Chapter 33 Tell me your plan
Chapter 33 Tell me your plan
Naida's
I moved away from him, but he stared at me. It seemed he was watching my next move, but I was more than happy to show him. I definitely hated what was going on. I didn't like the advances, and I didn't want to get into a worse fight with him.
His silence was eating me up. He should have just sent me away already instead of trying to find out what the issue was. I didn't even know what else to do about it. I was tired, scared, and worried. If only there was a way to be able to put things back to others at this time, I would have loved to do that, but how was I supposed to do it?
My mind raced, and I tried to be calm, but taking small breaths.
“Did I do anything wrong? You seem to have this dislike for me," he expressed what he had obviously observed, breaking the chain of silence that surrounded
us.
“No, no you didn't. Maybe I'm not just in the mood..I know you have an idea what I am talking about, but there's no need to worry about everything because I know it's going to be fine.
I didn't say a thing to him. I was more composed and calm. I wished there was a way to work things out but then there wasn't.
"Can I just go? I don't feel too well.”
He hummed, his eyes lingering on me for a while.
"Is that while your heart is racing? Why do I feel what's wrong with you is me?” He questioned, going silent, but this time, he took more steps towards me, and I felt the ground should open up, and swallow me whole.
"Maybe you're right. Maybe it's my presence making you sick."
I wanted to scream yes, wanting him to leave me alone, but then he didn't want to.
“Fine. If that's the case, then I have to make sure that you get things right. I don't care how long it's going to take, but you should hurry up, and come as quickly as you can."
Worry flooded me, I didn't know what else to do about the thing. I was worried and tried my best to stay calm.”
He rested his head on my shoulder, and then took a long sniff of me.
"You can go. I know you want to.”
As soon as he said those words, I lowered my head, and turned my legs to leave. I didn't know what he had in mind, but I was aware that there was something coming. I tried to make sense of the whole thing, but it wasn't making sense at all to me.
It didn't take long before I headed to my room, and by the time I closed the door behind me I rested back on it, trying to breathe.
My chest paced, and I knew there was a lot. I needed to escape before I finally ran crazy.
It wasn't long after I entered my room, but I heard a knock on my door. I wondered who it was, hoping he didn't follow me to my room.
I exhaled, going towards the door, but the moment I opened it, and saw Olivia, her racing heart calmed. She didn't even stop or pull away from the hug.
“I got so scared. I didn't know what else to do about it, but the hug I was in comforted me so much."
“You really have to do something quick. I got a strong feeling something is going to happen soon." She stated, and I nodded.
She was right. Who knew why he was making all these kinds of content. I just wanted to know what the hell was going on?
“You have to go see your childhood friend. If he had a solution then let him give you one. You can't keep hiding like this."
I nodded. She was right. I needed to make my move, and I needed to do it quickly.
"Would you cover up for me? I doubt he'll let me leave this place. I have to sneak out all the time.”
She nodded. “Alright then. I know I am not the best person to be able to do this, but I can do it whenever it comes to you. Do you understand me?"
Silence echoed, and I felt time slowly fade away. She had told me all that was needed, and I had about an hour before I returned.
I smiled, hugging her before going through the secret path she had shown to me.
It didn't take time before I finally showed up. I was confused, and worried, but I continued on the path until I reached outside the pack house. Once I did, I put on my cloak, and began running towards Jayden. He was the only one who could see me like that.
"There's nothing to be scared of, or to be afraid of as long as I already knew he had a solution to it.”
It didn't take long before I arrived at the place. I got so much interested. My lips twisted into a smile, and I was convinced. However, that smile softly changed as I pounded on the door with my hands.
"Jayden!’ I yelled, and he finally showed his face. There was already a lot going on.
He seemed to be shocked when he noticed my expression, and the way I hugged him tight the moment she opened the door.
“What happend? Did he hurt you?" I noticed Jayden, who had always been sweet, changed his tone.
“Nothing, can I come in please," I said, and the moment he pulled me inside the house, he hugged me back.
"I know that there's a lot on your mind lately, and you wanted to confirm what I was saying. How could you not even believe me?” He yelled, and then ran his hands through his hair.
"I know you did the wrong thing, well I couldn't even explain it.”
“What did you find out this time?"
I blinked back the tears as I pulled away. “A lot. Just tell me your plan."
