Chapter 51 Battle

POV: Jax

Liam is now driving the car. We stopped a twice on the way. Each time we stopped we switched drivers. We stop about three miles from the palace. We regroup in a clearing in the woods.

Everyone gets into their groups. Those who need to be shifted shift now and those who don't stay put. I send in the first group. I open up a mindlink to communicate with them. These first few groups are critical to the plan.

There are four groups going in now. There are four gates on each side of the palace. You have to go through two gates to get to the palace building. Both gates are guarded.

This first group will take out those gate guards. As they take one out a group will replace them keeping the entrance clear. Both gates guards will be replace will my own warriors.

Once they clear it they will send through the link saying the word clear. After the first wave group marches the rest follow. This has to be timed just right. As each group walks there is about five to ten minutes between each group the begins to March towards the palace. My group here in the clearing has the south entrance. Liam has the east. Ben has the west and Penny the north.

I get the all clear link. I cut that link moving to the next link. This next group will clear the path to the inside of the palace. The palace doors will be guarded as well. I have the front door this is the most guarded side effects the palace. Liam and Bens groups have the service entrances. Those will be easy to clear out. The back is slightly guarded.

I get the all clear for that one. Now comes the fun part. The shifted wolves will go inside. The shifted lycan will secure the rest of the territory outside.

The shifted wolves will will take out any guards in sight. There will be no all clear on this one. The rest of use charge in. I make my way through the palace in search of Caroline and Santos. Fighting is everywhere. Blood is being splattered all over.

"Well. Well. Well. We meet again." Riddler. "Seems we have. You have this one chance to walk away now." I warn. We circle each other snarling at one another. "What fun would that be?" He taunts. "I was hoping you'd say that."

She makes the first move slashing at me. I play with him for a bit. Let's face it one slash from me and he's down. We throw punches and kicks before I get bored and slash him. He's not dead yet. Now that he's unmoving on the ground I slash his throat out.

Ash howls on victory. I continue through. Where is Caroline and Santos? "Liam how's it going on your end?"

"In the middle of an argument with Caroline." He answers. "Where are you?"

"The Garden." He answers. "Santos?" I ask. "I don't know." Damn it. I make my way to the throne room where I find a few omegas hiding. They're innocent in all this. They scream seeing me. "Is there anyone in here?" I ask them with no patience.

"No. He just left." One of them answers only to be hushed by the others in fear of being in trouble. "Which way did he go?" He pointed in the direction he went. I follow it.

My eye land on him down the hallway fighting one of my men. I rip him him away throwing him across the room. I won't kill him. I won't to have my fun with him first. "Alpha Jax we finally meet."

"Ah that we have. Your going to pay for what you did to her." I speak in a dangerously low voice. "To who? Your precious little pet. That girl. You know she was delicious. A bit noisy for my taste but she certainly did the trick." He taunts me.

Ash roars. "Let me out!" Ash demands. I let Ash have control gladly. "You will wish you never laid even your eyes on her." Ash stalks towards him.

"Oh I'm so afraid of the little Alpha Prince. He couldn't even save his own pack member from being raped by a rogue." Santos continues. Ash roars.

"You will never lay a hand on her again. She is mine!"Ash claims. "Ash cool it. He's trying to get under your skin."

Ash takes a deep breath. "You are nothing." Ash punches him. Santos falls to the ground but he gains his composure back trying to swipe my legs. Ash dodges his attempts. Santos manages to get up.

He starts swinging repeatedly. We dodge most of them. "Jax I need your help here with Caroline." Liam says panicked. "Hurry up and finish him off Ash" I tell him.

Ash brings out our claws. He grabs the arm that is about to take another swing. Ash runs one claw down his arm enough to make him bleed. He fall to the ground not able to move. I call a few warriors to secure him.

I run to Liam looking for him in the garden. "Caroline stop this! What the fuck happened to you!?" I here Penny screaming. "No I will not stop! I will be Queen even if I have to kill my own brothers!"

Caroline has a dagger pointed right at Liam's heart. Its the same one that killed dad. "Caroline! Drop it now." I demand. "No I will not. Your next."

I walk towards her slowly. "You would betray your own twin? Caroline look around you. Look what you have caused and for what a position?" I try again.

"No not a position. The position. It not fare. You both get a pack all because your boys. I get a girl zeta for a mate. I could have been mated to an alpha and made Luna. Then there's that girl who ruined everything." She screams.

"You hated me that much?" Penny cries. "No I didn't hate you. I did in fact love you but you were in the way."

"Caroline drop the dagger now!" I command her. "No. I'm going to get rid of both of you. Then that slut. I'm going to torture her then let Santos have her and get the power. Then we will kill her." My blood boils hearing this. Did she know about Haven then? That bitch.

"You sent Santos after her." Ash takes control again. I couldn't hold him back. "You will pay!" Ash roars. "I command order you to drop the dagger now." Ash alpha king orders her. She fights against it hard. Her body shaking. Her nose starts to bleed. Then her ears. Her eyes. She starts coughing up blood. We hold our command pushing it more and more against her. She starts screaming in pain then drops the dagger.

"Kneel" Ash commands pushing the alpha command on her. She puts up a small fight but her knees buckle and she kneels bowing to me.

"You are no longer my sister." Liam declares clear with hurt. She's hurt all of us. "I Penelope Martinez reject Caroline Rickson as my mate." Penny states holding her heart in pain. Caroline topples over screaming.

"Caroline Rickson you are under arrest for the treason, murder of Raphael Rickson, the attempted murder of Liam Rickson, attempted kidnapping of a minor, accessory to the rape of a minor Haven Summers, attempted premeditated murder of Haven Summers, manipulation of political members and finally accessory to an illegal attack of the Pack Black River." I read her chages out to her. She has broken a lot of laws. These are just the ones I know of and could think of. Then there are the thing she's done wrong that aren't illegal. We go by both human and Lycan and werewolf law.

I scratch her with my claws causing her to be paralyzed. A warrior comes over and drags Caroline away.

The fighting is over. The ones that are left have surrendered. It all worked out. I have a warrior bring me Santos so I can read him his charges. We don't have to do the whole Miranda rights thing but we do legally have to read them their charges stating they are under arrest.

The warrior hold Santos up for me so I can do the. "Santos Gomez you are under arrest for treason, two counts of the attack of Black River, accessory to the murder of Raphael Rickson, attempted kidnapping of a minor, attempted kidnapping, the Rape of a minor Haven Summers, premeditated attempted Rape of Haven Summers, the kidnapping of Mitchell Landry, the attempted Kidnapping of Rose Landry, forcefully mating a minor Haven Summers, forcefully marking a minor Haven Summers, premeditated attempted murder of Haven summers, and the attempted murder of the current king."

This is going to be a long trial. The warrior takes him away. Now that the palace is secure Haven can come home.

"Hey baby how are things going with you?" I mind link Haven. "OK. Is it over?"

"Yes it over. How's my little pup doing?" I ask her. "He's good. Were just chilling out watching paw patrol." She says. "That sounds fun. Are you ready to move back here again?"

"As long as im with you." She says. "Awe baby id never leave your side." I tell her. "When can I come back?"

"At the end of the week. We need to clean the palace up and I need to pack things up to move here."

"OK do I need to go back and help pack?" She asks. "No. You just stay right there. I will see you tomorrow. Tell Cam I love him. I love you also."

"See you then." I cut the link. When she is all settled in back in the palace I will tell her about the baby. First I have to deal with all of this.
