CHAPTER 28

When Hale arrives in front of Diwata's house, he doesn't feel well. He couldn't explain why but he was really feeling weird. He first looked at the big house as he stood in front of it.

Did Diwata and that dumb Lee talk?

He sighed.

Why did he come back? Tsk! Diwata told him to let her talk to her husband first.

He kept wondering if he would enter the house again because the gate was open.

He looked at the watch he was wearing. It's only been an hour since he left it earlier.

Maybe he shouldn't go back to its house. He was too paranoid, what was he thinking.

He shook his head and was about to turn around to open his car door when suddenly he heard a shout.

"Help!"

He immediately stopped where he was. He can't be wrong, it was Diwata's voice. He swallowed and drew intense trembling in his chest.

“Help! Help me!" Diwata shouting again so he wasted no time, he immediately entered inside the gate of the house of the Amielles. He almost had to go through all the expensive things he had passed by. Diwata was immediately sought by his eyes and he immediately saw it. Diwata runs while cuddling itself. She was only wearing a bra so he was shocked to see it.

"Hale help me!" Diwata said while crying and less than a second later Lee came out from behind her. Lee immediately pulled Diwata and grabbed her neck, Diwata's face showed intense fear.

His eyes widened as he looked at Lee.

“You fool Lee! What the hell are you doing? Let her go!" he said angrily.

"You again? Fuck!" Lee's eyes glazed over at him. His mind was confused by Diwata's visible appearance while Lee was holding it and choking her neck.

“Let go of Diwata, what are you doing to her?! You are crazy!" he said but Lee didn't even move and it seemed crazy to still laugh.

“And why would I do that Frommette? For what? For you to take Diwata and betray me?"

His jaw seemed to stiffen from the intense tension as he stared at Lee.

Betrayal? It was Lee who betrayed Diwata and now it is he who has the right to say that. This asshole is really crazy.

He calmed himself, he couldn't rush because it might hurt Diwata even more later. He couldn't bear to see that its hurting.

"Let go of Diwata, don't you feel sorry for her?" he said to Lee but he didn't seem to hear anything.

"Get out of here Frommette and stop worrying about our lives!" Lee said angrily to him.

If only he could maybe he would have done that thing a long time ago, but not. He can't do it anymore now that he loves his wife. He will not allow the woman he loves to be hurt again at the hands of this shameless man.

“Lee let me go! You were the first to betray us, you ruined the two of us. I've loved you and you've been my friend since we were kids, I never thought you could do this to me! I trusted– ahh L-lee stop! y-youre hurting m-me! ”

He saw that Lee tightened his grip on Diwata's neck so he almost ran up the stairs.

"All right, try to come and I will kill this woman! What do you think? That I will let you have a happy ending? Are you crazy? Diwata still my wife and I'm the only one who owns her! Go away Frommette!" Lee said to him. He was already in the middle of the stairs and he was not able to continue because he threatened to hurt Diwata again if he kept coming.

A few moments of silence prevailed, as if destroying his chest with the visible appearance of Diwata while it was in Lee's hand, this man really has no soul, no conscience.

He thought of a step on how to get Diwata. He was surprised when Lee suddenly shouted and it released Diwata who quickly got down and ran. Diwata bit Lee's arm so she escaped to Lee.

Lee was about to attack Diwata but he immediately blocked it.

"You must fight me motherfucker!" he was furious and rudely punched it but he avoided him.

"Diwata, run outside!" he shouted as he wrestled with Lee.

Lee punched him in the stomach but he also gave it a strong punch to the face.

Lee started to punch him again but he avoided it, due to the strong force of Lee's thrust on him, he out of balance and he just saw it rolling down the stairs. Falling to the bottom and hit its head on the cement. Lee lost consciousness.

He chased his breath as he looked at its body lying on the floor but instead of feeling sorry for him that's not how he felt about the man. This person should not be pitied.

He immediately went down and left Lee unconscious.

He saw that Diwata was already inside his car so he quickly went inside.

He was full of concern for it.

"Diwata are you okay?" he asked worriedly here. Diwata looked very tired and was chasing her breath as she sat and leaned on the car. He immediately took off his polo shirt and put it on the body that was exposed to him.

He already regrets why he left it alone in that Lee’s hands. What if he doesn't come? Diwata may have perished.

He sighed as he stared into its face. He hugged her tightly and kissed her hair repeatedly.

"I'm sorry!" chasing the breath he said.

“I shouldn't have left you with that idiot. I shouldn't have left you alone! You are almost doomed," he said but Diwata's tears only dripped. He wanted to punch himself.

"Don't worry, I will never allow him to come to you again even with the tip of his finger."

He started the car and quickly drove it back to his house.

He makes sure that Lee rots in jail. He would impose multiple charges on that man and he would not stop until he was imprisoned. He will also do everything just to annul their marriage.

Too many questions in his mind why did Diwata marry Lee Amielles? Why in the number of men in the world why it went to that kind of person?

But maybe it was his mission to save her, he would heal her wounds. He promises that it will never be hurt again.
