Chapter 113 A Well-built Body
Andrew was clearly stunned by Bianca's sudden gesture.
David was also dumbfounded.
Bianca was so bold!
She was definitely the first person in the world who dared to kiss Andrew!
Andrew really didn't like physical contact with people.
Andrew usually kept his distance from others, so who knew if he would mind Bianca kissing him?
Olivia was also a bit shocked.
This was the first time she'd seen Bianca being so proactively affectionate with someone.
Even though she already knew Bianca relied on Andrew, she'd never done anything like this before.
She felt a bit awkward for a moment, equally worried that Andrew would mind.
However, they were both clearly overthinking it.
Andrew quickly snapped out of it and smiled, "Okay, I like you too."
Bianca smiled especially sweetly.
After Andrew interacted with her for a while, he finally turned to look at Olivia and said, "Bianca's current condition proves that the first phase of treatment has been perfectly effective. We can take a break now."
"What?" Olivia was stunned, feeling inexplicably flustered, "Mr. Hamilton, you won't be treating Bianca anymore?"
Andrew nodded, "She's in good shape now. She's learned to take initiative, can communicate with people, no longer rejects the outside world, and has an interest in exploring. So basically, we don't need to keep guiding her psychological state almost non-stop like before."
After hearing this, Olivia felt an indescribable sense of loss.
She should be happy about this.
Not needing to continue treatment meant that Bianca wasn't far from complete recovery, right?
But why wasn't she as happy as she'd imagined?
Olivia found this emotion strange, and her brows furrowed.
She couldn't seem to figure out why she was being so unusual.
Afraid someone would notice her thoughts, she instinctively lowered her eyes, wanting to say something grateful.
However, before she could speak, she heard Andrew continue, "Christmas is coming soon. After Christmas, we'll observe her condition and make adjustments and guidance for the second phase. By then, I should be relatively free, and as Bianca's painting teacher, I can focus more on that."
Olivia froze, suddenly looking up with bright eyes. "So you won't abandon Bianca?"
"Of course not." Andrew emphasized, "I always see things through to the end!"
Olivia was immediately overjoyed.
So it was just a temporary pause between phases, not stopping treatment altogether!
She immediately broke into a bright smile, saying, "Then thank you, Mr. Hamilton!"
Andrew was dazzled by her smile for a moment.
That expression really looked just like Bianca's!
They really were blood relatives. When they were happy, they expressed their emotions like carbon copies of each other.
It somehow made him feel good.
However, he didn't forget to remind her, "Didn't I say not to be so formal? Forgot again?"
Olivia quickly promised, "I'll try not to forget next time."
Andrew shook his head helplessly, then turned to ask little Bianca in his arms, "Next time, try to win a national award. Then I'll prepare another reward for you. Is there anything you want, Bianca?"
Bianca tilted her head and asked in a sweet childlike voice, "Can it be anything?"
Andrew nodded indulgently, "Yes, anything."
Bianca twisted her little fingers together and said, "Then... can we go to an amusement park, together with you?"
Andrew pondered for a few seconds, then agreed, "As you wish."
Bianca was instantly overjoyed!
Later that evening, after delivering the certificate, Olivia took Bianca home first.
Just after Olivia and Bianca left, Benjamin appeared from somewhere, his words full of teasing.
He'd actually come out earlier and had taken in the entire scene that just happened.
For a moment, he had an illusion.
That scene just now looked exactly like a family of three!
Seeing him acting weird, Andrew looked disgusted and asked, "Do you have a toothache?"
Benjamin said in a very annoying way, "I'm just reflecting on how some people value romance over friendship! I sent messages all evening with no reply, but Dr. Garcia calls and you answer immediately. You're so gentle with Bianca, but treat me like this!"
Andrew's expression was indifferent, not really wanting to deal with him, "Why I didn't reply to your messages - don't you know?"
With that, he turned and got directly into the back seat. "How did I offend you?"
Benjamin was confused and squeezed in after him, pulling out his phone to check.
Only then did he realize he'd made a typo.
"This... is a misunderstanding. I wanted to call you over to witness the award ceremony, but who knew you'd ignore me?"
David quickly explained, "Mr. Hamilton went into the psychological treatment room yesterday afternoon and only came out today."
"You pulled an all-nighter again?" Benjamin looked at Andrew, who was pinching the bridge of his nose.
Andrew's ridiculously handsome face was indeed full of fatigue, and his slightly tense eyelids made him look even colder.
He immediately asked with concern, "So you haven't eaten anything yet? Perfect, let's have lunch together. I don't have class this afternoon."
Andrew put his glasses back on and didn't refuse him.
Seeing this, David immediately started the car and headed back to the nearby Maple Grove Villa.
At lunch, Andrew ate a few simple bites, then went back to his room to rest, telling Benjamin to make himself at home.
Benjamin never stood on ceremony with him, and spent the afternoon doing his own thing.
In the evening, Andrew woke up, and the first thing he did was go to the pool to swim.
He always lived a disciplined life, arranging a fixed time for exercise every day.
Benjamin followed him over but sat in a lounge chair, with absolutely no desire to get in the water.
In such cold weather, getting in the water was pure self-torture for him!
But for Andrew, it was different.
Andrew was like a fish in water, his swimming form standard and beautiful, full of power when his legs and waist exerted force.
He could rival a professional swim team.
About half an hour later, Andrew finally got out of the water.
He was dripping wet all over, his neat short hair casually pushed back, his handsome face perfect from every angle, with water droplets rolling down, sliding from his refined features past his neck, then over his firm upper body.
Those beautiful eight-pack abs and V-line maxed out his sex appeal.
David, on the shore, timely handed him a bathrobe.
After Andrew put it on, he casually grabbed a towel to dry his hair while sitting down in a chair.
Benjamin poured him a hot drink and said sincerely, "When will you change this damn discipline of yours? Every time my dad uses you to put me down!"
Andrew took it and had a sip, his tone flat, "Shouldn't you reflect on yourself?"
"It's clearly because you're too perfect. Who in all of Harmony City can compare to you..."
Benjamin was just about to complain about him properly when the security captain - Daryl Fields - suddenly appeared and respectfully reported, "Mr. Hamilton, we discovered intruders at a position two kilometers outside the villa perimeter. We've already caught them. We're not sure yet if they're spies. Should we throw them in the military district prison?"
David's expression changed slightly when he heard this.
They'd been followed?
Andrew seemed completely unsurprised, just curling his lips slightly in a cold manner.
He'd noticed when they came back at noon.
At the time, he also thought they were up to no good and wanted to see what they would do.
But nothing happened - it was more like they came to gather information.
If they were spies, they wouldn't dare be so blatant.
So he could roughly determine that those people were perhaps sent by Michael from the Johnson family.
