Chapter 98

Author POV…

Lorenzo hung up the phone and smiled when he asked Angelina to get ready for the beach. He couldn't wait to see Angelina's face when she saw what he had planned for her.

A few hours later, Lorenzo was at the beach. He had decorated the beach with candles and flowers. He had even hired a violinist to play Angelina's favorite song. He was eagerly waiting for Angelina.

Lorenzo looked at his watch. It was almost time for Angelina to arrive. He was nervous, but he was also excited. He couldn't wait to ask her to marry him. He couldn't wait to propose to her.

A few minutes later, Lorenzo saw Angelina walking towards him. She was wearing a beautiful dress and her hair was blowing in the wind. She looked like an angel.

Lorenzo's heart skipped a beat. Angelina looked so beautiful. He knew that she was the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. He wanted to share every thick and think of life with her.

Lorenzo smiled and walked towards Angelina. He took her hands in his and looked into her eyes.

“Angelina,” he said. “You look beautiful.”

Angelina smiled back at him. “Thank you, Lorenzo,” she said. “What's all of this?”

“I'm so glad you're here,” Lorenzo said. “I have something important to ask you.”

Lorenzo took Angelina's hand and looked into her eyes. “Angelina,” he said. “I love you.”

Angelina smiled, and she jumped in excitement because Lorenzo was confessing for the first time. “I love you too, Lorenzo,” she said.

Lorenzo took a deep breath. “I've made plenty of mistakes in my life,” he said. “But the biggest mistake I ever made was letting you go.”

Angelina squeezed Lorenzo's hand. “It's okay,” she said. “I forgave you.”

“I love you more than anything in the world,” Lorenzo said. “And I want to spend the rest of my life with you.”

Angelina's eyes filled with tears. “I would like to spend the rest of my life with you too,” she said.

Lorenzo stood up and got down on one knee. He pulled out a ring and held it up in his hand. “Angelina, I don't know many words, so I will ask directly,” he said. “Will you marry me?”

Angelina gasped and covered her mouth with her hand. “Yes,” she said. “Yes, of course I will.”

Lorenzo put the ring on Angelina's finger and they kissed. It was a long, passionate kiss, full of love and promise.

Lorenzo and Angelina stood up and looked into each other's eyes. They were both so happy. They had finally found their way back to each other.

Lorenzo and Angelina spent the rest of the evening celebrating their engagement. They walked along the beach, hand in hand. They talked about their future together. They dreamed of their wedding and their family.

As the moon rose over the ocean, Lorenzo and Angelina embraced. They were grateful for their love and their second chance. They knew that they would be together forever.

Lorenzo and Angelina danced on the beach, their bodies swaying in the moonlight. The waves crashed against the shore, providing the perfect rhythm for their dance.

Lorenzo held Angelina close, his heart pounding in his chest. He couldn't believe that she had said yes to his proposal. He was the luckiest man in the world.

Angelina looked up at Lorenzo, her eyes shining with happiness. She was so glad that she had given him a second chance. He was the love of her life, and she couldn't imagine spending her life with anyone else.

Lorenzo and Angelina danced for hours, lost in their world. They didn't care about anything else but each other.

Finally, they stopped dancing and collapsed on the sand, exhausted but happy.

“I love you,” Lorenzo whispered.

“I love you too,” Angelina replied.

Lorenzo and Angelina lay on the sand, gazing up at the stars. They talked about their future together, about their wedding and their children. They dreamed of a life filled with love and happiness.

After a while, Lorenzo stood up and helped Angelina to her feet.

“I'm hungry,” he said.

“Me too,” Angelina said.

Lorenzo led Angelina to a picnic blanket that he had spread out on the sand. He had packed a delicious dinner, complete with wine and dessert.

Lorenzo and Angelina sat down on the picnic blanket and started to eat. They talked and laughed, enjoying each other's company.

After dinner, Lorenzo and Angelina shared a dessert of chocolate mousse and strawberries. It was the perfect ending to a perfect evening.

Lorenzo and Angelina lay back on the picnic blanket, looking up at the stars. They held hands and talked about their dreams for the future.

They were both so excited to start their new life together. They knew that they would have challenges along the way, but they were confident that they could overcome them together.

Lorenzo and Angelina sat on the beach, hand in hand, after their romantic dinner. They were both feeling content and happy.

“I had a wonderful time tonight,” Angelina said.

“Me too,” Lorenzo said. “It was the perfect evening.”

Angelina sighed. “I'm just a little sad,” she said.

“What's wrong?” Lorenzo asked.

“I miss Luca,” Angelina said. “I wish he was here with us.”

Lorenzo pulled Angelina closer to him. “I know,” he said. “I miss him too.”

Lorenzo and Angelina sat in silence for a moment, both thinking about their son.

“I can't wait to see him again,” Angelina said.

“Me too,” Lorenzo said. “But we have to be patient. He's with his aunt, and she is taking good care of him.”

“I know,” Angelina said. “But I still miss him.”

Lorenzo kissed Angelina on the forehead. “I know,” he said. “But we'll see him again soon.”

Lorenzo and Angelina sat on the beach for a while longer, enjoying each other's company and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore.

After a while, Lorenzo stood up and helped Angelina to her feet.

“We should probably head back,” he said. “It's getting late.”

Lorenzo and Angelina walked back to their hotel, hand in hand. They were both tired, but they were also happy. They had had a wonderful evening together, and they were both looking forward to seeing their son again soon.

“Angelina?” called Lorenzo.

“Yes," she replied.

“Does Caleb and Emma know about Luca? " He asked.

“ Yes, when he was born, I told them everything" she replied.

“What about Luca's father? " He asked.

“ i. I told them that I left him, and we broke up" she said, and he just hummed.
