its privacy. The staff were extremely discreet. There were bells strategically placed to ring for the attention of the butler or the kitchen staff. Vin had an entire suite to himself, with its own wide screen television. Their son was in his element. The master suite has its own private terrace that led out onto the private beach. The huge white framed four poster bed had the most inviting white cotton sheets, calling out to Gin. She looked up at Kin and saw he agreed with her sentiments. 'Let's get out of here,' Kin groaned in a guttural sound. 'Mum, dad, let's go swim in the ocean,' Vin pleaded. 'Kin, the sun's too much for me. I think I'll just rest in the shade at the pool.' 'The ocean it is,' Kin winked at Gin. If he could not have his wife right now, then he would have to cool himself down in the sea. Kin and Vin returned, some hours later, exhausted and starving. Luckily, Gin had ordered their lunch. Light lunch comprised, sandwiches, smoked salmon salad, grilled pieces of chicken, some cocktail savoury treats and finger pastries for dessert. Kin towelled himself and served Vin a plate of lunch. Gin smiled at her son, thirstily finishing a tall glass of orange juice. 'Dad, after my lunch, can I play on my Xbox?' 'I don't see why not,' Kin took a huge bite into a chicken drumstick. 'What are you and mum going to do?' Vin asked innocently. Kin's eyes met Gin's. 'We're just going to chill right here. Come down, when you've had enough of the games.' 'See you just now mum,' Vin kissed his mum and dashed upstairs to his very own holiday suite. 'I'm sure "just now" is hours from now,' Gin smiled contentedly, as she sipped on a fruit cocktail. 'Dean't give me ideas,' Kin groaned. He plonked himself on Gin's lounger, resting his head on her lap. 'Did you have some lunch darling?' 'Yes thanks,' she let her fingers gently run through his hair. Gin sighed silently. Kin was so drop dead gorgeous. All he had on now was swimming trunks. His broad masculine chest was bare. His flat board tummy, emphasized his well defined assets. 'If you keep doing that, I'm going to pass out,' Kin groaned. 'I don't know where my son gets his energy from.' Gin laughed. 'Why don't you rest?' She suggested. 'It's lovely here in the shaded terrace and the sea breeze is so refreshing.' 'I have an idea,' Kin hopped off her, much to Gin's disappointment. Kin drew another lounger, positioning it parallel to hers, and slid onto it and Gin was happy again. 'You rest too,' he propped some pillows for Gin and kept to his own lounger, resting his hands lightly under his head. 'Such stoic discipline,' Gin taunted, her fingers trailed seductively over his chest, flirting with the tiny hairs there. 'Gin ___,' Kin groaned. His hand imprisoned hers on his chest, but he did reach over and indulge in a slow lingering kiss. He tasted sweet of fruity wine, his lips tinged with the saltiness of the ocean. Her free hand delved in his tousled hair, roughened by the salty sea water. His own overpowering scent of his skin aroused her more than all the rest combined. Gin exercised restraint as she sensed that as much as Kin was kissing her, he was in total control of his emotions. Gin snuggled closer to Kin and rested her palm casually on his chest. She heard Kin breath heavily. Though his baggy shorts lent some respectability to his arousal, Gin could see its engorged outline. She smiled, closed her eyes, enjoying the cool breeze dampening down her desire. 'You're a devious minx,' she heard him whisper in her ear. Kin could feel her smile broaden against his shoulder. She did not deny or dispute it. A few minutes later, exhaustion, the afternoon heat and a holiday spirit had their bodies succumbing to unconscious sleep. It was late afternoon when Gin awoke. She could hear the high tide waves crashing on the shore. A cool, cotton sheet had been thrown over her. Kin's lounger was empty. She heard laughter, her son's and lifted her head. Kin and Vin were at the poolside, playing a game of cards. By the sound of her son's boastful laugh, he was beating his father. 'Hi,' Gin sat down next to Vin and dipped her legs into the refreshing water. Although it was much cooler, the air was still thick with the stifling heat. 'I'm beating dad, mum,' Vin boasted. 'Obviously,' Kin sulked. 'He just taught me this nonsensical game.' Gin laughed and decided to dive into the pool. The afternoon sun had warmed the water, but it was tantalising, almost caressing over her skin. 'Now, that's a good idea,' Kin announced and without warning hoisted his son effortlessly and tossed him into the pool. 'Dad!' Vin shrieked and expertly cut through the water escaping his father. 'You just did that because I was beating you, ___ you sore loser!' Kin laughed and dived into the pool, chasing after Vin. With quick easy strokes, Kin caught Vin's ankles, but like a slippery eel, Vin managed to escape, but not for long, for Kin dived to the bottom and in a distracted moment when Vin unguardedly turned his back to see how far he'd escaped from his father, Kin emerged from right beneath Vin's feet. Vin screamed frightfully. Kin just roared with laughter and playfully dunked his son's head under the water. With amazing effort, or did Kin just allow it, that Vin overpowered his dad, executing an enthralling stunt, keep his dad submerged underwater for an extended period of time. Hearing Vin's spontaneous laughter, Gin smiled blissfully, as she floated in the refreshing water. It had been a very long time since she had observed her son this happy. It brought tears of joy to her eyes. She was thankful to Kin for allowing Vin to share this time with them. They had their nights to be intimate and there would be plenty of opportunities for Kin and her during the rest of their lives together to celebrate their union. 'I'm going to take a shower guys,' Gin carefully held onto the rails and exited the pool. As she towelled herself, she watched Kin and Vin trying to roast each other with a beach ball. She wrapped a towel around her body and went indoors. The following two days saw more frolicking and unending activities. Sightseeing, snorkelling; Kin and Vin had gone scuba diving. The weather had become too warm for Gin to be in the sun for too long. That evening Kin wanted an evening stroll on the beach before dinner. The previous evening they'd indulged in a magical sunset cruise around the lagoon. Earlier today they'd visited the ancient Stone City. Gin was having the time of her life and was seriously regretting only booking a week's leave. 'Hey sweetheart,' Gin walked into Vin's suite. 'Dad and I want to walk on the beach. You coming?' 'Ah mum ____ do I have to?' Vin did not tear his eyes away from the TV screen. 'I want to finish this critical stage, before the villain shoots me down,' he pleaded. 'You will always have your Xbox, but you won't always have Zanzibar,' she pressed a kiss on his head. 'I know mum,' he sighed, 'but I never got this far before ___ please,' he begged. 'No problem sweetheart, as long as you're happy. Dad and I are not far away and we won't be long.' 'Have fun mum,' his eyes remained on the screen. 'Your son favours his games more than a walk,' Gin smiled, wrapping her arms around Kin's neck. 'So regrettably you only have me for company,' she apologized. 'That is devastatingly sad indeed,' he sighed with mock disappointment. 'I guess, I'll have to suffer your company then,' he grinned, hoisted Gin into the air and carefully twirled with her in his arms. Gin laughed happily, tightening her grip around Kin's neck. 'You're not tired?' He gently lowered her down again, his palm protectively over her tummy. 'No,' she laughed, covering his hand with hers. 'I've not been exerting myself.' 'When are you going to start showing?' He moaned. Gin raised her eyebrows. 'You should know the answer to that Dr. Arvis.' 'I'm finding myself rather impatient, Dr. Arvis,' he teased back. 'I'm hardly two months pregnant,' she wrapped her arms around him, embracing him. 'Guess you're going to have to be patient a few more months,' she smiled. 'Shall we take our walk?' Kin asked. 'Carry a wind breaker darling.' 'I'm looking forward to our romantic walk,' she kissed him on the lips. It was the last day of their honeymoon. After breakfast Gin was in a bikini, relaxing on the sun lounge in the terrace with a paperback. It was scenic, peaceful, like being in paradise just alone with Kin and Vin. Gin had loved every second of it. She was almost disappointed that she'd told Kin to book the place for only a week. A pity then, that Vin had to return to school. For though she and Kin made love to their heart's content each night, still they could not keep their eyes of each other and found every opportunity to touch each other. Like Kin did right now. 'Darling, how about we have a braai at lunchtime, grilled prawns; lobster,' Kin's hand snaked around her. She looked sexy in a bikini he thought. His palm rode up and down the flesh on her back caressingly. He felt the immediate goose bumps form on her flesh, her grey eyes darkening in response. 'Hmm ___ yeah,' she stammered, her eyes fell to his lips. 'I'm ready to go to the beach, dad.' Gin's eyes met Kin's with a smile. They could hardly fault their son's interruption. Most afternoons after frolicking in the beach for hours, Vin would be hooked to the TV in his suite either with his Xbox or watching movies until he was summoned for dinner. So much so that Kin had boldly made love to Gin two afternoons in a row right here in the privacy of the secluded terrace. Gin had initially been reluctant, but she was hardly able to resist Kin's advances and suffice it to say, their love-making had been undisturbed by their son or the efficient and discreet hired help. 'Vin tie your lace before you fall,' Gin instructed. 'Dad can you tie my shoe lace please?' 'But you tie your own lace all the time, Vin!' 'Okay Sport,' Kin dropped to his knees to fix Vin's lace. Vin endearingly offered his doe eyes to his mum. Clearly he wanted his dad to make up for lost time. 'I hope you've gathered all your belongings together sweetheart. We're going home this afternoon,' Gin tried to keep the sadness out of her voice. 'Yes, mum. Everything's packed on bed. Thank you dad, I had a wonderful honeymoon.' Kin laughed. 'Pleasure Sport,' Kin's eyes held Gin's. I assure you, I thoroughly enjoyed it myself.' Gin smiled shyly. She took her eyes of her adorable husband to pour herself a glass of chilled fruit cocktail. EPILOGUE Darling, why don't you stay home another week?" Kin suggested, as he slipped on his shirt. Gin and Vin had partly moved into Kin's luxurious home … their home now. Gin had packed sufficiently for the week. They would complete their move by the next weekend. She was in no hurry. There was nothing that she had in her home that Kin did not have a bigger, or fancier version of. Gin clutched the towel around her body. Though Kin intimately knew every inch of her body, she was not comfortable prancing about their bedroom in the nude, like her husband was freely wont to do. She looked over her shoulder at him. "What should I do at home?" She smiled. If he stayed with her, she would agree, but alone … that held no appeal. "You can sleep longer, " Kin walked to where she stood at her wardrobe, the buttons of his shirt still undone. "You can go shopping, it's an absolutely natural tendency amongst the rest of your species," he laughed, as if it was a foreign concept to his wife. "I don't need anything," she wrinkled her nose, clutching her towel more tightly. Already his proximity was testing her self-control. "Or you can stay home and just rest," he flicked her towel off with one swift movement. "Kin!" "What are you doing?" she reached for her towel, but he held it out of reach. "I have to ___ we have to get to work," she looked at the bedside clock. Okay, they still had about thirty minutes, before they needed to leave. 'Kin ___ please, give me back my towel,' her face scarlet, she grabbed a dress still on a hangar and held it in front of her to protect her modesty. Kin lifted his head and laughed. 'Darling, we're husband and wife, you're still shy!' She looked away, refusing to meet his eyes. They needed to get to work. What was his problem? 'You're beautiful ___ gorgeous,' he murmured draping one arm around her. He used the other hand to jerk away the hangar hindering his view of her luscious body. 'Dean't hide your body from me,' he whispered with a soft groan, pressing a kiss to her throat. Involuntarily, her head angled, her eyes closed, 'I still need to dry my hair,' her voice dropped to a whisper. His caress so enthralling, she really did not want him to stop. Her eyelids flew open at his soft laughter. 'What's funny?' She questioning, her betraying eyes fell to the wall of rippling muscles filling over his chest. 'I believe the more recycled version is, "I have to wash my hair."' Gin's eyes lifted to Kin's. 'I can't imagine any female fed you that line,' she hated that her tone could not hide her jealousy of his past lovers. He smiled lazily. His fingers gently brushed through her damp curls, smoothing them out. Greedily her eyes lowered to his lips, then to the broad chest visible through his still unbuttoned shirt, as if she had not had a feast of him last night. Kin pulled her naked body roughly against his hardened torso. Her palms framed his chest. Her lips parted before his mouth devoured hers. Gin ripped his shirt off. A whimper escaped her throat as his lips left hers, and traced a part down to her aroused nipple. 'Kin ___,' she clung to him, lifting his head back to her mouth. He lifted her into his arms, carried her to their bed, without his mouth breaking contact with hers. He lowered her gently onto the bed, his mouth worshipping every inch of her body with his lips and fingers before immersing himself deep inside her. Their sweat glistened bodies embraced, damp wisps of her hair clung on her skin. Gin kissed his lips. Her eyes meshed with his before her lips indulged in another slow, satiating kiss again. 'What are you doing?' She exclaimed as Kin lifted her out of the bed. 'Just enough time for a quick shower,' he offered her a dazzling smile. 'Together?' She didn't want him in the shower with her; although she did relish the idea of lathering suds of soap over his naked flesh. She giggled girlishly as Kin indulged laboriously just as much as she did with the soap. Oh boy, they were so late back for work on their very first day back. 'Kin we are so late,' Gin sighed. 'Darling, you're my wife. You're not going to be in trouble with anybody, trust me,' Kin walked her to her surgery. 'But I still report to Dr. Jensen,' she tried to remove her hand from his, but his grip was too firm. 'Jensen's not going to give you any flack,' Kin smiled arrogantly. 'Did you say something to him?' She accused, 'and why aren't you going to your office?' 'No, I don't need to say anything to him, he knows who your husband is,' Kin replied smugly, and I'm attending a function here.' "'Function?" In my ward? What function? I was not invited.' 'Oh but you were,' he whispered in her ear as he opened her door and ushered her in. 'Surprise!' A chorus of voices cheered. Gin's eyes widened. 'What's going on?' She reached for Kin's hand. 'We're not supposed to have any secrets,' she accused. Kin chuckled softly. 'No more after this,' he vowed. 'They could all not be at our wedding. Duty called. So they wanted to celebrate with you and I.' 'You knew,' she whispered. 'That's why you ___ delayed me?' 'We were expected thirty minutes ago,' his eyes locked with hers cheekily. 'Oh.' 'Thank you everybody,' Kin smiled, draping his arm around Gin. 'On behalf of my wife, may I thank you for this lovely gesture.' He lifted two glasses of orange juice from a tray and toasted his glass to Gin's. 'To our love and … eternity together,' he whispered.' 'Our love and eternity,' she repeated. Kin bent his head and kissed her lips. Husband and wife looked up when they heard cheers and applause directed at them. Gin smiled shyly. Everybody surrounded them to welcome them back and congratulate them. 20 months Later … 'Vin don't give your sister chocolate!' Gin instructed. 'Why? It's better that carrots and broccoli.' Kin playfully smacked his son over the head. 'You have scientific proof to back that up?' Vin laughed. 'Come on dad, you're supposed to agree with me.' 'Need some help darling?' Kin stood behind Gin, his palms positioned on her waist, his lips teasing at her throat. 'Just fixing Shannon's dinner,' Gin murmured with a smile, leaning her back against Kin's chest. 'Arling ___ arling,' the gorgeous little one year old, lifted her tiny arms up to her daddy. She had dark hair and grey eyes just like her mum and brother, but the one characteristic, she shared with her father was the distinct Arvis trademark on her chest. Kin had, had tears in his eyes, when he'd witnessed the birth of his little girl into the world, sporting the clover-shaped Arvis branding. Kin laughed, picking up his bundle. 'No I am daddy. Da _ddy.' 'A___ddy ,' she tested through her petite lips. 'See we're making progress,' Kin gave his wife a triumphant grin. 'And you are Shannon,' Kin continued to tutor his daughter.' 'Nin __ nin,' Shannon pronounced. Gin laughed softly, shaking her head.. Her husband was just too eager to improve their daughter's lexicon. She however, was just thrilled to hear every sound that their daughter uttered, including her cooing and delightful gurgles. 'Time for dinner, Shannon,' Gin smiled, attempting to get a spoonful of chicken and rice into her daughter's mouth as her father held her in his arms. 'Addy ___ addy,' Shannon pointed to her dad's mouth, wanting Gin to feed him as well. 'Err ___ I'm not hungry,' Kin made a face at the contents of Shannon's dinner bowl. 'If it's good for Shannon. It's good for you,' Vin laughed, seeing his father's reluctance. 'Open,' Gin bit on her bottom lip, holding the spoon at Kin's mouth Reluctantly, Kin opened his mouth and instantly swallowed the contents, wrinkling his face. A smile broke out on his face when his daughter applauded his good behaviour. 'Addy ___ addy,' Shannon pointed again, wanting her mum to give Kin another helping. 'Okay, I think it's time to induce steaks and spare ribs into your diet,' Kin promptly settled Shannon into her dinner chair. You and Vin set the table for our dinner,' Gin instructed as she fed Shannon the remains of her dinner. After dinner, and putting both their children to bed, Kin and Gin were relaxing with a bottle of wine upstairs on their private balcony that led from their bedroom. 'I am truly blessed,' Kin laced his fingers through Gin's, his tone impassioned. Gin smiled, her eyes searched his face, waiting for him to finish his sentence.
