Rose sat close to her feet under the shower in the bathroom. She let the cold water run continuously over her body. Rose didn't move, she opened her eyes, washing away all the memories from last night that haunted her so strongly. She repeatedly rubbed her lips, but she could still feel the traces of Robert's tenderness there. She had crushed her last night without giving Rose a chance to rest. She still remembered how her short fingernails gripped Robert's shoulders. Trying to escape from the big man's embrace, but she was swept away in a strange feeling that she could not understand. Rose was angry with herself for feeling weak under the intimidating charm of those blue eyes. "Crazy! I'm crazy! It's only the first night and I'm in torment. What about the next night, should I stay in the same bed with that lecherous man?" Rose ruffled her drenched hair. "Ruby… I can't blame you for falling into that Playboy guy's trap. He's a total selfless, shameless, pushy man." Rose kept grumbling about what he had done to her last night. You can still clearly feel the warm touch of Robert's hand playing on his thigh. The tickle was tickling again, though only memories remained in his mind. The thing that made him angry was that there was a tinge of pleasure that developed between hers rebellion. "Stupid. I can't be ensnared! No! I won't let that man overwhelm me and hurt me like Ruby. I have to be strong. I have to!" Rose is determined despite Robert's charms. "Rose!" A loud bang on the door snapped her out of her thoughts. "Get out, Rose!" Robert's scream sounded threatening to the woman. "You naughty man, you just want to take a shower and make a lot of noise." Rose did not intend to move from her position which was still clutching her knees. "Rose, if you don't come out soon I will call the managers and break down this door!" Robert's threat this time worked. "Wait a minute! Can't you be polite?" Rose finally stood up, The woman washed her face, making sure there were no traces of tears there. She didn't want Robert to see her fragile side. Rose didn't want him to underestimate her and go even further. Rose opened the bathroom door after drying herself and getting dressed. The girl walked past Robert who was leaning against the door wall. She didn't care, let alone looked at the man who was impatiently waiting for him. "Rose--" "If you want to take a shower come in immediately, don't be fussy!" Robert didn't argue except for gulping as he inhaled the scent of the soap on Rose's body as she passed him. His hopes of seeing his wife out wearing only a towel were dashed. The woman turned out to be unbeknownst to Robert who had ordered clothes through the receptionist. "I'm going to take a quick shower and we're going to have breakfast together. Make yourself pretty, Rose." Rose's sleeveless, knee-length pink dress made her look very elegant, it only took a bit of pearl sheen to add to the splendour and Robert understood it. When the bathroom door was closed, Rose stuck her tongue out in annoyance. "Makeup on? Don't expect it! Let everyone see how sad I am as the wife of the famous doctor they adore." Rose stopped her movement which was about to sprinkle powder on her face. "Wait! He's in the shower, so this is my chance to escape." Without thinking, Rose packed up her cosmetic supplies and grabbed her bag. She jogged towards the exit of the room. However, as soon as the door was opened the woman was very surprised to see a flash of camera flashing. Reflexively he immediately closed the bedroom door and leaned against the door. Rose didn't understand how the reporters could be in the exclusive hallway of a hotel room. "Journalists? The man is not lying, there are a lot of reporters out there. How is this…." Rose peeked through the hole in the door and saw that there were three bodyguards on guard. "Since when have the bodyguards been around? At this rate I'm going to have to go out with the Playboy," Rose grumbled indignantly. A few moments of waiting, the door that was waiting opened. She turned to Robert who had just come out of the bathroom. As fast as lightning, Rose turned her face away. Even though it was only for a few seconds, Robert's naked posture was clearly etched in his memory. "You perverted, disgusting Playboy," Rose snorted in annoyance. "I still hear it Rose and remember it was your husband you made fun of." Robert's words left Rose speechless. Robert put on his clothes and looked at Rose through the long mirror. "Smile, Rose, you are the luckiest woman to marry doctor Robert Miller." Robert's seductive words sounded both arrogant and irritating to Rose. "We're getting out of this hotel now, aren't we?" "Why?" Robert smiled broadly looking at Rose who was still with his back to him. "Are you looking forward to our honeymoon?" "Huh!" Rose snorted in annoyance. The beautiful woman did not move from her standing position. She didn't try to pack her things there, because she didn't feel like she had anything but the bag currently slung over his shoulder. The lingerie hanging in the cupboard didn't interest her in the slightest. Rose looked down at the dress she was wearing. 'Ah, let's just say it's an early waste of an annoying man's fake wife,' thought Rose. The girl stared in surprise at Robert who was pouring a small bottle of red liquid on the bed. The man also ruffled the bed which was still tidy. Rose's astonishment seemed to be read by Robert. The man gave an answer she still didn't understand. "This is for your honor and mine." "Strange person," whispered Rose, still staring at the red stain on the bed. "You're ready, honey." The man's soft whisper made Rose feel a sting. "Can't you just act normal?" The woman hid the nervousness she was feeling. "Come on." Robert's arms formed a semicircle signaling Rose to take him. Seeing the attitude of Robert who wanted to show an intimate appearance in front of the reporters' camera spotlight, Rose thought otherwise. She ignored Robert's wishes, the girl opened the door and went out ahead of Robert. "Good morning, young Mrs. Rose Miller, how was your first night?" "How do you feel about being married to doctor Robert Miller?" Rose choked to get a variety of questions asked by reporters. She became nervous and lowered her face. She subconsciously wrapped her arms around Robert's arms for cover. "Why is your face pale, Mrs Rose Miller?" A reporter's question caught Robert's attention. "Why is her face pale?" Robert winked at the reporter. "Because she was too tired last night." Out of Rose's control, Robert suddenly hugged Rose's slender waist and landed a kiss she couldn't avoid. The man smashed his lips right in front of the camera of journalists who were scrambling to capture the moment.
