CHAPTER SIXTY-ONE

I left his room to my room, and I found it dusty like the Alpha suggested. I called a maid to help do the cleaning, which she gladly did.

"Thank you," I said after she did it.

"You are welcome, when you need anything m, you can call on me," She said while leaving.

"No problem"

I entered my room and I climbed on the bed. I didn't even know when I slept off, the journey was very stressful.

Thirty-minute nap, I woke up again, feeling hungry. I managed to leave the room for the kitchen, and luckily, I met a chef cleaning up the kitchen.

"Good Afternoon"

"Good Afternoon, Longtime" They responded.

"It was indeed a long time, hope you are all fine," I asked.

"Yes, we are," Some responded.

"Okay, I am hungry, please can I get something to eat?"

"There is cooked food already, and we are about to cook another one, do you care if we should bring the one we have cooked and you would wait for the one we want to cook now"

"Please, I need the one you have cooked"

"Alright, we will bring it now," One of the maids said and I left for my room.

I went to the room, hoping they would bring it immediately. I wondered what was delaying them and I had to wait for like minutes before they brought it.

"Thank you," I said, not even coming from my mind.

I collected the food and started eating, I didn't even know she was watching me eat.

I ate like I hadn't eaten for weeks.

"Ooh, sorry! You are very hungry, sorry about that"

"Thank you very much, is there anything else you want to say"

"Nothing, how are the babies, hope they are kicking well"

"Yeah, thank you"

"But I am sure the Alpha isn't expecting you anytime soon, we thought you would come after giving birth"

"But the Alpha didn't complain, did he?"

"I am only joking, You are welcome here, nobody is complaining, we are happy to see you here, hope there's no problem?"

"Not at all, there is no problem at all"

"Thank you, when you need anything, let me know"

"No problem, thank you, I'll let you know once I need you"

"Alright," She said and left the room.

"What does she want to know? Why are they all asking if there is any problem? Or do they expect me to be discussing with them one after the other what happened? Well, I wouldn't blame them, I blame myself, it is all my fault, for coming back here"

Within a few minutes, I ate the food and I slept off.

I was still expecting Elena, but it seemed like she would be spending forever there.

I was in my room when I heard people saying "Welcome Welcome" I thought it was my wife, I went to check but it was Elena.

I rushed to meet her "Elena, how are you doing"

"I am fine, long time, I am sorry, hope you didn't miss me too much, I am sorry for not telling you I would be spending days"

"It is fine, Did you see Odette?"

"Odette? Why? Is she not at home?"

"I thought she followed you, you know I left the house before you did that day when I came back late at night, I couldn't find her, I don't know where she is, I don't know her whereabout, I thought she followed you"

"She didn't follow me, I left her here and I even told her I would come the next day, and ask Debris, Debris was at home with her and she should know about her whereabouts"

"I know she would be behind it, but she does not want to talk, she told me she no nothing about where she is"

"She must be lying, and what have you done concerning it? Have everyone gone to look for her, and we don't know any of her family? Have you checked everywhere in the palace to be sure she is not around?"

"Since the day before yesterday? If she is around she would have just let us know, I have sent the guards to look for her everywhere even beyond the kingdom, to search for her In different packs"

"Yes, that would be better, but please let me go and see Debris and ask her"

"Won't you rest? Are you not hungry, just come and shower, and then you can proceed to ask her"

"I will do that after asking her," She said and left for the Debris room.

She entered her room without knocking and she met him and Black sitting on the bed.

"Good Evening" She greeted without expecting any response, she continued "Debris, where is Logan's wife, Odette"

"Why would you just come here to ask her? Did he tell you I am keeping her? We are all looking for her, why did you have to come to my room to just ask like I am the cause of it"

"When I left, she was in her room and you were in your room, you are the two people in the chamber, and we just didn't see her, common talk and stop playing yourself around"

"You said she was in her room and I was in my room, you said that and you think I am the cause of it, didn't you think your brain should be reset"
