The door to the ward was pushed open after a brief knock, the two men stepped inside to see their young master still asleep..
They exchanged worried gazes, it's past ten in the morning and he wasn't still up yet..
His eyelids moved a bit before it fluttered open to reveal a grey deep set of eyes..
"Boss you're awake!" One of the guards exclaimed in relief..
His thick brows furrowed as his hand went to the back of his head in pain, he tried to recall what happened the previous night but received a headache in return..
"What happened?" he said which sounded more like a groan.
"You were drugged at the party last night boss and we had no other choice than to bring you here"
His gaze fell on the little bloodstain next to him on the bed, memories from last night suddenly started replaying in his mind..
He closed his eyes briefly with a sigh "Where is she?"
"Boss she's gone"
"Find her!" He ordered and came down from the bed..

Meanwhile in a large living room a middle aged man and woman sat on one of the fine leather cushions going through a magazine..
"Wow.. this dress is so pretty" Anita sterling exclaimed tugging her husband's shirt..
Aldrin sterling yawned and flipped the page to the next item however the magazine was snatched out of their grip by a young girl of about eighteen years of age..
"Alexa!"
Alexa rolled her eyes hard at them, she threw the magazine to the opposite cushion and turned back to them with a glare..
"That's right! it's me! your precious little son didn't come back home all throughout last night.. what are you going to do about that? huh?!"
The two exchanged brief glances, how was that possible? Damien wasn't one who sleeps out..
And just in time a firm footstep was heard and a young lad stepped in with his leather jacket over his shoulder..
"You're just returning from the party? we thought that..
"I'll be in my room and I don't want anyone to bug me" He murmured and left their questions hanging.

A week later...
Bianca narrowed her eyes at Olivia who just opened up about her ordeal a week ago.
"You're kidding right?"
Olivia sighed and stood up from Bianca's pink princess bed and picked up her backpack..
She pulled out a white sheet of paper and handed it over to her friend who hesitated for a while before she accepted it..
Bianca went through the sheet and her eyeballs nearly popped out of its sockets when she read the contents of the piece of paper.
"Tell me this is not true Olivia"
Olivia pulled her gaze away from Bianca's intense gaze, she was so ashamed of herself.
"It's true Olivia"
Bianca sprang up to her feet in a hurry, she just couldn't digest the new information she just got..
"How can you be pregnant when you haven't.. you know?"
Olivia snatched the sheet from Bianca and folded it before placing it into her backpack..
"I told you about what happened at the hospital, do you think I'll joke about this? I'm freaking out right now because my mum will literally kill me once she finds out that I'm pregnant for a stranger"
Honestly she was fed up with the little dramas that kept playing around her after her father's uncalled death.
Tears welled up in her amber eyes recalling that awful day, she lost two things precious to her on that same day..
"I'm so scared Bianca, what am I going to do? I have no idea of who it was, I went back to the hospital to make inquiries about him but there was not a single trace of him"
Bianca engulfed Olivia into an embrace, this was just too bad Olivia was only eighteen and will be nineteen in a few months time..
And what about her education? Bianca planted a kiss on Olivia's blonde hair..
"I know a friend Olivia.. tomorrow come over I'll take you somewhere with me"
Olivia sniffed back and nodded in approval, she was willing to do anything if it meant to save her mother's name from disgrace..

The next day as agreed the two friends met and headed out, it was a great difficulty trying to convince their mums to let them hang out of town this weekend..
Bianca squeezed Olivia's palm, she noticed how nervous her friend was and she was willing to support with whatever she can..
Olivia who by now already knew why she was here, swallowed hard, she has heard multiple stories of girls who tried to have an abortion only to lose their life in the process..
"Next!" An irritated voice of a lady came through pulling Olivia out of her thoughts..
"That's you Olivia.. trust me you can do this"
Olivia nodded and walked into the shabby looking room, she glanced around the poor apparatus laying around..
She instantly knew this was an illegal operation being operated over here..
"Get on the table and spread your legs wide open!" The plump lady barked out at her..
She wore a blue hand gloves over her hands and picked up a long thin metal..
Her gaze fell on Olivia who was still standing still looking at her surroundings..
"Hey missy! will you get on it or not?! I have a lot of things to do!"
Olivia was jolted out of her thoughts, she nervously climbed and laid down on the cold metal table..
"Spread your legs wide open!" The lady lashed out at her once more.
"Excuse me?" Olivia blurted out of the blue which earned a smug smile on the lady's lips..
"Oh! inexperienced I see, you decided to have a taste and look at where it has gotten you to! I'm sure your little boyfriend didn't ask you more than once to open up your legs for him.. now be a good little girl and do so!"
Olivia shut her eyes and did just as the lady had instructed her..
"Good girl!"
"Is this gonna hurt?" Olivia asked nervously, this was the first time she was taking such a step and she was too scared and afraid..
"Are you kidding me?" The lady mocked and to her surprise Olivia sat up and climbed down from the table..
"I'm sorry ma'am but I'm not doing this anymore" she exclaimed and ran out of the room leaving the lady who was cussing behind her..
Bianca who was sitting patiently in front of the door waiting for her friend to come out was startled when Olivia suddenly ran past her..
"Olivia"
"Such a coward! next!"
Bianca stood up to her feet and ran out of the old building in search of her friend, she spotted Olivia walking down the street in a hurry..
"Olivia!"
Olivia stopped on her tracks and waited patiently for Bianca to meet up with her..
"What was that about Olivia? you left in a hurry, did you get rid of it?"
Olivia narrowed her eyes at Bianca "Did you just address this child as it?"
Bianca rolled her eyes at Olivia's naiveness, there was no other choice left than to do this..
"You don't know the father and you're still so young to be a mother, what about school? you still have a long way ahead for you.. come on let's go back" Bianca said softly and took Olivia's hands..
"I don't want to do that Bianca.. I'm very scared.. I can't risk it"
She touched her flat tummy, she couldn't believe that there was a living thing growing inside of her, it still felt surreal to her..
"Maybe it's my ill fate"
Bianca sighed and placed a hand over Olivia's shoulder..
"Fine! just know whatever you do.. I will always have your back"
"Thanks for always being there for me"

Olivia closed the door behind her, she walked into the oddly quiet room and was startled to see her mum glaring at her..
Her gaze fell on her opened pink backpack resting on the chair beside her mum and a white sheet dangled on her mum's hand..
"Mum you..
"You're pregnant Olivia.. what more do you have to say?"
Olivia gulped down nervously, she fondled with the hem of her cream colored gown, tears formed at the corner of her eyes, she could also see the tears brimming from her mum's eyes.
"It's just been a week since your father left us for good and you've changed so much! do you realize what you've done?!"
Olivia's cries intensified, she failed, she was a bad daughter but who would hear her out and believe her when she narrates her ordeal with the strange man a week ago..
"I'm sorry mum.. I made a mistake"
Sandy stood up and crushed the white sheet in between her palm..
"A mistake huh? go up to your room and get your luggage down you're leaving the city to stay with your aunt and that's final!"
Olivia's brows knotted, was her mum throwing her out? if her mum could say this to her what will the rest of the world say then?
