As soon as they entered, they were warmly greeted by the store clerk. "Welcome! Are you looking for couple outfits?"
"Yes, please bring us the set displayed in your window," Lance said with a gentle smile.
After speaking, he glanced down at Deanna beside him, his eyes filled with tenderness.
Deanna looked back at him and gave him a sweet smile.
Soon, the clerk brought out sizes that fit them both.
After changing, they stepped out of the fitting room, instantly stunning everyone present.
"Sir, you have excellent taste. This couple outfit looks like it was tailor-made for you and your girlfriend," the clerk said enviously. Her words were not an exaggeration.
The couple's outfit was mainly in a sweatshirt style, one black and one white.
The black one on Lance exuded a casual yet noble aura, elevating the outfit's quality. His six-foot frame made Deanna's petite figure beside him appear even more harmonious.
It was Deanna's first time seeing Lance in this style of clothing. Although she was a bit unaccustomed to it, she found it very appealing.
"I think we can buy more clothes in this style for you in the future. You look very handsome in them," she praised, looking at the man in front of her.
Lance looked back at her and smiled lightly. "Alright, then I'll leave my future clothing choices to you."
Deanna didn't refuse his words.
After paying, they left the store in their couple outfits. Their striking appearance and outstanding temperament immediately caught the attention of passersby.
However, they were used to being the center of attention and ignored it, holding hands as they continued to stroll around.
By noon, they found a nearby restaurant for lunch.
During the meal, Lance took great care of Deanna while also not forgetting their plans for the day.
"After lunch, let's go watch a movie. I heard several new releases are out today."
"Sure," Deanna agreed with a smile.
Then, as if she had thought of something, she propped her chin and looked at him.
Noticing her gaze, Lance asked, "What's wrong?"
"I feel like everything you're doing today is planned," Deanna said with a mischievous smile.
Lance's eyes softened. "Indeed, it's all planned."
He then explained his plan without waiting for her to ask.
"My original plan was to go shopping in the morning, watch a movie in the afternoon, and then attend a concert in the evening."
Listening to his detailed and thoughtful date plan, Deanna was quite surprised.
She had a sudden thought and asked, "This plan wasn't your idea, was it?"
"It wasn't. Gregory and Chloe helped me come up with it," Lance admitted honestly, even mentioning the Dating Tips they had prepared for him.
Deanna didn't know whether to be angry or amused. She playfully said, "I knew it! I can't let them hang out with Julia for too long! Next time I see Julia, I'll have to settle accounts with her."
For the rest of the day, Lance followed the plan and took Deanna on their date.
After attending the concert in the evening, they decided to head home.
On the way back, Deanna felt elated. She smiled sweetly, thinking how wonderful these days were-exactly the life she had always dreamed of.
She turned to look at the man driving seriously beside her, knowing that all of this was because of him.
Suddenly, she felt an impulse but knew it wasn't the right time to act on it, so she restrained herself.
Later that evening, the car stopped in the manor's courtyard.
Lance gentlemanly opened the car door for Deanna and helped her out.
As soon as she stood up, Deanna couldn't help but hug him. "I had a great time today. Thank you."
She then stood on tiptoe and planted a light kiss on his cheek.
Lance was momentarily stunned.
This was the first time Deanna had initiated a kiss.
Coming back to his senses, he looked deeply into her eyes and couldn't resist any longer. He cupped her head and kissed her passionately.
Deanna was taken aback but soon closed her eyes and wrapped her arms around his neck, responding actively.
The moonlight bathed them in a scene of indescribable beauty.
It was unclear how much time had passed before Lance finally released Deanna, both of them breathing heavily.
Deanna leaned weakly against him, gasping for air with flushed cheeks and bright eyes.
The next second, she was lifted off her feet, causing her to let out a small gasp of surprise.
