Ella Walker

We were still kneeling over the petals when Leon helped me to my feet. His hand gripped mine as if he never wanted to let go. We walked to the door of the chalet in silence, but a silence that said everything. There was something magical there, something between us that didn’t need to be spoken to be real.

The door creaked softly as it opened, and once again, I was left breathless.

The interior was pure coziness and romance. A rustic wooden canopy bed with white drapes stood at the center of the room, and the light linen sheets were sprinkled with more red petals. Scented candles in discreet corners filled the air with lavender and vanilla, and a soft breeze drifted through the open window, carrying the distant sound of waves crashing on the shore.

Leon closed the door with a subtle click and slowly pulled me closer.

"Do you have any idea how much I love you?" he asked, his voice low, husky, almost reverent.

I nodded, my throat tight.

"I do because I feel the same," I said.

He wrapped his arms around me, and when our lips met, it was as if time stopped. A slow, deep kiss that didn’t just unite our bodies, but everything we were and everything we had faced until that moment. A kiss that sealed promises.

Leon guided me to the bed without haste, as if every step was sacred. He laid me down between the sheets with care, his eyes never leaving mine.

"Do you have any idea what it means to me to see you wearing that ring?" he whispered, his fingers gliding over my body with an almost devotional gentleness.

Slowly, he began to undress me, his eyes sometimes locked with mine, other times lingering on the curves my body had gained from the training I’d been doing to defend myself.

"I think I do," I murmured, gasping as I felt his touch tenderly and hungrily remove my lingerie.

He adored me with his eyes before even touching me fully. Every kiss he placed along the trail that began at my navel and ended at my nipple made me beg for him. But my husband was on a mission to offer me only caresses, in his silent affirmation.

I'm sure that if I could hear his thoughts, he'd be shouting, You are my woman, and I am your man. And that only turned me on more, I felt my core becoming even wetter.

"I want you to call me your wife," I whispered against his lips, my heart racing. "From today on, I choose to take your name, Leon. Because now, more than ever, I know what that means."

Leon closed his eyes for a moment, as if absorbing every word. When he opened them again, they were shining.

"Ella Carter," he said, his voice a blend of desire and tenderness. "My woman. My wife."

At that moment, he made me feel wanted and protected, but above all, deeply loved.

I surrendered to his touch, and when he finally shed his clothes, I gave myself to him completely. No fear. No defenses. There was no rush to satisfy each other. His hands explored my body, touching every part of me, bringing wave after wave of pleasure.

When we reached our limit, Leon pulled me on top of him. Straddling my man, I gave him pleasure. One hand was tangled in my hair while the other gripped my waist, guiding my movements.

"I need to come, love..." I threw my body back and braced both hands on the mattress so I could move faster, grinding against him.

Each touch was a silent vow, our moans muffled between kisses, a surrender to the feeling that guided us. And Leon knew me like no one else. He knew where to touch, when to stop, how to tease. His pleasure was mine, and his joy was seeing me lose control in his arms alone.

My whole body tensed as his pulsed with pleasure. I felt my climax wash over us, making everything slicker, and soon his hot release filled me. I opened my eyes as a smile spread across my face. For both me and Leon, every new position was a discovery, and I knew that with time and intimacy, we’d explore even more erotic pleasures together.

Looking at my husband now, there was no doubt, we were two souls who had found each other, and thanks to our parents who chose to unite us, we were living a love story, just like every Walker and Carter couple before us.

"You are everything I ever dreamed of..." I murmured through sighs.

He answered me with kisses on my neck, my shoulders, and sweet words whispered with reverence.

"And you, Ella, are everything I am."

And there, between sheets and promises, I understood that nothing the world could throw at us would ever be stronger than what we were building right there, in that chalet, on that island, in that eternal moment.

I belonged to Leon.

And now I am Ella Carter.

The sound of the waves gently crashing on the shore was what woke me.

There was no alarm clock, no horns, no shouting. Only the sweet, constant sound of the sea and the soft sunlight streaming through the sheer curtains.

My body still held the memory of the night before, of our love, of our union. Still naked, I slowly turned to the side and found Leon watching me with that look of adoration only he had.

"Good morning, Mrs. Carter," he said with a lazy smile and that husky morning voice that gave me chills.

"You're really loving this new name, huh?" I teased, laughing as I stretched out on the sheets. "But I admit, it sounds beautiful coming from your mouth."

He leaned in and pulled me into a slow, tender kiss, as if saying good morning with his lips. Then he got out of bed with a satisfied sigh and offered me his hand.

"Come. I want to show you something."

"Now?" I asked, suspicious.

"Now. And wear something comfortable, no heels."

I raised an eyebrow, still laughing, but got up. I took a quick shower, slipped on a light white cotton dress from my suitcase, and left my hair down, still damp.

Leon held my hand and led me out of the chalet. We followed a path that led to an area covered by a pergola blooming with bougainvilleas.

That’s when I heard the voices.

"Surprise!" I heard in unison, and I froze.

At that long rustic wooden table, surrounded by tropical plants and with a breathtaking view of the sea, were all the people who meant the world to me.

My mother, Amélie, with teary eyes and that smile that always warmed my heart.

My father, Tommáz, with open arms and a gleam of pride in his eyes.

My brothers, Léo and Scott, with wide smiles and that protective aura they always carried.

My aunts and uncles, Larissa and Dylan, Ethan and Melissa, all laughing and celebrating. And my cousins: Olivia, Lucas, Blake, Oliver, and Andrew, spread around the table, joking with one another like it was a Sunday lunch at Grandma’s house.

And at the center, like two pillars of our family, were Noah and Emily. My grandparents. My heart tightened so much I needed a second to breathe.

My grandfather came to me first, opening his arms to wrap me in a strong hug.

"My girl, you always deserved a moment like this."

"Grandpa..." I whispered against his chest, tears brimming in my eyes. "What are you all doing here?"

"Celebrating you!" my grandmother replied as she approached. "Celebrating love. Celebrating our Ella Carter."

The table was decorated with tropical flowers, fresh fruits, colorful juices, and French pastries, undoubtedly a tribute to my mother. A true banquet of love.

Leon came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me, kissing my shoulder.

"I asked for their help to make this moment unforgettable. You deserve to be celebrated, Ella. For everything you are. For everything you fought to become. For the strong, sweet, incredible woman you are."

"You're a dangerous man," I said, turning to him with a tearful smile. "You know exactly how to win my heart every single day. But where are your parents and sister..."

I looked around for the rest of our family.

"They're still on their way." He kissed my forehead.

We sat at the table and laughed, cried, shared old stories, toasted with coconut water and champagne. Ethan told the story of his secret wedding to Melissa, making everyone burst into laughter. Olivia, as always, made jokes about how Lucas was still “Aunt Amélie’s favorite.”

And Scott, my twin brother, looked at me with such genuine pride that I felt like I had conquered the world.

At one point, my mother held my hand and whispered:

"I couldn’t have chosen a better fate for my daughter than the love you’re living. I love you, Ella."

"I love you too, Mom. Thank you for allowing me to grow up loving someone like Leon."

And beside me, with his hand intertwined with mine under the table, Leon gently squeezed, as if to say I’m here. Always.

It was that morning, surrounded by everyone I love, with the ocean as our witness and love overflowing, that I realized, even with all the battles, with all the dangers, we had won.

Because love, when it’s true, always finds its place.
