Chapter 332 Why Is Your Face So Red
Olivia immediately went to change into a bathrobe.
She had to admit, Andrew had prepared everything she could possibly need here.
There were even many different styles of bathing robes to choose from.
When Olivia came out after changing, Andrew was nowhere to be seen.
Olivia was a bit surprised, thinking Andrew had left first.
But when she got to the outdoor hot spring pool, she was caught off guard by the sight of a figure soaking in the water.
Why was he here?
Olivia was so shocked that her feet slipped.
The next second, she fell right into the water.
A huge splash erupted, and Olivia felt a wave of panic. She instinctively tried to struggle.
But before she could, a large hand suddenly wrapped around her waist and quickly pulled her out of the water.
Seeing her fall in, Andrew was both surprised and amused. He said, "Why did you react so strongly?"
Olivia had choked on water and was lying against his chest, coughing several times.
She was soaking wet all over. She said, "I... I... I thought you had left. I didn't expect you to be here."
Andrew gently patted her back, helping her recover, and said helplessly, "This hot spring pool can fit over ten people. I've had a long day too. Won't you let me relax a bit?"
Olivia wasn't that petty, so she said, "No, of course you can soak if you want..."
But her expression was a bit resentful as she said, "But if you'd given me a heads up, I definitely wouldn't have been scared."
She had thought she was the only one here.
Suddenly seeing someone in the pool, of course she'd be startled.
Andrew chuckled softly and said, "Yeah, my bad. Next time I'll definitely give you advance notice."
As he spoke, he brushed aside her wet bangs and asked with concern, "Feeling better? Still uncomfortable?"
"A bit better." Olivia also pulled away from his embrace.
To prevent her from falling in the water again, Andrew held her hand and led her to sit down nearby. "Let's soak here for a while. The spring water here can clear your meridians and relieve fatigue.
After soaking and then getting a good night's sleep, you'll feel completely refreshed tomorrow morning."
"Okay." Olivia nodded. She knew the benefits of hot springs, so she sat down obediently.
The temperature of the spring water was just right, very comfortable to soak in. Setting aside the earlier mishap, it was pure bliss.
The warm water glided over every inch of her skin, the heat rising, making her feel completely relaxed.
Olivia leaned against the pool wall, so comfortable she couldn't help but want to sigh.
Andrew watched her from the side and asked gently, "Not bad, right?"
"Yeah." Olivia nodded, then asked curiously, "Is this spring natural? Or man-made?"
Andrew said, "Natural. When I chose this place and built the house here, it was because of this hot spring and the surrounding scenery.
The city center is busy and lively, but after spending all day rushing around, you need proper rest when you get home. This place is perfect for that."
Olivia completely agreed with this idea. She praised generously, "Nice, you have good taste!"
Andrew smiled and poured two small cups of wine from a nearby tray.
She didn't know when he had prepared it.
He handed one small cup to Olivia and told her, "Have a little, but don't overdo it."
Olivia looked at the amount in the cup—just one small sip, really not much—so she didn't refuse.
The two of them soaked in the spring water under the moonlight, drinking wine.
The breeze was gentle, the night hazy, with faint rustling sounds of insects in the distance. It was wonderfully pleasant.
Olivia unconsciously turned her head to look at Andrew.
Through the misty steam, she saw the man tilt his head back to drink, his smooth neck and shoulder line stretched to the limit, his slightly protruding Adam's apple somehow full of sexual tension.
He wore a black men's bathrobe, and because of the bath, the collar was somewhat loose.
Only then did Olivia notice that when he had caught her earlier, water had splashed on him too, and his hair was half wet.
Water droplets were dripping down, adding an inexplicably wild and aggressive quality.
As Olivia watched, her heartbeat began to speed up.
They were both clearly wearing bathrobes, not doing anything.
But somehow, looking at him like this, her heartbeat uncontrollably accelerated and her head began to feel hot.
Could it be the alcohol?
Or was it the heat?
Just as Olivia was feeling confused, Andrew swallowed a mouthful of wine and his deep gaze looked toward her.
Their eyes met perfectly.
When their eyes locked, Olivia saw the man's lips curve slightly in a captivating smile as he said, "Olivia, why is your face so red?"
This brought Olivia back from her daze.
Her expression was a bit embarrassed. She quickly looked away and said, "It's... it's nothing, maybe the water is a bit hot, so my face got red..."
"Is that so?" Andrew chuckled and said, "I thought you just had some wine and got drunk that quickly."
Olivia shook her head. "No. But this wine is really good, sweet with a hint of osmanthus fragrance. What kind of wine is this?"
Andrew said, "This is flower wine, made by my aunt a few years ago. The taste is sweet, but it's easy to get drunk on, which is why I didn't let you drink much."
As Andrew spoke, he swirled his wine glass and took another sip.
Olivia stared for a while, couldn't help but sigh inwardly—this man was truly too seductive.
How could even drinking wine be so bewitching?
Slow and deliberate, his Adam's apple moving, every gesture like art.
The way he tasted the wine made it impossible to look away. Olivia couldn't help but lick her lips, feeling like his wine would taste even better.
Andrew noticed her small gesture. His hand holding the wine glass paused slightly, his eyes deepened considerably, and his eyebrows, like distant mountains, raised slightly as he asked, "Olivia, do you want more?"
Olivia nodded sincerely, gesturing with her fingers and saying, "Give me one more sip, just one small sip. I won't get drunk!"
Andrew looked at her slender fingers, raised an eyebrow, and said in a slightly husky voice, "Sure, come over here and I'll pour you some."
Olivia immediately moved closer to him with her cup.
Andrew took it and poured her another small sip.
Olivia's eyes lit up.
Just as she was about to take it, the next second, she saw Andrew turn the cup around and drink that small amount himself.
Olivia froze, as if she hadn't expected him to drink it himself.
And what's more, he drank what was supposed to be hers.
Her eyes that had just brightened now drooped along with her eyebrows, clearly unhappy.
Seeing her reaction, Andrew's eyes and brows took on a hint of amusement.
